the files are online but you need to have the ftp password to download them.
install Qwerty_change_end_bluetooth_patch.cab
1. copy to pda (without converting)
2. start Qwerty_change_end_bluetooth_patch.cab
3. It will create an additional cab file in \my documents
4. start the bluetooth cab file in \my documents
5. soft reset … done.
Bluetooth stack 3500 and qwertz patch is applied now.
which username should i use? and which password?
i used a ftp client programa and left the username in blank and used the password XDA and it enters the server but there is no files or folders there..... ((((
i need that file urgently so i can have my german mda3 keyboard remapped ...

I ran the above patch on a German MDAIII with WWE Rom.
Works great on the hardware keyboard.
On the software Keyboard side I have only been able to find one application that will allow me to change the layout to German.

For 29.95 it seems a bit high.
I have read the thread on the registory changes but feel that it also only true for the hardware keybaord.

For those who want to study a way of entering on htc europe ftp server.
Open ftp.htceurope.com on your PDA with Internet Explorer.
In my P3300 it opens a page without asking for username or password but the characters are only squares.

my guess is "NO"...
On pc it asks for username / password.
So it will on your HTC, cause IE on phone cant give you logon screen you see the squares.
You won't find any usefull information in it i guess
not quite, the squares are because of the encoding of the page. You see parts of the page like title as "software bank" and a a place to put serial number of the device but you can't see the text between them.
The page is being rendered in Japanese characters - hence the square boxes

Hi Guys,
i'm working hard on a windows mobile application in visual studio 2008 (vb). What i want is that the application retrieve a table from a website.. based on user input.
for example there is a website.. where a text fiel exist wich is called country. when i'm filling that text field with United Kindom and push the button submit, the website is showing me a list of al the cars in the united kingdom.
But how can i fill that text field in my visual basic application and how can i show the results in my visual basic application?
I hope somebody can help me!
I would imagine you would have to go through the following steps:
1) Make form application in VB.net with some fields to put data in (text field select box)
2) Open the .txt file from the webserver
3) Parse the contents of the .txt file
4) Put the values that you parsed out of the .txt file into a select box or display them on the screen.
I'm sure if you have any programming experience you can find how to do this by looking at the documentation on the Microsoft website.
