'No Maps Found' on TT6 - Help Needed

I've just installed TomTom 6 on my orbit and when I run the program I get the error 'No Maps Found' and wondered whether anyone could help me.
I know I have to create a TOMTOM folder in My Documents and add a CurrentMap.dat file but I need to know exaclty what text goes in this as I've read conflicting arguments. Also wondered if anyone else could help me as I'm really stuck here.

Pimbackup. I cannot backup folders of the sd card!!

Anyone knows why is not possible to copy complete folders from the SD card and however I ca do it from the ppc storage memory?

why would u want to use Pimbackup for this? lol. i just use a adaptor and plug the MicroSD straight into the PC, much quicker, and you can just copy the whole card over.

hi there i have a problem upgrading my p3300 im running on official wm6 and i tried upgrading to TOM's ROM and got the error message 270. then i insalled uspl v1.0 and tried upgrading again but it stops at 3% and restats the phone there i get error message 244 invalid device ID.
i don't knw if there's a way of upgrading my device with tom's/any rom . i read somewhere about the RUU i don't knw if that's my problem ???
can anyone please help me.....

you can backup folders also with spb backup.

hey first don't you think you posted in a wrong thread
anyway try to hard reset your device and then run the USPL. before flashing any ROM

Tomtom 6.03 error "MEMORY ACCESS VIOLATION"

Hi all dudes, to All chef Rom Cookers and friends,
Actually Am Using Faman 4.02 ROM, but other side getting a huge problem with my TOMTOM 6.03, each time am running it, im getting this message " UNABLE TO START. An Exception Occured : MEMORY ACCESS VIOLATION"
Even I install TOMTOM on the main Memory or SD root, the same problem, The maps are on the SD ROOT.
Well I Need All helps fom All of you brothers.
PS : Even try "Schap's WM6 Pro 4.30 ROMs" same thing.

I had the same problem some time ago.
What I did is to remove all POIs then try again, if it does not work, this might be some files in your map folder that are corrupted.
I suggest you to copy a new fresh map ...

Done it,the map was completely corrupted.so reinstall the map and its working like a charm.

IGO8 installation error, cant copy to storage card.

change read/write attributes for the memory card and also check the folder properties for your pc or laptop.

Hello guys,
I flashed the new MIUI Rom yesterday and it worked great until now. I have installed some apps and today when i tried to open skype i got this Error !
Now when i want to open any app, the same erros appears..
That really sucks now and i couldnt find any solution in the web.I Know that anyone here can help and hope for your helps..

sd card : 8gb
