hello!
i would like to use GSPlayer in HTC Home plugin at the music tab.
i like this player because it has equalizer and it is simple etc etc..
and wmp or htc audio has not got
(bassboost.cab not working on htc herald- i have htc herald )
so my question is: is it possible to use this app in place of wmplayer or htc audio?

Is there anyway to get the wmp on the today screen like the tilt does with wm6 ? I dont understand why it doesnt already
Assuming you have HTC Home, HTC Music Plug-in installed, then it is just a matter of selecting the Music Plug-in at the Today setting. The Music plug-in option let you decide which Music player you want to use.

My suggestion is to use HTC Home Plugin Customizer v0.8b. It makes tweaking your settings very easy, including the default media player. The thread is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=319308

Just tap to Launch Music Player
Is it possible to minimise it so it runs in the area where "Launch Music Player" is?
I see the track information there when I close the player but only for a few seconds.

I've got a Sony/Ericsson HBH-DS205 recently to use with my Touch HD.
On it there is a button to change tracks.
But when I wan't to change tracks, it launch Windows Media Player and don't do the action on the HTC Sense player.
Someone have this same problem ?
And have you an idea to correct this ?

Any one tried to use his/her DZ09 smart watch with the 10?
If yes can you control the music of the phone? even if it's the HTC Music app (found in Leedroid rom for example) ?

Here is what I am certain of:
It will allow me to control anything playing in MX Player and VLC with regard to stop/play/pause/skip track.
It will provide the same options with Pandora, as well as Spotify.
It will also allow me to do the same in HTC Music /Stock app.
It will not allow me to see files on the watch that are located on the phone (but it may be possible/I doubt it).
