I-MATE JASJAR doesn't respond!!!

I was upgrading my imate jasjar radio to the 1.04.02 version but by mistake i executed the file EnterBL.exe
Now my imate just show a screen with Serial and v1.00 wrote on it!!!....
softreset and hardreset dont work...
please help!!!

It could be worse!
Hold down power and press reset, I think that clears it on JASJAR

Ok, well to hard reset it, you can hold down the 2 - - at the top of the keyboard, then press reset.

soft and hard reset dont work too

Now that it is in booloader, try running the entire rom upgrade rather than the radio upgrade

Hello,
Can you explain me the process of ROM Upgrading my Jasjar is dead and when i try to Hard Reset it after pressing 0 ( zero ) it shuts down again. At first i thought it was battery problem but when i replaced the battery i got the same error.

you dont state what device you have
what rom
if you tried to softreset
or if you tried to hardreset
or if you tried to enter the bootloader
and if you tried to format doc from bootloader

my battery remaining power and backup remaining power is zero base

Free Unlock freezes SPV M700

Hi
Very exited to get an almost new M700 yesterday but after several hours [now days] attempting to use HTC_Trinity_SIM_CID_Unlock_v1, I was sooooo dissapointed to find it did not work for me!!
Basicically the m700 freezes at the bootloader three colour screen when running the AUTO_Unlock_v1.bat and am not able at all to sync via activesync 4.2 after that.
Have to soft reset m700 and back to square one.. tried the procedure as described by Pof [batch file and manual] but no joy.
HELP! Any idea why this is happening what I can do? my background is in electronics engineering/ computers and it frustrates me that others seem to be able to unlock their M700 and i cannot !!!
Any advice help will be greatly appreciated.

mate u missed that when ur phone come to in three colours then run updateutility after update phone well need to reset and put unlock in ur phone and run it

solved my own problem, it use different method not hard reset but Clean Reset as for WM5 ( hold button calendar,message,power then reset )

Urgent Help Needed: Diamond stock on the loading screen

Hi all,
Wonder if anyone may give me a hand on my issue.
About two weeks ago, my diamond started freezing on the loading screen, and cannot enter into the wm from there on.
Wonder if anyone can provide some advice on this issue?
I was thinking to do a rom flash, but not a spl flash, wonder would that solve the problem?
Would greatly appreciate if anyone may provide a helping hand!

But your screen it's broken or just freeze?
Because if freeze, probably, it's your hard spl
if it's broken the screen you must download mymobiler, for use phone with PC

i had the same problem but this worked for me:
press both volume buttons and then hit reset, this will allow u to enter the bootlader mode
now connect ur precious diamond to a pc and ur ready to flash a new rom

its js a freeze, first time it happened.
I know this sounds quite noob, but greatly appreciate if someone may explain the procedure of flashing the hard spl for me.
I think it is the hard spl problem too, from consulting with some ppl.

but without going into wm, i can still sync the rom in from the bootloader from my pc?

You can enter in bootloader with vol down + reset.
For flash hard SPL and new rom You must read xda diamond main page
