I already did translate - in Russian I think, localized instructions are required along with localized ROMs and devices.
can you upload the english one please

i wish to start translating roms for our community here, i would start with the tmob aku 3.3 german rom since some people would want it in english and dutch for my dutch board friends over here.
I have the darkforce rom in dutch and since for the universal never a dutch official rom was released i think there must be some guide or somebody who can give me a start on this
Anyone has some experience on this , i dll the lang v2.1 and reshacker and have lots of "hobbytime"
Also my girlfriends speaks german and would help me on a usable translation.

In a ROM you would need to change the *.mui files according the languages
Like "shellres.dll.0407.mui" (0407 for German) to "shellres.dll.0409" (0409 for English)

Hello all,
Today I was with HTC Touch in my hand, and surprisingly (or not) it have the WM6 in Portuguese version.
If there's already WM6 in Portuguese, it will not be easy to cook some Portuguese ROM to our Trinity?
I don't understand nothing about cooking this is why I don't know if it's easy or not to make such version.
PS: I prefer WWE but I think there's a lot of portuguese speaking that prefer the portuguese one

Well I just see it in the store MediaMarkt-Braga (can I say it? ), and I play with the HTC Touch for a while.
Maybe I will pass trough there again tomorrow and take some information about it!

lol, it was just a joke, I think there's no way to do a device 2 sd dump using only the SD on the Touch.
Well only nw I could stop at the shop again, and this is the information i take it:
CE OS: 5.2.1238(Build 17745.0.2.3)
ROM version: 1.11.410.1B PTG
As I said it was in the HTC Touch and it have WM6 in Portuguese

I can help you making a portuguese rom. My problem is i can´t speak portuguese i can make a rom and you help me translating the english words to portuguese or a we do i mixed rom.

I think the files are 0816 PTG Portuguese Portugal and not 0416 PTB Portuguese Brazil. I am right?

I don't know the codes, but yes we want PTG Portuguese, so 0816 version it's the right one.

hi, in this forum i found a manual to use the 0816 file from the windows mobile SDK in Portuguese, i have done everything rigth but when i 'm upgrading my cooked rom, he stop responding at 38%....
do you tink you can do this by this way?

uhhh. idk about windows mobile... but i know that the senseTATTOO rom has spanish option. ask jamezelle about it...
but it's got a spanish option. if you wanna run it from nand, its pretty easy.
Spanish has to be cooked into the rom (language and localization packages). It is not impossible, but it takes time to sort all that stuff out.
It will use ver3.29 radio and a better oemdrivers file.
It is based on PDAL 23001 Chinese ROM,and I will translate some Chinese words to English.
Please wait for one day.
Maybe I will Relese the rom'tools.Only one steps,you can cook you personal rom.

upload the rom and i will translate it for u
