Windows Vista and program installation problem!!

Hi...... I have successfully synced my Jasjar with my dell latitute.. windows vista ultimate.. but now if i try to install any program or game.. it says Active sync not found.... HOw can solve this problem.... plz help me out..
Thanks..

syncronizing trinity not working

i have vista at home and at work. any version of wm6 i've tried with my device couldn't sync with my computers. it connects, it asks me wat to sync but than nothing.
is this a vista problem or wm6?
be sure you have activesync 4.5 with wm6
wm6 don't work with activsync 4.2
for vista you should download the newest windows mobile device center..
i have the latest windows mobile device center. Is there a vista user that cand sync with wm6?

Active Sync

I tried to setup active sync on vista, but the program didn't work
You need to use windows mobile device centre for vista, google it and download from microsoft.

Unknown device

Just installed Final Windows 7 64 bit, did not have this issue with RC1
I Cannot install the sync software center
look at attachment
Cheers
*solved look in post 5
Not sure, I use WMDC in Windows 7 x64 Pro without any issues. I installed it through Windows Update. I haven't had any problems at all with it.

Same here, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and no problems with recognizing the phone. Works perfect. Delete the temporary driver in device manager do a restart and try again.
No problems here...
Windows 7 ultimate N
The N is without Mediaplayer
Mediaplayer is a dependand component for Windows Mobile Device Center and without Windows Mobile Device Center you cannot install the Mobile drivers.
get http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...d3-166a-4c75-b90c-a6cef9b414c4&displaylang=en
It it will work
Funny that it cannot tell that Mediaplayer is missing.
Have a nice day everyone
