PPC6600 USB Problem (Annoying!) - MDA III, XDA III, PDA2k, 9090 General

Hi there,
I have a PPC6600 (similar to the BlueAngel). When the processes for ActiveSync are not running on my computer and I have the phone connected via USB (to charge), the hardware constantly connects and disconnects like I was plugging it in and unplugging it. It incessently makes the windoes hardware plug in, hardware unplug noises. What gives?
Thanks

paring a BT headset w/ other devices...

I've got a Jabra BT8010, and it works great with my Moto Q9c...haven't had a problem yet.
However, I've encountered a few anomalies pairing it with my PC and PS3.
I've got the BlueSoleil BT device on my computer, and as long as the headset does not have the computer in memory as a paired device, then it will connect fine, and all works well.
However, if the computer has already paired with the headset, then when it attempts to connect by "calling" the headset, the headset can't "answer" the call...so it keep vibrating and ringing until you stop trying to connect to it w/ the PC.
Connecting it w/ the PS3 yields a different issue...it will connect fine, even if it's been previously paired and connected, but it can never seem to keep the connection, and the "audio devices setup" within the PS3 shows no mic activity while connected, and usually causes the connection to drop.
I've read in quite a few places that people have had no problems with the BT8010 for pairing with a PC or a PS3
The only thing I can come up with is that either the BT8010 firmware version I have doesn't work with the PS3, or the new firmware in the 80GB PS3 doesn't work w/ the BT8010
this is very frustrating...
well I just figured this out....
DON'T HAVE ANYTHING PLUGGED INTO THE USB PORT.
I was charging a controller on the PS3, and as soon as I unplugged it, the headset worked fine, doesn't drop connection, and is being recognized as the audio input device, NICE.

Cannot select USB mode

Hey everyone,
Recently I have been having an issue with my G4. When I plug it in USB to either a computer or my car stereo, I do not get the USB icon in the notification bar. When I swipe down there is no USB, so it is stuck in charging mode and I cannot use it to transfer data between my phone and computer, or play music from my phone to my stereo. I get an alert on my computer that something was plugged in, and I get the familiar charging sound when I plug it into my car stereo. It has always worked before, but the last time I remember it working was when I plugged it into my stereo to charge it and selected charge only in the usb connection options. I am running Marshmallow on AT&T.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Scott

Headphone connectivity issue

Hey All,
I just started noticing an issue with my headphone port today.
When I plug my headphones into the port as I normally do, they don't get recognized. I now have to plug it in partially until I see the headset notification icon, and then completely plug it in.
Has anyone encountered this?

Oneplus 3 + OLD Xbox One Controller

Hi, my name is Julian and this was my first try at OTG. So I have an OP3, an old Xbox One Controller(the one without Bluetooth), an USB to Micro USB and a Female USB to USB C Cable. I activated OTG in the Settings, connected my controller to the Cable and the Cable to the adapter and then to my phone, but nothing except the controller vibrating for a short time(no blinking) happened. I tried it in Games, Key mapping apps like Octopus, Tincore Keymapper and so on, but nothing happened, even if the Apps recognized the controller being connected. (How) can I fix this Issue? The Problem is clearly the communication between controller and Phone, because the Setup works just perfectly with an USB Stick or a computer mouse.

Question moto g60 cant detect usbc dongle

Hello,
maybe someone can help me with my issue. Im listening music from phone through usb c using usb dongle DAC (Abigail Pro). Lately i was using Hiby Music app in usb direct mode. Now something happen and my moto dont recognize any usb c DAC or usb c pendrive. When i put in usb socket DAC or pendrive phone give a message "charging conected device via USB". I cant switch to playing music or data transfer. Phone charging normally. Phone is without root - i dont want to root cause i still have warranty.
I dont know what to do to repair it. I did a factory reset without any change. Im wondering is this a problem of software or usb socket is damaged?

Try to clean your USB port with compressed air. Also, which USB options do you have when you connect those devices? It might be that your USB port is damaged. Never happened to me on this phone, or any other phone I used. But it can happen. So, either the USB DAC is acting up, or the USB port is. So, take them one by one. See which one is likely the culprit here.
