Need bootloader for Qtek 9000

Forgive me for my inherent stupidity. My Qtek 9000 device fails to boot up and stays stuck at the splash screen. It shows me the Radio, CE image versions, but it does not boot. I even tried the upgrade procedures suggested to the Qtek ROM. My only guess at this time is I have corrupted my bootloader. Where can i get a bootloader .bin file so that I can use mtty and try putting my bootloader back on. Any help in this matter is highly appreciated. I just don;t want a $1000 Qtek paperweight on my hands.

Just before reading your post I tried to hard reset my Qtek 9000 to reinstall my preferred software after some experimentation.
Now my device will not get beyond the 'spash screen'.
I have no idea what to do?
The device will power up and illuminate the screen with the Rom Details then after 15 seconds just powers off.
Somebody help please!!!

Hi all.
First sorry for my english.
I tell us the problem. I have this device and don't start. Stop in the screen with tree colors bands and doesn't start. I see that the tree letters r, and the others i no remenber is in 0, less the last letter that has version.
This device was an user of my work. He tell me that he wants upgrade rom.
I want to restore it with imate original rom, but i cann't.
I see that activesync no detect pda and i can't execute the original rom.
Please help me.

Are you sure this is a Blue Angel?
As far as I know, and I could definatly be wrong, the BA doesn't have a triband colored boot screen. It is just white.

Yes is a blue-angel (imate pda2k). The user try to a cocked rom and it was a blue,green,red,and white bands with this parameters r 1.15.00 g 1337.45 d 5.04.06.wwe
I try a hardt reset and doesn't start and connect an activesyns is imposible.
Any idea?

Well the triband color screen is the boot loader.
You may just want to try downloading the iMate PDA2k ROM and plug your phone in, then try to run the update tool.
It may give you a error, if thats the case you will need to use a different tool to get it to work, but at this point just try to do the rom update... if you get an error let us know.
If you don't get an error or if it doesn't work this one is beyond me.

sounds like a ROM upgrade gone wrong.
reflash the phone again. see WIKI for instructions.

I try to reflash with original imate rom, but activesync don't detect the device. I try with mtty and other to connect via com3 port, but it's imposible.

I start the device in bootloader mode and i start a reflash with original rom, but when the extended rom proccess is starting to 3% i have and error.
The imate program tells me that i restar the device, but i cann't enter to flash.
I'm loss, any else idea?

Waht about reflash back to wm2005 (via helmis rom for instance).
If it works, it works (i like 2005's better BT support for my headset, no cracks).
If you then still want 2 downgrade, use wiki wm2005 downgrade instructions and carefully downgrade to your chosen rom.

restoring the ROM on my Ipaq hx2795

I just got an Ipaq hx2795 and I upgraded to WM6, and it worked perfectly!. However, I saw a supposedly upgraded version of WM6 and i tried to install it, and too hastily I think. I did it without first removing my SD and CF cards. the upgrade said it went through ok on the PC, but it froze on the PPC, about halfway. ever since then, I've only been able to bring up the pda in pre-BL mode. Whenever I attempt to re-load any ROM (WM5 or WM6), I get the error message that the language of my current ROM is unknown and hence, the upgrade cannot go through. To further complicate my problem, I was trying to recover it about 3 nights ago and accidentally left the pda on all night in pre-BL mode. Now I think the battery is dead and I do not know how to charge it. Is there any resource or anyone that can help me with this problem? Is there a way to load the rom and Ignore the language setting on the Ipaq? What should I do now? HELP!!

No-one replied to my post, but no matter.... I sorted it out and my bricked Ipaq is now fully functional again using WM6!!

hello, can i know how u do that? i face the same problem too. i am using hx2110. i flashed wm6, however, can enter pre BL mode only.
Now i think all the battery are gone and can't enter pre BL mode. i connect it to ac adapter, but can't charge my device.

I'm using my phone, suddenly, it's been halt. I try resolve it by soft reset. But it can't not start.
When Hard Reset, on screen only has 2 line with context are:
IPL 3.07.0001
SPL 3.07.0000
Still enter bootloader mode, but I don't know how to do next.

Take it back to where you bought it from!

flash with the latest update from whever you got it from, perhaps its got corrupted somehow. connect to PC and once in bootloader run the update program from YOUR provder, that should update it and fix any issues unless it hardware related inwhich case send it back

you need to go to http://xda.o2.co.uk/software_updates.jsp give in your xda serial number and download new rom .. run in your pc and follow the instructions.. this should resolve .. since it will set it to factory settings...
