Confused-read somewhere something about 10MB more XDA Ecex?? - Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking

Hey folks!
Maybe anyone can help me out here! :?
I am looking for a contribution, where someone talked about getting 10mb more RAM/storage on the xda ecex. There was a story about using the storage to install programs and to safe the holy ram on that device. It is becoming really slow and that even pretty quick, when there is a bit of RAM in use?
:?: Any idea - would be very happy - thanks :?:

[Prophet] How to make it run a little faster

I've been reading some threads on this site abou speeding up the XDAII using some cooked modified ROMs. I'm wondering if this is possible on a Prophet (Qtek S200).
I'm using the exelent omapclock to speed up things a bit, but I'm not 100% satisfied, the damn thing takes ages to boot up!
Thanks in advance.

FYI: Widgets Coming for WM6!

Down boys and girls! This is just an FYI for those who are behind the news.
For those wondering what is new in the world of WM6.
Aside our wonderful ROM cookers, of course... is that Widgets, might be coming to your WM6 device. Not yet... but soon.
Imagine what some of our serious tech people will be able to accomplish....
The mind boggles!

Just another excuse for your RAM to be hogged by something else... if HTC built more RAM into the device then maybe

Agreed... I'm already fighting to keep the device from telling me "not enough memory to run this application"
WisBar Desktop is a pretty good application if you wanna play widgets. You can create most of what you would want on there and it's not bad on memory.
Yes, ironic that I posted this. I keep my TyTN down to basic Today Screen mods, since battery life is of utmost importance to me. But I am sure some of the serious tech heads in here will be drooling. A new chance to a legacy of a wicked app could be on the way.

RAM

My missus owns a Blue Angel (Mine before exec upgrade) and it's always struck me that the Angel seems faster!!
Then I realised hers has more RAM...
As it seems to make more of a diffrence I decided that a Ram upgrade may be a good idea!!
Anyone know how easy/hard this job is?
Where to get Ram and what the chances of killing my uni are??
Thanx in advance!!
Sorry, just seen thread on subject...
Ignore this!!

THIS is off the WiKi site, and is all we know about up to now.
Hope this helps
Jay
Beware!!! Dont send your uni to shakal007 for ram upgrade!!!
Whatever you do, DONT send your universal to SHAKAL007 for the ram upgrade. Read this thread I have opened and you will understand what I mean http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=3147482&posted=1#post3147482
I had a very bad experience myself. I hope this not to happen to anybody else.
