Hi everyone..
These days, when it is rare to find roms with less bugs in.
I believe that the best roms that ever came are ( KARMBA ) roms.
I tried most of karmba roms- from 5 to 7.1 - & planed to stick with it till my trinity suffers
BUT now we have a problem with SENDING A BIG file - like 2 or 3 MB - by Bluetooth , the device hangs up & you have to soft reset sometimes
It is OK in receiving
I tried several programs like Resco Explorer , Dr.Yar and other Bluetooth programs some of them hangs and some stops working
So can you Mr Karmba or anyone help to solve this problem?

yes same problem with tom codon-black&blue.
didn't experience it thu with bepe 0.76.
any idea people what's wrong?

ALL wm6 roms have this bug
have you tried by constantly awakening your device by touching the screen, or scroll buttons? Maybe it's a power problem, after some time it just turn of itself and goes to some power management mode
I tried that but it didn't help.

downgraded from karamba 7.1 to bepe 0.76 and bluetooth big files transfers is working gr8 again!
before jumping to conclusions i hope if someone else did the same and tell us if it works with him/her too.

So, you think the problem is with the RADIO...
because now I am using 1.50.xx.x
maybe it's the WM6 built
seems all is having pbs with bluetooth.
but guys, does anyone have BT working as it should be? what's ur radio and rom??
I don't know if this helps but I am using AX3L's Lite ROM and I am sending big files (30-50 MB, especially music, videos, movies, etc.) and is all working ok!
Rest of bluetooth activity is also ok. So maybe it is a problem with your ROMs?

people who say it's working all use 1.46.00.11 ...
i'll try and keep u posted ...
i tried the 1.46.00.11 radio ...
and guess what ... no change at all ...
i guess it's the rom then ...

from pc to ppc without problem,
but from ppc to other mobile or pc
still nothing

Yesterday I've sent a 173MB file via bluetooth and several media files of approx. 50MB each through bluetooth to a notebook, a SE phone and a Polaris.

I really like the finixnover 3.0.2 ... but cant get the bluetooth to work with it ... dunno why !!
btw which program do u use for the transfer ...
i tried transfering byt the file explorer .. it worked .. unfortunately it didn't have progress bar
by resco explorer ... didn't!!
i wanted resco because of the progress bar
I guess i'll give AXel a try ... any other advices???

I'd success used the software but missed again for one day and some reset.I run the software again and success again.I don't how long it can alive.

I've a trinity who works in faman 4.03 and rom radio 1.43.30.11.
I've got a bluetooth headphone : Motorola s705.
I've try to follow many tutorials and forums about this subject but i'm still not happy of my sound :
-the quality is horrible (like if i was listening a big compressed mp3 with a lot of crackles)
-the sound "cut" every 10sc during 1sc
I don't know what to do.

try flashing wm6.1 mary's new lite rom get the top link with the .1 at the end of the build number, all drivers are updated.... it works for me... hope this helps
also update your radio to the latest which is 1.50.08.11... this solves a lot of problems...
If the above two desn'y work (it should!) then its your headset...

However, I have read somewhere that even if you install the cab fix, it may not fix it much, as other things can affect A2DP performance as well. I'm not too sure about this, as I've been told that even background programs running or lots of today plug-ins can affect this.

It's ok i've found AD2PFix and intalled it. But it does not work. I've always the same problem.

I've passed to ROM faman 3.6 and Rom Radio 1.38.00.11. and the sound is really better. Still not perfect but pretty good. Enough to listen music without crying

Does it work when the Uni goes to sleep and then wakes up? And I mean goes to sleep for more than a few seconds (because for short sleep intervals it does not always happen)?

I assume that this is the standard TMobile ROM that you modified with SDHC drivers? Would you mind telling me what driver files did you modify? I want to take it to the PsiDOC's 3.3 Matrix ROM since the SD support there is not stable as well.

However, I have tried running the two cab-files on other AKU3.3-images (i.e. PsiDOC's) and no luck.
Is there no way to make this work on some other WM5-image?

This ROM update three DLL files ,so u can run the cab file "htc_storage_settings_app.cab" successfully.
u can find SD*.dll when cook this rom and put into ur new cooked rom

I did manage to replace the bootsplash on my Uni, and it wasn't very hard. Wee!
However, I have downloaded a few cooking-packages, and I don't understand too much of how to make use of these. Too cryptical!

yes, i took notice of that universal WLAN is based on SDIO driver. This ROM replaced three "SD*.dll" files from wm6.1, so has this matter, wish somebody can resolve that finally.
Ah that explains it then.
Also internet will not work via GPRS. It connects fine but no traffic back and forth to the server. To me that says poched tcpip settings possibly connected to the busted WLAN

PS: Jwrightmcps has several different ROM for the single model and infact I can install his ROM for V1640...

I´ve the same problem, i think this one is only made for G3 Devices and not for G4 (I have a G4).
It don´t start, if i make a hard reset after installation, it only starts Serialmode. Have anyone the same problem?

Freezes in between playin' songs.
Thanks a lot for posting this great ROM, works absolutely well with my 8G SDHC. Just a little bit of trouble, when it's playin' songs from WMP library, the sound stops, it starts buffering, and then it resumes after 10-15 seconds. It does that in between, after every 2-3 tracks.
My WMP library has 492 tracks, is that the reason, or someone else facin' the same issue ?

I experienced these before and I thought is MSN problem,
actually is your auto config software problem and I did try.
If u just formatted the rom, use USB or wifi it works...
I use mannual input data and works well.
Please test these again, let data try last thing.

Just installed many program and optimize it .... too bad, if there any other method rather than hard-rest ?
I already retry the auto-config in operator setting and manual enter the AP but it doesn't work

Guys, why is everyone talking about port splitter ...? I've NEVER used any 3rd party app to get GPS up and running
TT7, GARMIN, IGO8, GPSTUNER, Sygic McGUIDER - all worked on EVERY stock ROM I've had (DXHC4+), including ALL modded EFN ROM's.. and I've always used COM8, 4800 baud..

me too...never understood what's this about?
all i had to do is to update the COM port to COM8 in GPS setup.
ried to update the phone part only.. flashing kept hanging in 57%.. hmm hope I can flash my phone part again..

I did the same thing (update of the phone part only) successfully.
Phone Firmware version is now DXHH1,
PDA is DXHE1 (EF 3.4U)
May I ask why some ppl just want to upgrade the PDA section only but not whole part?

I flashed with EBOOT + PDA + PHONE and didn't found any problem.
BTW, the HARD RESET LOGO was coming back after flashed to HH1 comparing with HE1.
hi, has anybody successfully installed tomtom 7 on a hd mini? Everytime i install it, installation fails. And yes have tried qvga but still not working?? Any ideas???

The 7.918.9193 version in QVGA works perfect. Many people is using it in a Spanish forum.

UPDATE: ive tried some of the older versions as well but its still saying installation unsuccessful... im using the htc hd mini stock not network locked, im going to try a hard reset, see if that resolves anything, have any of you had problems or needed to edit something for it to work????
UPDATE 2: Hard reset done and still no go, if some one can pm me on where to get the file you guys used or lead me in the right direction,

hey thanks for the info, i narrowed it down to office 2010 because when i installed that all hell broke loose on my phone either that or the memory card i had in the phone as i replaced it with a new one???
