More than 1 bluetooth connection - Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking

Hello, we are looking for help to install a modified version of the Widcomm bluetooth stack or modify/hack the current one to support 2 bluetooth connection at the same time on Ipaq 4700, ppc 2003SE. - ie: an headset profile AND a gps connection at the same time. Currently it seems that only the ipaq 6315 can do that.

problems: bt77gps using tomtom5 on blue angel running wm2005

Hi, I have an xda2s which happily ran tt5 navigator via a bt 77 bluetooth gps receiver on WM 2003. I have since upgraded to WM 2005 and have also updated my tt5. The tt5 works fine but I can't for the life of me configure the BT77 gps receiver. The method with WM 2003 was to configure it as "other nmea gps" at 4800 baud rate and connect via a bluetooth port. The problem I have is that on my xda2s there is no bluetooth port listed to connect to when trying to configure the gps receiver, it just isn't listed. I have paired the device. What did I miss? has anyone else had the same problem, can anyone help? A step by step guide would be really appreciated. Thanks.

HTC Offical WM6 and Nokia BH-207

All,
I am experiencing a very annoying Bluetooth problem and was hoping someone could help me.
I have a MDA Vario 2 running the latest HTC WM6 rom. I have a Holux M-1000 bluetooth receiver that is paired with my MDA and works perfectly using TomTom6
Now when I pair my Nokia BH207 bluetooth headset with my MDA and switch it on the MDA no longer able to communicate with my Holux GPS receiver. If I switch the Nokia headset off suddenly the phone is able to see my Holux. It is like the Nokia headset is blocking all other bluetooth devices from talking with my MDA. Why is this and how can I fix it so the MDA can communicate with both the Nokia BH207 and GPS at the same time?
Thanks
Msuk

MS BT stack Vs. widcomm BT stack?

I am running Footballs WM6 ROM a03 for Axim x51V
I only run two things via BT.
1 is IGO (thinkoutside BOX Ultra trim keyboard) and the other is BT SirfIII GPS with Iguidance 3.01
I can get stowaway keyboard to work with built in BT stack, but I cant get Axim to recoginize My GPS receiver.
If I use the widcommBT stack from Aximsite I can get GPS to recognize but not my keyboard.
Currently have the Broadcome BT drivers as cab and can easily install and unintstall , But I would like to be able to use both under one set of BT drivers.
Anyone help. Thanks!
What's important to you? I have the Widcomm with my x51V Football ROM and Bluetooth GPS & DUN works great. Better interface too!

TomTom Insatallation

Hi,
I was wondering whether TomTom software for a Nokia would work on an XDA IIs?
And does the XDA IIs have a gps reciever in built?
Kind Regards
Sportyfr
nokia tomtom software wont work on xda IIs, different Operating system and no the xdaIIs does not have gps built in you need a seperate gps receiver
The BA is very capable of running TTN6 if accompanied with an external GPS receiver - Bluetooth is best although cabled versions of the GPS are available, should you decide to use a cabled solution please remember to disbale the "Receive all incomming beams" from the IRdA settings as this releases the comm port for correct communications - Mike

Can't pair my BA with GPS Navigator

Hello!
I have a car GPS Navigator which has a feature to pair with a mobile phone or PDA via bluetooth to use it as handsfree, view contacts, make calls from GPS screen ans so on. Both devices can see each other via bluetooth but the problem is that they can't pair. My BA has WM6.1 installed, I haven't any problems with bluetooth yet. May be BA does't support this functionality or it does'n have appropriate Bluetooth Profile ?
May be it would be useful to someone with similar issue. My bluetooth problem has been resolved just by installing WM6.5 ROM ! I've tried almost all versions of WM6.5 located on xda-developers and every one has the bt stack much better than WM6.1 has.
