Download the trial version & I can help you figure it out since the instructions are a bit out of date - I'd been in contact with the company via email about setting it up properly.
It doesn't have SMS support at the moment, but since it has free upgrades for life after you pay for it, it doesn't really matter.

And for HTC Diamond?
Hello,
I just bought an HTC Diamond and I'm REALLY FRUSTRATED that it doesn't have a simple function like call timers. I EVERY of my previous phones it was possilbe to see:
Last call: 00:12:22
Incoming calls: 12:43:06
Outgoing calls: 00:19:54
How do I achieve that on a Diamond phone? I downloaded NUMEROUS programs and all of them are today screen plugins and are not visible due to TouchFLO 3D!
Not to mention that the alarm is terrible - can't use mp3s and it repeats only trice! How a hard sleeper can be awaken by that?
And what about stopwatch / countdown timer?
ANY HELP WOULD BE G R E A T L Y appreciated!

Tmobile Trigger Mail on WM6.1

Does anyone know how to make WM6.1 work with the Tmoblie Trigger mail? I installed 6.1 and tried to do the WM5/6 hack that works but had no luck. I had 6.1 on my phone for a few days and liked a lot of its features, but really like the Tmobile Trigger mail so went back to 6.

What is the trigger mail feature just wondering?
Trigger Mail Feature
TMobile has a hybrid push mail that was available under WM5. Basically what happens is you give TMobile.com you email address, POP & SMTP settins plus password. They then monitor you inbox. When an email is recieved thier server generates a text message that triggers you phone to check your email. The text message is invisible to the user and is automatically deleted. The advantage is that you do not have to set you phone to check email every 5min, 15 mins etc. You phone only checks when triggered to do so.
Here is probably a better discription;

Anyone have a solutuion for this? Anyone using this feature? Am I the only one that still does? I have 3 email addresses that TM triggers my phone for, most emails arrive in my phone within minutes of being sent.
Uses a txt message? I guess that wouldnt work for me. I dont need unlimited txts, but have unlimited data...so I just have wm 6.1 poll my inboxes every 5 minutes
Call T-Mobile and ask them?
Tmobile does not support WM6.1 on the Dash, and they don't support trigger mail on anything past WM5.
Anyone? You guys always amaze me with the way you can figure anything out, don't let me down now. Am I the only one who uses this? Is there something better out there?
Here I will look into this and get to you asap
I dont think T-Mo charges your account for the trigger mail sms.
If you don't have unlimited Text they will charge you. I am lucky and still have the Tmobile Mail and More plan that includeds unlimited data, text, sms, wifi and 1000 min for $69. I will hold on to that plan until they come up with 3G.
The trigger mail does work great though, don't know why they quit supporting it after WM5

How can we still get this?
You have to go to your account on Tmobile.com then goto Communications Tools. Once there you will see a section that labled "About E-Mail' Click on the learn more tab. Once here you will see a picture of your Dash, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and you will is a link that says 'Still want to continue using Windows Mobile 5' if you click here it will take you to a screen where you can set you can set up you email boxes. Basically you tell Tmobile your email addresses, passwords, and pop/smtp settings. Then turn on the alerts feature.
Now Tmobile will silently alert your phone when ever an email is received in any of your configured accounts. This SMS alert triggers your phone to sign on and retrieve then new messages.
If you are using WM6 you have to add several files from WM5 to make your phone work correctly. I have these files but wont post them here unless a moderator tells me it is ok. The files needed from WM5 are
MyEmSMP.exe
TMMEPluginEnabler.exe
InBoxDriverSrv.dll
TmMapirule.dll
TmUtil.dll
tmyemail.dll
For complete instructions on how to configure your phone goto

With this enabled your phone only checks email when triggered instead of every 5, 15 minutes depending on how your phone is currently set.
It works great, I would just like it to work with WM6.1 also, I am just smart enough to make it happen.

I cant attach to a PM for some reason but I sent you a link a site I made with the files. It's open you should be able to get in
I still remember reading on the T-Mo site the Trigger SMS are free but it might be based on having a certain plan.
You have to read the fine print. They are free if you have a SMS plan. Each trigger = 1 text message. When they started doing this with the first Tmobile PocketPC phone the plans for that phone all came with unlimited text. I started with the original Tmobile PPC phone, then the HP6300 and had that when I went to my Dash. I still have the plan from my 6300, Tmobile would probably love me to give it up since I get everything for $69, Tzones, Data, Text, 1000min, Nights & Weekends....
I have been using this on every phone since it first came out on the T-Mobile HP IPAQ. I do not have unlimited test and it does not use text but triggers the phone to convert 701 codes to the actual email. Now you do have to have thier internet option at 19.95 a month. I too love it and have switched from 6.1 back to 6.0 because of this single application. Thats ow much I love it.. (one thing that is different is I am using a PPC)
Glad to hear that I am not the only one who loves Trigger Mail. I really want to move to 6.1, if someone could just get this to work it would be great.

Incoming SMS Time Stamp

I have a problem with the time stamp on my SMS threads. all incoming messages are appearing to arrive approximately 16-24 hours previously.
for example:
my message 1 (4pm - today)
their reply 1 (9:45pm Yesterday)
my message 2 (4:02pm - today)
their reply 2 (9:49pm Yesterday)
This is obvioulsy playing havoc with the threading and is driving me crazy!
Sadly I believe this is a network providers problem, but being in Belize means getting the provider to change anything is virtually impossible.
So I am wondering if there is a way to have incoming SMS get the time stamp from my device instead of from the network. Is there a way to achieve this? A work around for it?
I have tried the CorrectSMSDate patch (used for correcting wrong year in time stamp) but that did not work.
Any ideas?
Anyone with similar problems?
(For reference I have a T-Mobile Touch Pro 2. I used to have a T-Mobile DASH (S620) and never had this problem with the time stamp, but the S620 did not have threaded SMS)
thanks
Rob
Anyone? Please?

make sure you have the proper time zone and daylight savings in "Clocks and Alarms" under settings.
Then do the following reg edit
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OEM\PhoneSetting\
Add a dword key "TrustTimeZoneField" and give it a dword value of 0
regedit worked for me, also try searching for "Text Message Driving Me Crazy" I think they have the cab file there for fixing this.

Text Message time problem

I am having a problem with text messages. Every outgoing text message is right, but every incoming text message reads an hour earlier than it really is. So if someone sends me a message at 4pm, my phone says it is received at 3pm. It's really annoying, and it messes up then entire list of messages from a person. Is there anything I can do about this? I have the Energy Sense Rom.
Anyone had this problem??
Hey, I run the Cookie Energy ROM and OCCASIONALLY on a new flash the time stamps will be messed up. What fixes it for me, is enter your time settings (click on the clock in the HOME Sense Tab) and pick the time zone, then manually enter the correct time and it typically fixes it inside the Sense Text Client.
However, you can also use something like SMS-Chat, which runs faster and cleaner. But occasionally freezes. I'm not sure how to fix this. But just a suggestion. Cheers
I talked to Rogers techs and they reset my phone settings from their end and still messed up. Then they blamed the fact that it was an unlocked phone. I told them that the last 3 phones I used on their network all unlocked and showed the correct time stamp. I also attached an official answer from HTC.
Who am I supposed to believe?.
HTC answer:
Thank you for contacting HTC about your Touch Pro 2. I understand that your text messages are coming in four hours off. I wish we could be of more assistance, but your carrier stamps the time on those messages. This has happened for years on the Rogers network. There is no setting on your mobile device that controls the time stamp you receive. Some Rogers-branded devices have a hot fix available that accounts for the Alaskan time, but the T-Mobile Touch Pro 2 doesn't have a patch available for correcting this issue. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but I'm glad I could offer some insight into this issue.
Still confused?!?!?!
Just to add a little more confusion to the topic. My friend and I both bought Tmoblie phones. He a HTC HD2 and me a HTC touchpro 2. I had them unlocked . We put our Rogers sims in our phones and his text time stamps are right on and mine our 4 hours behind. I now believe its a Rogers cell tower problem. IF anyone out there has seen or has a soluiton it would be greatly appreciated...seeing that i get 50 to 100 textes a day, it gets confusing when the times are off.

Its the rom it self, I am on virgin in Canada and with certin roms my txts times are messed but with some there not, try a different rom.
After 3 days of searching the forums I found a fix that works with all HTC phones. I used it on 2 HTC phones, HD2 and Touchpro 2 with great success. All you have to is download the small cab file to your computer copy it over to your phone and extract it. Thats it.....
Thxs to Dangerously for the fix. I added the link to the thread which has the cab in it.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=374956&page=14
The Energy ROM FAQs list this fix:
Wrong SMS Timestamp: If you are receiving text messages (SMS) with the wrong timestamp, what may cause them to be in the wrong order, a solution was posted here.

[Q] SMS Limit

Hey, I run Omega Rom on my Note II. I need to send out about 100-150 text messages a day on a regular base and I keep getting warning messages with any SMS app I use that the app is trying to send out a large amount of sms messages.
I researched and found out it's a limitation from Jelly Bean's side. Is there a "fix" for this?? This is really annoying and driving me nuts!
That is a laaaaarge number of sms's to send. I think the limit is 100 sms every hour.
Anyways theres an apparent fix here.
Hope this helps.

Thank you, I will try this out
That's an awefull number of sms o send on one given day indeed. It reminds me of the teen in this country. A local news channel had a study the other day chatting about the texting habits of our today's teens. They found out that in Belize City, college kids were sending on average 1200 text messages per week .... unbelievable.
Anyways, getting back to topic. I know I'm not crazy but I swear I saw somewhere an options in the settings where you could have specified the limit number of sms. I'm on stock tho. It would be nice if you could reset the counter in the event you cannot increase the limit too.

Unfortunately the link for AOSP is dead (when you are actually about to download it).
I tried to apply it manually with SQLite Editor. Let's see if it will work tomorrow... here's hope...
Ok, that didn't work. What I did was adding the line to the settings.db (it was not in there) like explained here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=30682863&postcount=21
But that didn't do the trick...
