I plan to install Pixel Experience on my device (viva), I would like to know what bugs and problems are present there. I read on the forum that after a while wi-fi and a sim card stop working, are there any solutions?

Hallo, I've installed the rom, that is very fantastic, the best I've tried. I only have a problem: my dualsim, that works perfect on wm5, does'nt works with this rom. Someone can help me?

seems as if I am the only person using a dual sim and having fun with it ! What is your problem exactly? The problem that I had is that when I switched from one card to the other the provider wouldn't change in the dialing pad or any other software although it changed. In WM6 you need at least version 5.2.1680 to have that feature working. I use an analog card, that might be the reason it's working. I found many threads about that topic today in the accessories forum and there seems to be a guy having a digital dual sim adapter and having problems with it.

Some weeks ago I read many threads searching a dualsim that works on Artemis, and I buyed the analog one, that switches operators turning on-off fly mode in the phone. This works very well with WM5, but in WM6 when I switch fly mode, I have always the first operator (vodafone) and not the second (tim). I've set the network using "network wizard" and I think this may depend from this...
What do you think about?
I have Vodafone and T-Mobile and I used to switch from one card to the other but I thought it didn't.
If your card is not broken or has not enough contact there is an easy way to find out if you sucessfully switched your cards. Switch cards, then go to phone settings and check what your voicemail number is. This is the way how I used to find out which card I was using. Do you know what I'm talking about?
Tried so you do, but nothing to do. Now, I also have a digital dualsim and I'm going to try with that.
Has anybody else had this issue where your data connectivity is lost randomly. I have the 4G/LTE indicator on and still cant connect. The are quite a few discussions on the net with weird suggestions on how to fix it... but anybody have any fixes?

mine seems to have an issue 1 in 10 times or so, only when connected to WiFi. I added the apn steps found in the Nokia forums. Seems to be ok, but I have to let it run for awhile.
I read these issues are the result of a defective batch of Lumia 900's and regardless of the fact that some of you have have workarounds this problem may re-occur again and again. I'd recommend a handset swap if possible.

Since adding the apn in, I've not had a single problem. But, grain of salt, I didn't have that big of an issue in the first place, and, its only been 7 hours ir so.
The apn thing was required for while on T-Mobile windows phone devices on launch of seven. Nodo fixed it and it was no longer required..
But before running of and branding all issues the result of some mexican imei foul up, read some of the other thoughts. To me its more plausible to think of the issue as a provisioning scenario, or apn, to think some banditos are to blame. We can blame them little buggets later, and why waste a good excuse so early.

anyway, I have the captivate glide and I recently installed literom from the greater good. Anyway, I'm running into some bluetooth issues and I was wondering if anyone has had any similiar issues? The forum for that rom does not mention the issues that I'm having (at least not that I found).
Basically, my bluetooth works fine. As long as I don't reboot my phone. Any time I reboot, my pairing information is lost for any devices I had. I can scan for devices, but when I try and connect, it says invalid pin or connection refused. If I run through the pairing procedure again, it works until the next reboot.
Anyone have any ideas for me? I like this rom and don't want to re-image it with something else... my bluetooth worked fine on the last rom I had installed (but nothing else did pretty much, which is why I reimaged it)...
sorry for throwing this out in the general forum, but to be honest I'm not 100% sure that my issues are related to this ROM just mostly sure... anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated.
For the past few days, whenever I make a phonecall, I'm breaking up and that gets worse as the conversation continues. I tried pretty much everything to eliminate possible causes. I recorded my voice to see if it's the mic but it wasn't that. Then I reset my phone to see if that would fix the issue but that didn't work either. I replaced my SIM card and that didn't work either. Then finally I had my carrier disable VoLTE and that seemed to do the trick though I shouldn't celebrate too soon. But my question is: Do any other Nokia 8.1 owners have any issues making phonecalls?

Ik have the exact same issue. Alsof with Them Nokia 8.1. I had my phone replaced completely bit the issue persists. Is your carrier Vodafone also? I came to the same conclusion that IT must be Volte. When I force my phone to go back to 2G the issues are over. Buy there is no option to Just disable Volte from the phone. And Vodafone States that they cannot disable IT doe me. Thanks! Martijn. my question is .i have 1 extra Simm card with cellular plan.is it possible to add this Sim to my google pixel (as esimm) and then pair phone it to smartwatch so i can give it to my kid and call him from my 1st number .
how does it work

Ok I might be able to provide some insight on this. First of all, I don't think you will be able to use your extra sim card with the pixel watch. I am personally on Verizon and my pixel watch doesn't even work. The watch needs to be on the same network as the phone. Hope I was able to help
Just for more data. I have Google Fi as my carrier. My watch shares the account with my Pixel 6 Pro phone.
