I have a toshiba e330 with the english ROM, and i need portuguese ROM, someone can tell me were i find that?
And i want tomtom to, anyone know were i can find it?

I just finished downloading the WM2003 Upgrade for Ipaq 3850.
But my device is German and I can't flash an English Version on it.
But I read it is possible to flash with an Hex-Editor...
Does someone know how to do this?

It would be also really nice if there was some kind of an manual.
I already have a tool for rewriting the rom, "Wizard service tools"...
Even-though i am a software-engineer i dont know much about ppc's....
