Hello all,
Today I was with HTC Touch in my hand, and surprisingly (or not) it have the WM6 in Portuguese version.
If there's already WM6 in Portuguese, it will not be easy to cook some Portuguese ROM to our Trinity?
I don't understand nothing about cooking this is why I don't know if it's easy or not to make such version.
PS: I prefer WWE but I think there's a lot of portuguese speaking that prefer the portuguese one
humm, wonder from where can we download a portuguese Touch rom without having a valid IMEI.

Maybe from the ELF (Touch) forum, someone can help...
Already searched it, the last person to ask for it got no response.
There's nothing on the Wiki, ftp, national forums.

Well I just see it in the store MediaMarkt-Braga (can I say it? ), and I play with the HTC Touch for a while.
Maybe I will pass trough there again tomorrow and take some information about it!
Take an extra storage card and dump the rom while you're there lol

lol, it was just a joke, I think there's no way to do a device 2 sd dump using only the SD on the Touch.
Well only nw I could stop at the shop again, and this is the information i take it:
CE OS: 5.2.1238(Build 17745.0.2.3)
ROM version: 1.11.410.1B PTG
As I said it was in the HTC Touch and it have WM6 in Portuguese

excuse-me, if anyone have a HTC Touch whith WM6 in PTG, it's only a question to extract all the *416* files, verify them and cook again a new rom, this time in portuguese language.....

I can help you making a portuguese rom. My problem is i can´t speak portuguese i can make a rom and you help me translating the english words to portuguese or a we do i mixed rom.

I think the files are 0816 PTG Portuguese Portugal and not 0416 PTB Portuguese Brazil. I am right?
So i make a 0816 version.

I don't know the codes, but yes we want PTG Portuguese, so 0816 version it's the right one.

hi, in this forum i found a manual to use the 0816 file from the windows mobile SDK in Portuguese, i have done everything rigth but when i 'm upgrading my cooked rom, he stop responding at 38%....
do you tink you can do this by this way?

i am sure there will be either some rom update for a spanish carrier, or some cooked rom
They´ve still not released the Diamond in Spain yet so you´ll have to wait for someone to dump thier ROM once it´s out

I think the KS20 rom is not released in hungarian. In Hungary, the shops are selling it with an english rom, which is turned into hungarian here in Hungary, so basically it's not a hungarian rom.
I think the story is the same with the Diamond...

Edit: However, you can change the language of your rom for yourself Google it, it's device specific as far as I know, and do it on your own risk!

You have to edit the base rom. You can find information about this here on the Xda developers forum
Edit: Do you need hungarian roms anyway? Because if these roms are in a language you don't know, the best option is to flash the devices with english roms, you can obtain those from the devices support sites.

Well I speak the 3 main languages ( English, Spanish, Hungarian) very very well so its not gonna be the problem... )
Just my girlfriend whos willing to use the LG KS 20 doesnt speak English nor Spanish...thats why I should get the ROM in Hungarian for Her...
Hi friends I recently purchased HTC BLACKSTONE from denmark and the language installed on it was danish i want to change it to english as i dont understand it all and i need to take it back to india so is there any way i can do all this the rom installed on the phone is

you can flash another WWE (WorldWideEnglish) ROM on your phone. read the cRaCKwHoRe's Blackstone Flashing Tutorial, read it one more time and then give it a try. you'll need a laptop/computer to complete the task. good luck!

You probably need to flash the phone with a WWE ROM .
