Hi All,
I currently have a Pocket Outlook profile setup to use our inhouse Zimbra server for synchronisation of emails/contacts/etc.
I also now have access to a xe2hosting.net account which I wish to also add to Pocket Outlook.
However everytime I try to create a new Microsoft Outlook profile in Pocket Messaging I cannot add the new details for the xe2hosting account - you cannot delete the zimbra details.
I also cannot delete the Microsoft Outlook profile thats already in place.
Can Pocket Outlook handle multiple Outlook profiles? or is this a bug?

I have a privately owned Qtek 9000 using the latest Imate Rom.
I have my personal email (from my home desktop) synced to the Pocket PC Partnership.
My organisation runs exchange server 2003 SP2 and I would ideally want to us push email to sync my business emails to my device, but keep the personal emails seperately.
I know Active Sync states that you can only sync one set of email accounts, but when I set up a partnership with my work pc the "sysnc with 'exchange' directly" option is offered. I have thus far declined this offer as I want to keep my personal mail sync.
Does the restriction on only syncing one email account apply to the scenario above?

I think with the current version of ActivesSnc we are limited to only syncing one account at a time (either via Exchange or PC). I've tried a bunch of different options, but doesnt work with exchange.
The way I got it to work, is set up a new account with POP settings in the WM5 device, but this by passes activesync completely...

Hi there, how do you remove the outlook account from WM? I dont use it as I use pop3 instead. Any Ideas?
As I know, you cant remove it. Outlook account is used for active sync from your PC.
Hello, the company I work for has disable ActiveSync and therefore I cannot sync my email/contact/calendar, etc. from the Exchange Server.
As such I have a work-around for email/calendar, but need my contacts from MS Outlook on my Hermes. Is there a way to manually import my contacts onto the WM6 phone?
I am open to other work-arounds....thanks in advance.

The simplest workaround is copy the contacts folder from the Exchange Server to a local .PST and then sync trought Outlook 2003 in your local PC. This is two phase sync, but this is the only you can do if ActiveSync is disable in your Exchange Server.
Be carefull when ActiveSync come back with the dup contacts..

Under Pocket Outlook is possible and if how to
- forward a mail from one account using another account
- how to save an message as "save as .msg" in outlook 2007 (to keep mail structure)
- Synchronize all mail accounts under a pocket pc to outlook 2007 (including all pop3 account and not only the outlook account) to retrieve sent items
- Backup 1 or 2 mails only (or more but not an account totally) and restore them under another account to forward them
or any other solutions that could "extract" two lonely sent items or mail to transfert them ?

How to use contacts from Outlook account? I want to change my main account from gmail to outlook but I cannot found this option. Is there anyone that could explain it please on dumbie mode (my level of IT knowledge). Thanks a lot in advance.
Afaik you can only sync mail from outlook, in gmail... Didn't try with outlook app, maybe you can sync with that...
Note that actually we cannot create new hotmail accounts. Istead of that we create outlook accounts.
