(UPDATED) Touchflo cube + Black magic + VP3G rom + Instructions + links to rom

I posted before that I got this working flawlessly without worrying about editing the registry or worrying about soft resetting and so forth.

Before I start I will have to say thanks to JJ AND HIS TEAM FOR MAKING THE TOUCH ALPHA CAB + THE-EQUINOXE in the wizard forum for giving me some insight of how he got his working in the wizard forum.
1. First you need to download a rom kitchen you can use bepe or the core pro kitchen for hermes.

2. Download the Touch alpha cab here. http://rapidshare.com/files/38619462/Touch_Flo__Alpha_.cab.zip
3. Download the-eqinoxe files from here

4. Download any rom.
so far i tested vp3g's and black magic and both works.
a. Dump the rom you are interested in.
b. Create packages WITH PACKAGE TOOL.
the equinoxe files you download you only need this file. HTC Touchflo Cube
Now this is the tricky part.
1. open the { touch.dll} folder and cut and paste the actually {{touch.dll file}}just the DLL.file itselF into your kitchen>OEM>OEMDrivers>TOUCH.DLL and overide the existing touch.dll file.
2. Put the remaining {touch.dll folder} into the OEM.
3. YOU HAVE ALREADY TAKEN THE TOUCH.DLL FILE FROM THE {{HTC Touchflo Cube}} SO PPLEASE PUT THIS FOLDER INTO THE KITCHEN OEM AS WELL.
THAT is it now build os and create rom.
After flashing back the OS onto your system install the TOUCH ALPHA CAB, IT WILL ASK FOR YOU TO RESET THE DEVICE.
1. Assign the TOUCHFLO TO ANY HARDWARE BUTTON AND WALLA YOU GOT THE CUBE WORKING FLAWLESSY.
I have been using for over two days now without any probs apart from it not working when your device is syncing, or if your ram is very low close some of your apps go into windows click on biotouch and click on touchflo button and it will work without soft resetting.
This is just my own testing and this is my first giving to the XDA family which has given me alot.
p.s just the cube which works no finger scrolling support

Can you please explain in more detail or there is a HOWTO in the forum

Likw what you said button flo but it works. i think the trick to get touch to work is in the TOUCH.DLL which needs to port in the hermes as to what they did on the french wizard rom.

So is this Buttonflo again or Touchflo?

Why do all this if you can use a cab to achieve the same results? obviously the touch.dll doesnt enable the touch interface so why do unneeded cooking and risk n00bs screwing up their phones because you tell them the hard way of doing it when all they must do is install a simple cab, restart, and it runs fine?
This thread seems pointless...

Pointless how? Do you have full touch capabilities? I noticed you had a bit more function the way you did it but I believe this thread is implying full function but I am lost so someone please enlighten me. Also Custel, have you made your cab available? Thanks in advance to everyone working on this.

custel y the aggression ur right I should put make sure ur device has got hard spl v7 but saying this thread is pointless is saying ur new rom is pointless as well.
Out of 10 person who install the alpha cab and just want the cube to work only about 1 including me will work for sometimes 9 out of 10 you get black interface when trying.
with this method you will never get a black screen the only thing I have seen it done is when your ram is low u have to close some of ur running programs and start biotouch and the click on touchflo again without restarting ur device.
I think this is half way through getting the full touch flo working on hermes. peace out.

I didn't know I didn't use JJ's cab, I made one and it was working fine for me then again i didnt release it so maybe I was the 1 in 10 that it worked for...

Doode. I got it work with out all that. I just flashed to magik, installed the TF alfa cab, deleted the startup bio file and deleted the registry and
BLAMMO
Touchflo-Button style.
So I don't know what you're talking about but I don't even think the finger thing will work cuz the effin screen isn't compatible

then why does it work on wizard?

Just FYI, runnin majic I just installed alpha and assigned the button and sr and its worked all day loooong with no glitches. This means I bypassed pretty much everything, no deleting in the registry or start up folder

Its not the hardware... the touch.dll is required for the finger motion stuff...

ONCE AGAIN awesome contributions from xda developers finest members thanks again ,and please nver go the evil way of not sharing your skills!!

Button Touchflo won't work after keyboard slideout
Does anyone notice once you slide out the hardware keyboard and rotate the screen back from landscape, activate button touchflo will not work...
(have to goto /windows and run biotouch again, then touchflo button again, but intermittent blank screen problem)

Worked the first time!
I got it working after a fresh install of Black Majic then I started to use Pocket IE and tried running it again it just gave me blank screen again. And I haven't had it working since and I don't want to reinstall the ROM again to just make it work and not work again. Any suggestions? I also tried soft-reset, deleting bio link and registry stuff.

WM6 with touchflo integrated?

doesn't is a WWE wm6 with touchflo in it? like this? (even if is for qtek s200). to not install a cab to activate a touch. to have allready in the rom after ROM update. i tried P3600_WM6_1[1].1_WWE_ADW_incl_RADIO.rar but i can't find the touchflo (or I don't know how to start it, to activate it). can someone help me? thank you all.

don't think so. but you can try Touch Commander found in the thread in xda also.

though not the same, but pretty similar. If you installted the FTouchFlo 1.4.1. you will feel even better.. I am using these both on my D810. I even installed HTC Album. great...

The problem is the touchflo, work good the touchcommander but the first click is in the button or a Icon.

Well. not really. nt sure if this help. I put the FTouchFlo link to the windows startup folder so phone will run FTouchFlo evertime it start up. then from DOWN->UP i set it to run Touch Commander. so no button or icon. do try that. but it does take a while for it to load.

i want an application (not such as touch commander) integrated in ROM. thank you anyway

I installed touchflo 1.4.1 added it to startup but I dont know how to activate it...
Any idea?

Touch Commander is the closest thing to it at the moment, I'm sure some Rom cookers are making their latest ROMs with fTouchFlo and Touch Commander at the moment, that's good enough for me, what is the problem with Touch Commander, or the flash cube?

grega_slo. u don't have to activate. I guess the file FTouchFloConfig.txt in ur folder (\Program Files\FTouchFlo for me) was not edited with the command that you need. So nothing actually happen. try going through the previous thread or do a search on FTouchFlo and you may find some answer.

HELP!!!!! Newbie who wants TF3D

Could someone PLEASE help me to install touchflo 3d into my xperia x1. I am running the stock ROM with windows 6.1 and was wondering if anyone can direct me to the downloads and instructions that I need to install TF3D without changing ROM. THANKS LOVE XDA!!!!!!

I wouldn't suggest installing Touch FLO 3D if it isn't ROM. It will be very buggy. I think that the point of having a ROM with touch flo 3d is to prevent bugs. Having roms let the chef make sure that the Touch FLO customization works flawlessy on the phone.
I've used itje's Touch It ROM before and it was absolutely error free.
When I installed Touch FLO as a cab, it was a POS. ---> super slow, crashed, I even had to format my phone.

It works fine !

I was running Windows Mobile 6.1 and installed the TouchFLO 3D customisation pack and installed that, 45mb took 1 full hr to install but it was the best thing ever on my Xperia X1. you should install it, It's a matter of downloading it, copying it to your MicroSD Card on the phone and installing the .cab and thats it ! you got TouchFLO 3D working at its best !
I installed Windows 6.5 With TouchFLO 3D intergrated and the music player on TouchFLO 3D does not work ! so I don't know why but the .cab for Windows Mobile 6.1 was working much better.

Yes, I'd like to know how to install TF3D properly as a .cab file.
I've a Rogers branded X1a and I've tried installing that ULTRA/ULTIMATE TF3D and Panels configurator, but nothing happens. It just keeps saying "Loading..." and when I change orientations, all that appears is "Orientation Changed [Landscape/Portrait]"

i would like to say..
there isnt a .cab file that installs tf3d properly.even if it doesnt it the old tf3d.n it doesnt work so well.
THE BEST WAY TO GET A FAST PHONE A LONGER BATTERY LIFE AND TF3d is to flash a new rom
it looks difficult but actually its real easy
see the video tutorials by biovolt for this in the rom section

Hi,
thank you for the links. that works excellent on BsB 6.5F. Only one minor issue :
in home tab , shortcuts are " Suspend" and " Comm. Manager". Is there any way to change these two? (Suspend doesn't work on my phone).

If you use advanced config, you cab change these soft buttons to anything you like....ie phone and comm manager

You can use Advaced Config, Go To Menu, Choose More Settings, Then Key Mapping, U can change the Soft keys mapping and the hardware mapping aswell.

Does somebody know where to download the cab file for TF3D2? Because I think WM6.5 is better then TF3D but TF3D2 does makes it even beter.

OK where i can get informations about all the TouchFLO 3D 2.5 files so that i start a project to bring only the TouchFLO 3D 2.5 in a cab and all can easy install only a cab without falshing all the time a custom ROM?
What i need is a full file list including file locations of TouchFLO 3D 2.5.
I will search the registry keys by my self.
Can any one help me with the files?

I'm pretty sure this is not possible at all... One of the great cooks here at xda would already have done it! TouchFlo is far too deeply inbedded in the ROM to be installed via cab!

I would be very interested in something like this myself and do not think it is impossible. I remember from my old days when I had found a cab file to install HTC Home onto a Windows 5 Xda. It was a hit in the Xda forum then. So to say, it's not impossible.

In there you'll find all the manila files. not sure what you're gonna do with them though, there's thousands!
