Has anyone got the *.Cab File for this, as I would just like to add it to my current ROM.

I know people are working on it, but there is no cab available as of yet, but I am sure it will come pretty soon, you should check b&b 3.7, kinda makes up for not having touchflo

Hey pvdhelm,
is there anything special to take care of?
I downloaded, executed and installed it.
After reboot, i start "Touchflo" from Programs but nothing happens except a black screen. After pressing OK, i get back into Programs?
Any ideas?

My ROM is B&B v3.7

this alfa version is not for the artemis but for the wizard as you may have noticed in the thread....
You have to install HTC audio manager when a black screen appears with the HTC Wizard...I tried with the Artemis but didn't get it to work...
It's also contains a lot of bugs...and you have to assign a key to use it....I wouldn't recommend this to new users/starters.....

I don't see any notice that it's for Wizard only.
I don't expect too much of an Alpha version but nevertheless i think we have to wait for a smoother release

HOWTO
Install the cab provided by jasjamming and Bepe (THANKS FOR YOUR WORK GUYS) then make sure you have assigned a button to Touch Flo and finally install the cab attached in this post.
Make a soft reset and after boot process you will see a window for some second (actually it's the script window, i didn't manage how to hide it ), after that window close push the Touch Flo button, the cube should spinning .
The fix consist in using nScript (ns.exe) for making a startup script (ButtonFlo.ns) that will load and wait for touchflo.exe first then it will launch Biotouch.exe.
A link (called bio.lnk, so it should overwrite the link to Biotouch.exe) is added in the start up folder to autostart the script during the boot process.

WM6 with touchflo integrated?

doesn't is a WWE wm6 with touchflo in it? like this? (even if is for qtek s200). to not install a cab to activate a touch. to have allready in the rom after ROM update. i tried P3600_WM6_1[1].1_WWE_ADW_incl_RADIO.rar but i can't find the touchflo (or I don't know how to start it, to activate it). can someone help me? thank you all.

don't think so. but you can try Touch Commander found in the thread in xda also.

though not the same, but pretty similar. If you installted the FTouchFlo 1.4.1. you will feel even better.. I am using these both on my D810. I even installed HTC Album. great...

The problem is the touchflo, work good the touchcommander but the first click is in the button or a Icon.

Well. not really. nt sure if this help. I put the FTouchFlo link to the windows startup folder so phone will run FTouchFlo evertime it start up. then from DOWN->UP i set it to run Touch Commander. so no button or icon. do try that. but it does take a while for it to load.

i want an application (not such as touch commander) integrated in ROM. thank you anyway

Touch Commander is the closest thing to it at the moment, I'm sure some Rom cookers are making their latest ROMs with fTouchFlo and Touch Commander at the moment, that's good enough for me, what is the problem with Touch Commander, or the flash cube?

grega_slo. u don't have to activate. I guess the file FTouchFloConfig.txt in ur folder (\Program Files\FTouchFlo for me) was not edited with the command that you need. So nothing actually happen. try going through the previous thread or do a search on FTouchFlo and you may find some answer.

Diamond TF3D config working on Xperia X1 (tested)

I just insatlled the TF3D config on my X1 downloaded elsewhere from this wonderful forum including HD Themes and backgrounds pictures collected from the forum. It worked like charm on my X1 updated with Touch-IT X1 M-HD 1.1. Just wanted to share with all.

installed the cab file but nothing hapned

Have you tried going to Start, Settings, Today, Items then selecting the TF3D

You actually goto Start/Programs/Diamond TF3D Config
But....I've tried it and it crashes on mine with a Null reference error.

Its killed my touch screen and I cant navigate the start menu to uninstall or reset(hard)
I know I can press left and right button and soft restart = hard restart but is there a way to fix this without hard reset?

Yup, Killed my touch screen as well. Not recommended to use yet.
If you use the slide out keyboard, you can use the windows key and the d-pad to navigate to settings/system/remove programs

Try and delete the tweaks-file in the applications folder.

no problem running this on my x1

if you download the cab file from my XION ROM THREAD; THE ONE CALLED DIAMOND.... for xperia.cab it will work perect, and with the tweaks, but be carefule with the tweaks, as some work and some dont, some makes you have to hardreset the phone, and thats the performence tweaks.

If I remember correctly you have to be careful to untick TF3D from Today, then install & reset, then tick TF3D back.
Worked fine on mine EXCEPT it seems to have screwed up the "People" tab, I can't add any contact but still can access the menu (I've also added the "Comm Manager" Tab").
Anyone has the same problem? a fix??

this tools is intended for a previous version of a previous version of the first version of tflo3d that we currently have on our device... so make your conclusions.
It should works on some parts but I strongly discourage you to use it

I get an "unexpected error"
I did delete the tweak.xml file, but still get the same error.
Anyone with solutions?
I also tried Diamond...for xperia.cab, still the same error.

Here's a new ROM for the Excalibur cooked on the new 20282 core and the system partition from the newest HTC smartphone, the S740 "Rose".
This is a WWE (world wide English) only ROM.
Applications included in this ROM are:
- HTC Album
- Tegic T9 with English available
- TMobile Dash keyboard layout file by default
- Adobe Reader LE
- HTC Audio Manager
- Automatic GPRS settings application
- Windows Live
- Windows Live Messenger

This ROM includes the new sliding panels from HTC, which open up a world of opportunities for customization.
INSTRUCTIONS for flashing:
1. Run the downloaded exe. It should automatically unpack and present a black command prompt window.
2. Make sure you remove your storage card from the phone before the next steps.
3 .Follow the instructions in the black window. Do NOT reboot when the SDA unlocker tells you to reboot the phone. It's not necessary.
4. You might get a prompt asking you if you want to run the spl program. Just say yes. At that point you should get a white screen.
5. If for any reason you're not seeing a white screen, you did something wrong and you need to try again.
6. Flash the ROM following the instructions in the flashing utility.
You can expect the phone to be "stuck" on the HTC logo for about 2 1/2 minutes the first time. After that, it should only take about 40-45 seconds for the phone to reboot.
INSTRUCTIONS for recovery in case something goes wrong:
Turn your phone completely off. Pushing the camera button in, plug in your usb cable. The tricolor, bootloader screen will come up and you can flash your regular OEM ROM which can be downloaded from one of the stickies.
I recommend flashing the modified bootloader made by jockeyw2001. It's attached to this post.
What it does is, it CID unlocks your phone, so you don't have to use the softSPL everytime you want to flash a ROM. It also makes recovery from a bad flash much easier, where you dont have to hunt for your original manufacturer's ROM to load in order to resurect the phone.[/CENTER]

Hmm interesting. I installed that cab over 1.4 and the tab key DID behave like it's supposed to. I will make sure to integrate this fix in the next release (including the lite release).

I went to find the t9 file mainly because there was no predictive text showing up for me after I flashed this ROM twice. No matter the cause, this seemed to fix it up. One other thing though, the ROM doesn't seem to make any changes when I add the cpr entry to make it show the day of the week, is there something I'm doing wrong?
Last 'problem' is whenever I choose Chome slim, I never have gotten a slim programs list like I see in your screens. Does my phone hate me?

Hmmm I never use predictive text, so I guess I never noticed that anomaly. The cab should fix it though...
These new ROMs have a different system for editing CPR files. The CPR file is actually declared in the home.xml file found in application data/home. You have to edit one of those files, declare a custom cpr file and then go drop that file in the \windows directory. OR, you could just edit the HTC cpr file that are already in the windows directory.
Again, with the slim panels, you have to make sure the OS knows about them. THe easiest way is to rename the slim CPRs to the HTC cprs and just overwrite the htc cprs in \windows.

No idea... don't use it. I would assume it searches for all your stuff on the storage card. I dont know...

Well you know.. there's lite ROMs out there with just the basic apps included. I will make a light version as well as a SUPER light version with everything stripped. That way, people can just add what they need or want and that's it

My new rom is up. It is basically the same as my latest with a few modifications.

Installation Notes:
Your device must be unlocked for this to work. If you don't know how to unlock it, there is a link on my signature with a guide on how to do this. Also, this is only for the HTC Vogue - which is a CDMA device (no SIM card). It will NOT work for any device that doesn't fall under this. Not sure if you have a Vogue? Go to the WIKI and find out. I am not responsible for damage to your device (not that anything should happen, but legal disclaimers are meant for the "what ifs" )
Drop the XDA_UC folder located in the rar file onto the root of your SD card. Flash and soft reset. The UC process will start upon second boot. You can add/remove any cabs that you want to (or not want) so that the system will install them automatically.
CDMA Weather Fix:
Select the weather in your city in the Manila tab prior to installing this fix. Once it is selected, install and soft reset.

Good rom, sped is very good, and stable. Minor problems with menus when trying to add programs to Manilla Launcher.GPS is FAST!! The fastest I've seen. Been running for 1/2 day and no real problems. Kudos Dude!

Great ROM, performance is one of the best, it is a good idea for the power users to customize and choose the needed apps for themselves (even though this ROM already has lots of nice apps preinstalled), but for lazy people like me, it is a bit work to install lots of things (like the input methods) and the HTC 2DManila, etc. Still customizing the ROM and testing, but so far, very impressive. Thanks!

btw, BT PAN is not working for this version. In imported the registry entry I exported from NFSFAN's ROM and it worked again.

Glad you like it. I have tried adding and removing programs from the launcher and have had no issues whatsoever (speed-wise, that is). Can you elaborate on the menus issue a bit to see if I can reproduce it?

Well, I will see if I can cook EzInput (or at least drop it in the UC folder) since I changed something in the shared modules and I think that may be the reason why it is working now. M2D does not have to be manually installed. It will do it by itself upon second boot. In fact, you do not need to install anything in the UC folder at all, it will all install itself as long as you put the XDA_UC folder in the root of the SD card as per my instructions.

By mega dialer fixed do you mean you got rid of that annoying scrollbar???
I keep going back to NFSFAN's V1.00 due to the dialer, I don't like the standard wm dialer, but I also can't stand the stupid scrollbar that appears with the others in 6.5.X builds................this thing is primarily a phone after all!!!!!!!!! ((at least I use it at that now and then)

Since NFS, WDM, and Vin stopped development I've started experimenting again, that may include my own ROMs (did that until I tried NFSFAN's Bell Rom back in the early 6.1 days and figured I couldn't beat the big boys).
Great work on both your ROM's by the way, but I wouldn't mind trying the fix on my own concoction (is that a word????) as well!!!!!!!

I believe there is one (I can't recall where though). Do a search on the site (or Google) and it should come out. If I can find it, I will post it.
