WM5 24-hour clock format - MDA III, XDA III, PDA2k, 9090 General

Hi all, I'm an italian user and installed the WM5 AKU Rom.
Is it possible to display the clock in the 24h time format?
Like 21.00 instead of 9.00 PM
Thank you in advice, please help me..

Check regional settings, there you can do it

Settings -> System -> Regional Setting -> Time -> choose the HH:mm:ss or the H:mm:ss

can you please provide a link to that program i realy realy need it since my keyboard is not going up by default no meter what is do.
thanks for the help.
anyone?
please help.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sip]
"DefaultIm"="{A070BE16-AD56-11d3-BC77-00C06C512035}"
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
This one will set RescoKeyboard as default SIP method. You can set your one by changing GUID. GUID for your method you can find in registry: just find IsSipInputMethod. For detail, refer to http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=WM5_Tweaks_Other
Whether it is what you want?
thanks alot!
but i cannot find my local keyboard there.
i know that sorg used some application in his ROM for ASUS that let you choose.
does somebody knows?

Change regional Settings from Registry

Hi, i want to change this setting from Start, settings, system, regional settings by a registry key/cab file.
I've noticed that it's stored into HKLM\Security\ColdInit\
Locale = countrycode (in my case 1040 dec)
But the reg key is restored after a SR, also if i reset with an app
Is there another key that influences this one?
Ps: i've also tried changing
\HKLM\System\ObjectStore\RegistryType=0
But no suxcess... is important to Localize the rom with a cab wich contains spell check, dictionary etc...
Mate I think I found what you're looking for:
Code:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\nls]
"LegacyLocaleMode"=dword:1
"DefaultLCID"=dword:xxx
"SystemLCID"=dword:xxx
Replace xxx by language code. '413' is Dutch (The Netherlands) for example. For the codes see: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms834426.aspx#locplatform30_codepages
Better late than never
Changing those registry values cannot switch the regional settings immediately, not like doing this through start->settings->regional settings.
Is there any way (any command, program) to activate those registry values immediately, rather than a soft-reset?
Thanks!
No, you would need a program to recall these settings.

French google map on a WWE ROM ?

Hi there,
quite a simple question: I flashed to a WWE ROM (Davideuck V5 ftm) that included GoogleMaps, of course in english.
I updated GoogleMaps (to 3.0.1.6), trying to get it in french. Unfortunately it remained in english.
Any way to force google maps to change language ? Can't figure out how to do this ...
Thanks anyway
Go to: Start -> Settings -> System -> Regional Settings and change your region to France.
Ahhh so simple
Thanks for helping out a noob

[Help]How having a Short Date in Sense 2.5.2019

Hello my friend,
I cooked a rom for my HTC HD with Sense 2.5.2019 and i have a problem : my date on the Home Screen is in a long format, and it's cutted :
Anyone have a tips for this ?
Kings regards,
Nixeus
It depends from the layout of the date that you have set in Regional Settings.
Go to Start>Settings>Menu (from Right side) >All Settings > System>Regional Settings.
From the tab from bottom choose Date and select which type of the date should be shown (short, long)
Cheers.
Hello,
Thanks for your answer! I have searched and it's from the manila home tab packages !
