Language change from German to English

Hallo people,
I bought a Diamond phone which has German language. I can't buy a Diamond with English language in Germany.I would like to change the language into English. Could anyone help me how to do this step by step? Are there any problems if this changing process doesn't work.

I have same question, except that I don't have Diamond yet - but German is only version which I can buy.
I already downloaded official ROM:
RUU_Diamond_HTC_Europe_1.37.401.3_Radio_Signed_Diamond_52.26a.25.09_1.00.25.03_Ship.exe

Can I use this ROM image to flash German version of phone, without HardSPL? Is this a European version of ROM, that can be installed on every EU phone, regardless of language?
Please help, i realy want to buy Diamond - but don't understand Geman at all, and I'm afraid of "hacking" with hard-spl (at least for now).

Does anyone can answer?

If you wish to update a device with a different language you must use an hardspl hacked.
Or buy a unbranded one, in the language you want.

I'm planning to buy unbranded device, without contract, but it's realy hard to find English version in Germany.

Of course you can, here: www.handit.de
They also carry the English version.
Switching from German to English is pretty simple though, you just need to use one of the cooked(or OEM) ROMs available here in the forum. Just make sure they're in English.
Btw: you'll loose your warranty if you're using a cooked ROM or if you're using a non-approved(for your region) OEM ROM, just make sure you're aware of it.

You can also buy it outside Germany.

Hi friends I recently purchased HTC BLACKSTONE from denmark and the language installed on it was danish i want to change it to english as i dont understand it all and i need to take it back to india so is there any way i can do all this the rom installed on the phone is

you can flash another WWE (WorldWideEnglish) ROM on your phone. read the cRaCKwHoRe's Blackstone Flashing Tutorial, read it one more time and then give it a try. you'll need a laptop/computer to complete the task. good luck!

I've gone through the threads thanks alot for the replies friends but i dont know which english rom can i use for this upgrade

can some one upload french rom for htc hima I upgrad my phone with TofClock_HIMA_WM6_AKU.0.7.exe this version is stable and fine but english lang and I need same with french lang if possible

If the ROM Cooker not do a French Version, there will be no French.
I think you must live with English.

phone was spanich rom mobistar telefonica I upgrad it with TofClock_HIMA_WM6_AKU.0.7.exe now become english means that phone can tacke europe rom even if phone from honkong isnt' it?
dont' think so that phone should stay in english rom
may be some one surprise you and me perhapse will gine us french rom solution

Firmware upgrading Huawei U8160 does not change language.. :(

I have a Huawei U8160 from Vodafone spain. I upgraded the main package with a stock rom from Vodafone Romania, but I still no have the romanian language on it!
I have flashed the hungarian stock rom, still no have hungarian language!
I have only 3 language:
English
Espanol
Portugues
In the Software Upgrade Guideline it is written:
1. There is 2 SD card upgrade packages: main package and customized package.
2. Copy the dload folder to SD card, after copying, the directory is /sdcard/dload/
Upgrade operations
Notes 1: Upgrade operations will erase the user data. First upgrade main package, then
upgrade the Customized package for the country you wanted.
