Please please help me!! Imate pocket pc to Dopod 696 chinese

I have a iMate pocket pc, and I updated to 1.72 wwe, I found my ppc has serial v1.06! I dont want the V1.06 because I want downgrade to CHINESE version. But I tried to flash it through sd card, it didnt work! I urgently want use chinese , anyone can help me to change my iMate 1.72 wwe to chinese rom( i have chinese rom already)???
Note: mine is v1.06( I heard this version can not downgrade),,but i still want to ask anyone who may have a idea!!

quite easy . use er2003 to edit , the chinese rom to WWE I/O CHT , t-mobile i/o O2, and upgrade , i did several times..fm Chinese to english , english to Chinese

Problem In Updating Imate KJAM

I had a problem in updating my kjam
i try to update the kjam it says
"ERROR [294} Invalid Vender ID
This Wpdate Utility Cannot Be Used For Your Pda Please Check Your Update Utilty"
the problem is that the language is diffrent and i dont know which language it is i want it in english so i try to update with the newest version
from imate official site and it not working
is there any way that i can convert it to English Language
is there any English Language Patch For That Please Post It

Hi there,
Have you actually got an I mate k jam? Or is it a variant?
I had a mda vario a variant and got that error initially? But then I used the wizard unlock tool, this abled me to unlock my CID, I was then able to install the kjam official rom upgrade.
I would reccomend you locj your CID, then you will be able to update. There is whole thread on it under the unlock tool thread. About the second age.

i got the i mate k-jam when i soft reset it shows me the i-mate screen
the handset is not locked i am using my sim card

Very strange.
I would try and download the rom again. Also use the cid unlocker just in case.

where do you people get the I mate ROM's?
I have a vario but can't seem to find the ROM.
I've allready SIM unlocked it allready.
can someone PLEASE help me get a ROM?

Qtek 9000 help

I need help to upgrade qtek 9000. I had bought this pda three days ago. There is installed the german version of windows mobile 5.0 . How can i change the rom to have a english version? Cause i try to use the JasJAr WWE 11353 version of the Rom, but the program stop itself and write that the version of the rom is not correct. Where i can found the correct version for my qtek? How can i change the language, cause the software error is: Country ID error 120. Many thanks

You need to File MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe to your problem

first i upgrade it to wm6 then i did upgrade wm5 on it and now its a mix
now some one tell me pleas how to downgrade

How is it possible? If you upgraded to wm5 lastly, how can it be a mix. It has to be fully wm5.
Anyway, as i said in the previous post, download your original device ROM and flash it
eg: if you have an o2 executive device, then, flash it with o2 ROm

Been Testing the WM6 Roms lately,but downgraded back to wm5 because of all the Problems Ive been Having,worked great for me,just get one of the WM5 roms (Links in this forum) and just replace the NK.nbf file of wm6 rom with the wm5 one,this worked great for me,but remember to use the right extended rom & radio version you want before programming,otherwise you will have the extended rom of wm6 still in your Uni.

i have wm5 and a wm6 system the skinn is like wm6 and many other progs and some things are from wm5 its a good system if someone want to test it how i can uploade this on page ?
or how i can download the rom form my device on my pc ? maby u can test it maby it´s the key to our problems ;D

Install Imate JASJAM ARABIC ROM on O2 XDA Trion

Hi,im frm pakistan, Im all new and not familiar with flashing a rom on pocket pc but i got O2 XDA Trion, only prob is that it doesnt have arabic and so i cant get my contacts and other stuff which was in arabic in my previous ph, i cant see on O2 XDA Trion.
Will it be fine if i-mat ejasjam arabic rom is installed on it? and i want to mention that this set was country code locked and it was unlocked by seller.I read the forums and got a bit idea abt the things so i can mention the details of my ppc.

Hi, i tried installing third party softwares like imaginet arabizer, LEng extender but when ever i hard sspl the ph i have to do all again, i want the arabic support by default in the systen, plz tell me is it possible to install imate jasjam arabic rom on o2 xda trion or any other rom with arabic support...thnx regards..

Hi Guys!. I'm new to this forum and not a techie at all. I have a JasJam and flashed it with Hard-SSPL and installed DOPOD ROM (WM 6.0). Since then my wifi stopped working. I tried restoring the JasJam ROM downloaded from clubimate.com, but failed. I have no clue what and how to do that. Any suggestion or step by step instructions will be highly appreciated. I have tried even to restore oroginal HTC ROM using the SSPL-Kaiser.exe, but my device hangs up immediately and the bootloader is not activated. Please help!!!
