It's not rom. Just copy files to SD card (fat32 formatted) and run .exe file.

It's possible. But hard. I'd try and port it. But I don't know the structure of it and it's propieratory.

If we were to port it, we would need someone who knows lots about it i.e file structure etc.
Samsung Omnia W has the same processor and things, that's a potential candidate.

As it is a closed source OS only BlackBerry can put it on their phones or edit it.
