I'm trying to repair a water damaged XDA II so I need disasemble manual for it so I can put the main board in the ultra sonic cleaner.
The problem with the phone is is that the back night doesn't work.
Anyone got a disasemble manual for the XDA II ?

i don't think it will help!!!!!don't take my word for granted but i beleive it's a hardware issue....btw,why don't u take it to a service center??!!i think it needs proffesional help :wink:

Hello, I just received an O2 xda 2s and tried to upgrade it, the rom did not work and now I have nothing but a black screen with USB 2.06 writted on. I'm searching the web and have register on http://www.seeo2.com/ to get the rom but the transfer don't work. Could someone please tell me where I can download the good rom for hte xda 2s from asia? Thanks.

My XDA 2s broke (couldnt make a connecting call)
so i rang o2 got a replacement sent out but it was the xda 2i. Which im happily using.
My xda 2s got sent to o2, but some hoe got sent BACK to me, and o2 have never asked for it since.
now, ive just bought another XDA2s from ebay that has a cracked screen but rest of the fone works.
SO does any body know if the 2 screens will be direct replacements?
ive removed the working screen from my XDA 2s and im waiting for the broken xda2s to arrive.
Also does any body know if there is a guide on how to change the screen that i could follow?

Why not look in the Wiki? But if you can't be bothered, there's a 1 in 3 chance it's the same and a 1 in 2 chance it will be interchangable.
p.s If you've already removed the screen why do you need a guide?...

i was a bit brutal removing the screen, as i didnt need the rest of the fone.
just a bit of re-assurince to be honest.

Im trying to make my hox alive again. Basically I need a new motherboard P/N: 50H00755-18M or 50H55755-47M
im unable to find any. Maybe someone can give me a link? Or maybe someone with a cracked screen hox can sell me his motherboard/phone (sry I know xda is not for selling/buying parts)
My phone is like new except for that dead motherboard it would be awesome if I can repair it.
