Hopeless HTC s621

I have my device unlocked already and have done many ROM upgrades before, this time my PC froze half way throught the upgrade. The device turns on and gets stuck on the T-mobile screen. It doesnt connect to active sync i cant even get Dashv2unlock to detect my device. Please help somebody.
from what i've read before about this type of issue (somewhat), try removing the battery and SIM for a few minutes, then replace and reboot and see if active sync recognizes it now.
if this info is no longer valid, I apologize.
I think you need to have your phone in bootloader mode and then flash again. Make sure the phone is off, and while holding down the camera key (to the right of the space key), connect the USB cable to your phone. The tri color bootloader screen should appear on your S620. Now run the upgrade file on your PC again.
Let us know how it goes....
im able to get to the tri color screen but when i start any Rom upgrade it gets to 3 percent and fails. I have also tried the SP-1.11 upgradeonly.exe and also the Dashv2Unlocker that i have paid for. Nothing

Bricked my damn Axim X50V Need Help

So i was following the thread on upgrading from win 2003 to wm6 and for some reason after doing a hard reset, it wont come back on. When i plug it in, the power light is orange but the axim wont come on at all. My computer wont recognize it either.
I read some where about JTAG? Can someone please help me? If needed, i can paypal a little cash.
Thank you
Can you put it in boot loader mode? Tried reflashing?
same thing happened to me the first time i did the upgrade on my x50v. re-try the boot loader (from sd card) and make sure it stays on. i just plugged mine in, put the sd card in, and entered boot loader again an' it worked like a charm.
aside: can i suggest sticking w/ wm5, instead of 6? i have a bug with my wifi where it won't connect after i turn the wifi on, but if i turn pda power off, then back on it connects immediately.

Help neede - Bricked XDA Orbit

Hi Eveyone
Help needed please.
I came by an XDA Orbit that refuses to work. The symptoms are as follows:
1. When power button is pressed to turn it on the 02 Splash screen comes on for about 3 seconds then some red writing flashes up on the top left of the screen. The phone then turns off. No matter what I do it always does this. Once I have been through this sequence once it won't turn on at all. The only way I can get it to work is to take the battery out for about 30 seconds and re-insert but it never gets passed the splash screen.
2. I can get it to go in to the boot loader mode (multi coloured screen) and if connected to my PC will show USB in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. However Activesync will not recognise it and I therefore can't upgrade the ROM to try and fix it.
3. I have tried to flash the rom from SDHC card but nothing happens
Anybody got any ideas or is it screwed?
Thanks for your help
just read the last line here

Click to collapse
Recharge the battery using any External Charger (called universal charger)
Then, put battery back into your kaiser. Keep Camera Button pressed and insert USB Cable (remember you must have sim card and SD card removed). Then Disable USB in activesync and flash with default HTC rom
I was able to install the stock rom.
The phone only load up on one occasion with the following things are met:
sd card removed
connected to computer or charger
and hold onto reset button for 3 seconds
It won't load in any other way.
THe next thing I did was to install an android kernel.
I was able to get into linux with the above items are met.
In the linux screen, I try install the SD card in while it was "waiting for a SD card" <- not sure if I should be even doing this, the phone will immediately shut off.
Could this mean my SD card became faulty? Window is still able to read it via a card reader.
Any help would be appreciated.

[Resolved] Phone won't boot, no USB either

Following an update to Lotus Traveler (email program I have to use for work), my phone will no longer boot.
Turning it on, it gets to the "Quietly Brilliant" Splash screen and then just sits there forever on the screen. I tried booting with it connected to the computer but it makes no usb connection to the computer.
Trying to go into bootloader mode (Volume down + Reset) does work, however the phone never makes a USB connection.
Anything suggestions on other things to try?
Thanks!
I was able to make a USB connection and Task 29 and reinstall a new rom onto the phone.
Not sure if it was chance but I seriously tried connecting it via USB in bootloader mode 30 times without luck, then tried it once with the memory card in and it actually worked. Go figure.
