Hermes dialer display issue

Recently loaded HTC Black dialer cab to my TyTn. Running it on WM6. When I dial telephone numbers they display in green against the black background. They should display as white numbers. Any ideas, I have tried to re-load the cab, hard-boot and re-loaded WM6 rom?

Hello Paulmo! You have to edit
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Phone\Skin\DIALER\landscape\text] key
textColor value have to be FFFFFF (HEX value) - text will be WHITE
AND also
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Phone\Skin\DIALER\portrait\text] key
textColor value have to be FFFFFF (HEX value) - text will be WHITE
It would be better to remember previous value of this keys to have chance to roll back. After that you must soft reboot you TyTN & everything will be Ok.
Hope, it will help you to fix your issue - good luck.
P.S.: if you are not sure how to do this - it will be better to keep everything as is.
M any thanks for coming back so soon. I am confident if I know where to look. Could you point me in the right direction and I will have a look.

You are welcome. Do you have some application installed on your mobile device for edition windows mobile registry? For example - http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=mobile+registry&safe=active
You have to have some of them to change your windows mobile registry.
Hi xda4yk,
Tried those changes to no avail. Thanks anyway.

I ahve checked on my mobile device:
1. made changes in value (HEX) FFFFFF or (DEC) 16777215;
2. close appl for registry edition;
3. soft-reset device
I'm sure it works.
Hi. Put in the DEC value. Worked great. Can now see what I am dialing. Thanks for your input and patience.

Customizing title on the s620 (CClock)

Hi !
I am trying to costumize my title in the Cclock part of the home menu on my phone (The one that shows you the time and has the network title; in my case it's "Rogers Wireless")
I am trying to find out how i can change the "Rogers Wireless" for something else i want.
Anyone knows where i can go into my phone to accomplish that ?

You should be able to change the text at this reg location:
HKLM\System\State\Phone\Current Operator Name
I'm not sure it will stick for any amount of time, as it gets updated by the carrier. I use mortscript to write data(text) to it for viewing in my FeatherWeather app.
Hey thanx Showaco !
Where can i get mortscript ?
And how could i set it up to update the name i usually want ?
Here is MortScript.
Show can help you on the second question
Oké ...
I tryed to make a script and here's a small little template of what i've cooked =)
Code:
contrun=1
while(contrun=1)
RegWriteString( "HKLM","System\State\Phone","Current Operator Name","Cyberflow")
Sleep (5000)
EndWhile
exit
I guess that the "Sleep (5000)" will make it run at all the 5000 milliseconds ?
Is it proprely coded ?
Hope that my questions will help others too =)

yep, should work fine, the sleep 5000 will make it wait the 5000 milliseconds( 5 seconds) and then rewrite the "Cyberflow" again. Just place a lnk into startup folder for it to run when you reboot your device.

change unlock key from * to space bar

i was wondering how to change the unlock * key , for example to space bar, cause *key is not working so well, which's the registry i have to change to do that??
thanx
i dont think you would have to go into registry at all.
start
settings
security
device lock
make your password "spacebar"
simple
yeah , know that but im talking about to change the * key to space bar but for unlock keaboard, thas it, not to unlock the phone.
thanx anyway
I believe he means, instead of pressing the left menu button followed by the * key, he wants it to be left menu then the [Space] button.
yes , thats it, i can't explain very well in english, but at least someone understood me, thanx
Thats exactly what I was hoping for too! that "*" key is so dang small for my big fingers that the space bar would totally be easier!

Haha, no problem.
You'll get an answer eventually, once someone with a decent registry knowledge drops by.
