about two nights ago i was on the phone using speakerphone, my phone was also hooked up to my computer but activesync wasn't working so i did a soft reset which seems to always fix that. what i did was that i told the person i was on the phone with that i would call them back and i did a soft reset while on the phone with them while it was on speakerphone instead of hanging up. when my phone turned on again i noticed that the speakerphone icon was in the title bar and apparently speakerphone was on. i made a phone call but speakerphone actually wasn't on, i pressed the button to try and turn it off but it didn't, i opened up the menu options and tried to shut it off from there but also failed. i've done a soft reset but that didn't work, i've looked around for a bout a day and a half but i haven't found anything. i am really trying to avoid a hard reset but unless someone can help me out i think i might have to
any help is greatly appreciated
fixed!
i installed a program called Speakerphone that automatically turns on your speakerphone when you have an incoming call having it automatically turn on re-enabled the "speakerphone off" key
notice how in this video he presses call at 10 seconds in, the other phone doesnt start to vibrate until 18 seconds in & the ringer doesnt kick it until 24 seconds so from the actual press of the call button until the ringer kicks in there was a 14 second gap & i know this is early code but this cant be ignored since current wm phones have this problem not as bad but its there

when I want to call someone, call button does not respond. Restarting the phone does not help.
And when finally after a phone-hundredth attempt, putting the phone to your ear, all the time pushing buttons with my cheek. but the screen is black. completion of the call, I can not press the end call, because the screen is still black. Is there a possibility to regulate the light sensor?
Sorry for my english.
I have many instances when I press speed dial or a contact to start a call but nothing happens ,the phone freeses for a few seconds then stays at the dialer screen as if I was not making a call at all.
I just bought a LG G4(Marshmallow installed) today and I noticed a problem.
When I receive a call or dial one, my screen automatically turns off and pressing power button/double tapping the screen don't turn it on. It only turns itself on after the other person disconnects the call. As far as I know, the screen is supposed to turn off after I hold the phone on my ear and turn on after I take it away from my ear.
