Yes it is possible and the work was started here by nickholtus.
It's just takes time to port and now his Play is now broken

Already Did , Even Restarted Phone , Still can't install
For me version 4.0.20.1 works perfect. (stock rooted 4.1.2.)
just found this on the net. dont know if its the latest because the one that is ported is lewa os 5.1 and oh there is an instruction to fix camera

what sofware are you running in your Xperia?, because i tested the theme in Lollipop, and Marshmallow and the theme is ok, i don ´t tested in Kit kat, so is probaly than is you tryed installed on Jelly beam don´t work
