after upgrading, Xda Exec won't work !

Hello there ,
i got a problem since 3 months ago and i still cannot do anything , i have been searching about any solution but i can't get through with anyone.
my mobile is : Xda Exec

after the upgrading with different type of mobile Rom , the mobile was unable to turn on . i just see the black screen without anything .. i try to restart it but still black screen .. when i try to connect it via USB my Windows wouldn't recognize the mobile ..
is there any help please??
i try to download the original ROM from the o2 website but the link is die and o2 doesn't support xda exec anymore ..

have you tried to boot into bootloader mode and reflash an o2 rom from there?
(can be found on the ftp )

what do you mean by bootloader mode , if you mean to press the two butoons to format the phone and install new one , then yes i tried it many times but nothings comes in the screen just black screen and sometime i have seen a version number like v1.0 ..
do you have the original ROM from the o2 via ftp ? post it please ..

You should take a kook at the wiki. There's a link at the top of the page.
Bootloader mode is accessed by pressing backlight, power and reset and there is no backlight, so take a close look...

EvilJogga i did that many times but nothings change just black screen with above USB written and bellow v2.10 .. just like this ..
is there any help ?!

that is bootloader mode..
means you can reflash etc.

did you CID unlock your device?
if so then i suggest installing ranjus v7.4 or similar if not get the original o2 rom from the ftp and extract it, in there it will have the application to run
it wont try to flash unless it can recognise the device so have a play around
i had to replace all the original flashing utilities with the "unsafe" MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe
as mine kept failing with the other :S
however i got your problem once, edited ranjus to include that utility and run it.
if that made sense?

But I don't know from where can get the original o2 rom .. Do you have it please?
i try to search for it in the o2 website but all links are die .which are HTTP not ftp..

and they are not currently on xda-devs ftp (my mistake)

you may need to download the launch rom then the update
im not to sure though.

let me know how it goes

i installed the original ROM , when I finish the ROM processer said i have to disconnect from usb then open it ... I have been try it many times I got a message on my mobile with white screen and black written said "
press 0 to restore
factory default
press x to exit "
When I press 0 or x it comes screen with different color such as red, black and green. I have been waiting up to 30 mints put nothing change.
I tried it many times with different preening from 0 to x but still the same.
I thought I have to install the upgrade when i connect to the pc it didn't recognize the mobile.
I am sorry to bothering you guys.

what utility did you use to boot?
and leave the screen open whilst booting (it shows a percentage on the screen )
and press 0 when it prompts that

Hi kingsizeriz , i used the O2 Xda Exec Launch ROM v113139 ROM.
I did as you said, but i didn't see the percentage on my screen. I was waiting for the restore then I pressed 0 but nothing change. Then I wafting now for 1 day and the mobile in the charger but nothing change just screen with mixed colors

How to reload the default software back to HTC Excalibur

Hello,
Need your guys help urgently. I have a HTC Excalibur, but recently did not power ON for about afew weeks, and now when I power ON, it will just hang at the booting green page showing "Windows Mobile Direct Push Technology", and can never goto the main screen at all, suspected that the software corrupted.
Please help, I have tried to use the Activesync but it does not detect my HTC Excalibur. Is there any way to reload back the default software/firmware image back to the device? like BlackBerry device, there's a software application and can use the Desktop Manager Application Loader to reload the software/firmware back to the device, is there such similar way for HTC Excalibur? Or any alternatives to resolve this issue?
Please HELP, any kind soul expert out there to help?

They are 2 ways that You can get the bootloader screen back, by connecting your phone to your PC via USB, catch this {although the phone may look like it's not connected to your PC via active, but it is connected, you will not see the green Active sync icon on your PC at this time, but you phone is still connected to your PC via active sync}, understand this...!
Next, while your phone is connected to your PC via active sync, push and hold the camera button for several seconds, keep trying until the color screen appear {BootLoader screen}, should the BootLoader screen appear, You will have to install a 6.0 ROM back in your device, before you put a 6.1 ROM on your device.
If the above method should fail, this is another method, but kind of difficult, soft reset your mobile device, while your phone is coming back up, press and hold down the the 2 soft key {Home Key and Back Key} and the camera buttons at the same time, until the color screen comes up, you may have to try this several times, be patient. Should the color screen come up, install a 6.0 ROM back on your device before installing a 6.1 ROM to your device. These 2 method have worked for me and others in the past......!

Note use WindowsXP to Flash I never try to use another OS to Flash this phone

1. MB60 USB Driver
2. MB60 DMtool V1.8 Use this toos as Flash tool
3. Radio stack Version/ Bootloader 1.0.20 by Flash this Chinese Rom Use MB60 DMtool V1.8 to flash it.
4. ROM_A3100_6.5_Lite_Build21903_Chai2porn_WWE This incould MB60 DMtool V1.8 in file
Instuction
1. Full Charging/ Power off
2. Go to download mode by Pass and hold Task ball and Endkey then pass Power on
3. Plug in USB this shuld pop up found new hardware
3. Install USB Driver
4. then check what port has been detect by
Control Panal/System/Hardware/Device Manager/Com Port/ and look for number of Attila port (ex: My port is 22)
5. Flash Chinese Rom after it done
6. Flash Motorola Surf A3100 6.5 WWE biuld 21903_by Chai2porn
After first boot Please Clean boot once by Pass and hold Send/End key and then Power on

Have a problem... Services.exe Full cpu.. problems on the graphics

thanks chaiporn....it's nice ROM just like what i need...light and good looking, with a lot of free space on memory ....but ...sadly, my past problem is happen again in this ROM, some times the sms tone wouldn't ringing when sms is coming.....so sad....
anyway,....this ROM is good...i've test it for about 24 hours and goes well....

but when install SPB Mobile shell language change to Thai
even I have changed to English in reginal setting
but some icons still in Thai

i've test with spb mob shell too....but on mine, it works well, i change the regional setting to US....
but , as i said before, on mine, the problems is the sms ringtone.....wont ringin...

What are you trying to do? Flash a ROM? Does it not boot WinMo? Can you not flash stock? Did you try task29?

U are flashing the wrong rom
I have thesame phone with u,it only allows sprint Roms,so find a sprint rom www.shipped-roms.com or flash this one Verizon shipped-roms.com/download.php?model=RhodiumW&file=RUU_Rhodium_W_WM65_VERIZON_WWE_3.04.605.3_RS_2.23.00WV_NV_VZW_1.94_1111_PRL58005_Ship.exe&send_file=yes
copy and paste in your browser to download, and put ur phone in tri-colour screen and click on your download ...if that doesnt work open the download file change the Nbh file to Rhodimg.nbh extract to your Sd card ,put to ur phone press and hold vol down button and press power button then update from there..........

,that was my confusion because it came with a Rhod 100 spec at back and Tmobile casing ...i can say it was Rebranded.....The bootloader was saying a difrent thing...see the bootloader Pic

Redo the hard reset and try again. Also, I suspect that your screen is frozen (watch for changes in dot view mode, like time and battery percentage). It might also be that your tactile screen isn't working anymore and requires a change.

but the screen is not freezed as i can check my call history and time and battary status ,
also i made har reset and change all frim as i made new flash but problem still exist ,

Sorry, this is completely unrelated from the current topic but I reallly need help..I tried to flash a rom on my HTC but thr preloader got corrupted xo my phone go hard bricked. Pluging the phone into a computer just shows a red led and the computer shows nothing in device manager.
I tried uninstalling the MTK Preload VCOM driver and reinstalling it but that still didn't work.
Even pressing volume keys while connecting still gave nothing.
I also tried disconnecting the battery and reconnecting the phone to the computer but still nothing.
If there is anyone, please help me.....

When my E9 got hard bricked, I sent it to a repair shop. They took a long time, but they brought it back to life.
