Hello,
I already receive the device one day ago, but I cannot receive or send calls, I could only receive and made one call, and now I cannot.
It shows phone signal but not GPRS.
I tried with two different valid SIM cards in another phone, in the other phone I can call and receive, with jasjar I cannot.
Have you got in touch with the retailer who sold you it? That would be my first port of call with anything that stops working within the first day.
Hi, All,
I've searched every permutation I can think of and I still haven't been able to find a solution.
I have been receiving "robo-calls" on my T-Mobile Touch Pro 2. I would like calls from this number to go directly to voicemail without ringing my phone.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?
Thanks!
Call Firewall may be exactly what you're looking for.
Cool. i'll be downloading this. I've got the same 1-800 number calling me like 4 times a day.
i havent been here in a while (guess thats a good sign) due to the fact that my dash has been working perfectly.
however today people have been telling me that they couldnt reach my voicemail and instead all they hear is a dial tone, no ringing, no voicemail..straight to dial tone.
i tried calling myself through another phone..and they were right.
i'm still able to call people, connect to the internet..just no incoming call
help?

5% of the T.mo customers have been hit with this nationwide. I was one of them.

Help! This is my second Verizon Note 4 that randomly answers all incoming calls automatically. Once it starts all incoming calls are automatically answered. The first Note 4 started auto answer within 2 days of purchase. I restored the phone, but it had the same issue after factory restore. The VZW retailer replaced the phone. Now 20 days later my current Note 4 started answering all calls within the first ring. The auto answer feature is turned off. I disabled Android wear hoping a wear app was answering calls automatically. VZW tech support says there are no network settings that would cause this issue. My only short term fix is to enable call reject mode, but then all calls go direct to voicemail.
Hi, when I receive a call, the name and number showing is the last name/number I called... I am not sure who is calling me until I answer... Any chance you can help? Thanks
