Caller ID not working - MDA III, XDA III, PDA2k, 9090 General

Hi!
My Caller ID does not show any photos.
In the /Windows/AutoStart there is a shortcut to IA_CID_StartUp.exe
on the incomming calls I just receive the number, and the name of the caller. No photos.
My Caller ID version is 1.20 (Build 17957).
How come, that the program is called by 3 different names:
- "Photo Contacts" (in Program menue)
- "Anrufer ID" is name of the program when I start it (German MDAIII)
- "Caller ID" in the About box
Thanx For your help.

unknown caller since wm6

I have an o² XDA Orbit. Updated to Windows Mobile 6 with the official Update from the O² homepage. Since I updated my device, incoming calles didn't show the callername or number.
The message that is shown on the display says "incoming Call" (or in german "Eingehender Anruf") but the Name or the number of the caller isn't shown on display.
When I answer the call, the phone-application of my mobile show the callername or if there is no entry in the adressbook the number was shown.
Can somebody help me?
Sry for the bad english, but i tryed my verry best.

Caller id format

Hello,
I have recently upgraded my JasJam from my cellular carrier's WM5 ROM to Schap's 4.31 WM6 Rom. Everything is good, however there's one annoying issue with the way that phone numbers are being displayed in caller id.
The caller id format is an american format, with a three digit area code. Numbers in caller ID are displayed as (XXX) XXXXXX, and I would like them to be displayed in one string with no parenthesis - XXXXXXXXX.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Try this method to change number format!!!

Start > settings > system > regional settings,
Change the Region to somewhere other than America, soft reset, and the format of the numbers in caller ID will change.

[Q] Display caller number or type

Hi,
Is there a way to have the incoming call display identify which number of a contact is calling - for example, I have two numbers in the same contact for someone, mobile and work. When she calls, it just says the person's name and photo , rather than Name - Work or Name- Mobile.
Short of splitting it into two separate contacts, do you know if displaying the 'type' (or number) is possible?
Thanks
It is showing the number for me. I have some contacts with 3 or 4 numbers in them.

Caller ID issue with linked contacts

Hello people, I'm facing a weird issue with my HTC dialer:
- with no linked contacts, the dialer picks up the correct contact name for respective phone number (with or without country code)
- when a contact has his/her phone number in Facebook/Linkedin & linked with my google contacts, HTC dialer fails to recognize the caller
- for contacts with no phone number in their Facebook/Linkedin profile, HTC dialer doesn't have any issue in identifying the caller
Hope I didn't sound too confusing
Haven't experinced such an issue/bug with any of my previous HTC devices
Anybody experiencing this? I am on stock 2.22.401.4

Thanks.
Its already set to YES which is the default setting.
Experience the same issue when I receive a call, don't think its related to dialing settings.
I have the same problem and could not solution..
Have Same problem
I have the same problem. I am not sure whether it is related to linked contacts or not since some of my linked contacts appear correctly while others face the problem.
What I also noticed, is that if the took the number from the log, copied it the same format then pasted in the contact replacing the old number (which is almost the same), the problem is solved for that contact.
Factory reset does not solve the issue by the way so do not waste your time and data.
No other observations.
Hope someone can help in solving that issue.
