I'm coming to talk about Realme GT2 Master Explorer edition (RMX3551).
It's been already 6 months using this device, the best device I ever had, but still struggling with China stuff, can't use WearOS devices, can't make backups in Google Drive, etc...
Up to now the only thing I know is to unlock the bootloader, so here we go:
First of all, ensure you are in Android 12, if not, you should downgrade version using OTA:

Once you are on Android 12, you can continue with the guide:
1. Support unlocked models
Realme GT2 Master Exploration Edition (RMX3551)
2. Matters needing attention
[BL unlocking must meet the following conditions]
It must be the True Self GT2 Master Explorer Edition purchased through official channels in mainland China
【BL Unlocking Instructions】(Important!!!)
1. After unlocking, it may have an unpredictable impact on the phone;
2. The third-party firmware may cause some functions of the mobile phone to fail to operate normally, for example, the camera function is unavailable, and may cause damage to the device;
3. It may cause leakage of private personal information on the mobile phone;
4. After unlocking, it will affect the system upgrade, and the user cannot receive the subsequent update version of realme UI;
5. After unlocking, the mobile phone status is equivalent to restoring the factory settings, and all user personal data will be cleared. It is recommended to back up the data in advance;
6. After the mobile phone is rooted, if necessary, you can contact the realme service center to assist in flashing the phone. If you can flash back to the official version, it will not affect the warranty status of the phone, but you will not be able to enjoy the return and exchange service; if you cannot flash back to the official version or the resulting If the hardware of the mobile phone fails, it is not covered by the warranty and needs to be repaired according to the situation.
3. How to unlock BL?
Preparation:
1. Download the dedicated unlocking tool APK for Realme GT2 Master Explorer Edition:

2. The battery power of the mobile phone is kept above 60%
3. Prepare a USB data cable
4. Prepare a PC / Macbook
Officially begin:
Step 1, turn on developer mode
Go to "Settings" → "About Phone" → "Version Information", click "Version Number" 7 times to open the developer mode;
Step 2, open oemlock
Go to "Settings" → "Other Settings" → "Developer Mode" and turn on OEM unlocking;
Step 3, use APK to enter fastboot mode
Connect to the network, open the APK, and apply for unlocking in the APK.

Step 4, click "Start Application", please read the "Disclaimer" carefully and manually tick to agree.
Step 5, click "Submit Application" and then click "Return" to return to the application interface, wait for about 15 minutes. You can check whether the application has passed the review through "Check Review Status" on the application interface.
Step 6, unlock fastboot
After passing the review, click "Start Depth Test", and the phone will restart to the START interface
(The following is the real picture of the unlocking process)
Step 7, connect to the computer, run: fastboot flashing unlock
a. Go to https://www.xda-developers.com/google-releases-separate-adb-and-fastboot-binary-downloads/ to download the platform-tools tool for Windows
b. After downloading, extract it to the root directory of the c drive
c. Keyboard Win + R, enter CMD and then Enter
d. Enter cd.. and then Enter until C:\
e. Enter cd platform-tools and enter
f. Enter fastboot flashing unlock and Enter to continue step 8 of this post
Step 8, follow the prompts on the phone interface, press the volume up button to select unlock, and after a three-second countdown, the phone will enter the interface of the picture on the right.
Step 9, run the command: fastboot reboot on the computer adb, and the phone will automatically restart.
NOTE: This restart will erase all user data.
4. Lockback Tutorial
method one:
In the off state, press the volume down button and the power button at the same time to enter the BootLoader interface, connect to the computer, and enter: fastboot flashing lock
The phone will enter the lock interface, press the volume up button to select the lock bootloader, and after a three-second countdown, the phone will enter the interface of the picture on the right
Computer adb run command: fastboot reboot, the phone will automatically restart.
Method Two:
The mobile phone is turned on and connected to the computer, enter: adb reboot bootloader
The phone will enter the BootLoader interface
Enter: fastboot flashing lock
The phone will enter the lock interface, press the volume up button to select the lock bootloader, and after a three-second countdown, the phone will enter the interface of the picture on the right
Computer adb run command: fastboot reboot, the phone will automatically restart.
After completing the Bootloader lock by any of the above two methods, please download the unlock APK to complete the installation, and apply for exiting the in-depth test on the application interface.
It is stated again that the operation of BL unlocking will have the following risks! ! ! Very important and a must see!

I wanted to clarify a doubt. You said you have the ROM with integrated google services. Do all RMX3551 owners have the same ROM? Does this ROM already come with playstore and google services pre-installed? Thanks again.

It's an OTA update for the Chinese version, it probably won't include Google services.
I can't download the downgrade file, could you re-upload in google drive or something ?

Known bugs/limitations:
- For partition Flashing, it is recommended(mandatory?) to do a reboot-bootloader if you want to flash multiple partitions one after the other. AFAIK, locking bootloader has nothing to do with the recovery, but then again, I never locked a bootloader...
Pretty sure you'd need to flash stock recovery. It won't hurt anything to try it without stock recovery, but if it doesn't work then you'll know for sure why.
I'm not planning to mess around with it too much until a stock system file is available. I need a Plan B. Lol

Unfortunately I never got the chance to test the MAC version, finally I have a tester
From what I can see at a first look is that this simple_curses.sh is some leftover from when I experimented with some UI tricks for bash to try to simulate the looks of the batch version..

Recommended: Annotate Initial firmware version 1.1.0.x or 1.0.0.x
Warning:
There are two versions.
Initial Version 1.0.0.x no compatible whit 1.1.0.x and viceversa.
If you charge incorrect firmware and try update to version 2.0.0.x zeroner download a incorrect version.
Firmware version 2.0.0.x for initial vesion 1.0.0x is diferent that 2.0.0.x for 1.1.0.x
if you have made an update official from zeroner App, into zeroner folder will be a . hex file, check file size, According to the table below.
If don´t exist .hex file, try to update from Zeroner, but no push Update, so check file .hex donwloading into Zeroner folder.
Trick to know the version of a downloaded firmware.
Firmware 1.0.0x file size . hex ~137 - 138 KB. -----> Firmware 2.0.0.x ~ 180 KB.
Firmware 1.1.0x file size .hex ~ 142 -143 KB. -----> Firmware 2.0.0.x ~ 184 - 186 KB

MOD:
-Add English and spanish laguages
-Add missing strings and traslate chinese strings in xml files.
-Changed chinese to english in notification bar.
-Chinese characters changed when an SMS or call is received.
-Changed many chinese messages to english. Include Low Battery.

When update/downgrade keep phone screen on, don´t allow the phone to sleep, do not move the bracelet during the process, better leave i5 Plus on a table.
Know problems with DFU settings App nRF Master Control Panel:
- Setting Package Receipt Notification to OFF or less than ~400 will not work on some phones, f.e. Nexus 4, Nexus 7. On Nexus 5 it increases upload speed to 4.3 sec/18kb.
If your phone only recognizes the bracelet as i5+-DFU3 after a failure update,read the second post and perform from step 11.

You can upgrade/downgrade I5 Plus, choosing the firmware to load.

Edit: Downgraded to 1.1.08 & upgraded to 2.0.1.0 again through zeroner 3.3.4. Everything went smoothly (the only thing that scared me was the speed of uploading the .hex using nRF Master Control. It was so slow it took 8min)

Usb connect to pc o usb power adapter
Battery positve disconnect. You can use a switch.
Steps:
1. Open nRF Master control Panel, in android phone, push scan.
2. Put point 2 "RED" to battery positive, use point in capacitor, it is easier. Use a wire
3. nRF Mster Control detect dfu device, Hold connection in point 2 "RED".
4. Connect positive battery.
5. you can realase connection in point 2 "RED".
Now I5 plus is DFU mode and you can upload any firmware whit nRF Mater Control Panel.

Downloading was not the problem . When installing the apk it gives an error message on my phone.
I never had this issue before with the translated apk's of roninzgz.

Actually, I found a way to do it (and I am using a bloody Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Prime).
I have Lollipop 5.0.2 on (Miui Dev 5.11.26 EU), but I guess you can adjust these steps, in according to your ROM.
First:
you have to find the Bluetooth address of your wristband.
In my case (RN2 Prime) Go to > Settings > Privacy > Unlock by Bluetooth device > You'll see the I5 Plus, not with its name (Braceli5-1060, in my case), but with its address (i.e. C4:B4:E1:22:2B:21).
Take note of this address.
Second:
Download this app (or any other apk doing Bluetooth pairing): Bluetooth Pair (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.waylonhuang.bluetoothpair) - it's free, no ads (I mean, I have AdAway.. so...).
Open Bluetooth Pair and
go to > Settings > Settings: Recently Connected > Type here the Bluetooth Address you noted before.
Go back to Bluetooth Pair main window: now you'll see there is your I5 Plus listed, so, tap on 'Connect'.
Now you can also uninstall Bluetooth Pair.
Third:
Go to > Phone Settings > Privacy (or security) > Smart Lock > Trusted Devices > Add one > Now, our friend I5 Plus is finally listed, and you can VIP-list it for Smart Bluetooth Unlock.
Hell yeah.
PS. If you use Macrodroid or Automate, or Tasker, once you have the bluetooth address of your I5 Plus, you can easily make a macro for it.

Bracelet lost connection to phone during process. **** happens, just don't wait hours, if it is stucked for half a minute, go back and try again, and again.

STEPS TO FLASH THE NEW REBUILT ROM :
1) Download SP Flash Tool v5.1708.00.000 at the next link :

2) Open SP Flash Tool.
3) Load the scatter file inside stock firmware folder.
4) Select "FIRMWARE UPGRADE".
- Considerations :
Why "Firmware Upgrade" option ?
It is because this option lock once again the bootloader.
Without locked bootloader the ota updates can be complicated.
5) Click Download.
6) Connect your turned off phone to the pc with USB cable.
- Considerations :
Sometimes on the first try,
SP Flash Tool returns the next error : status_err (-1073676287).
It's rare, but it does happen. Do not worry !
Disconnect the USB cable from pc. Click on "Download" once again.
Connect once again the USB cable to the pc. This time everything will be OK.
7) Be patient until the flash process will be finished (100%).
8) Disconnect the USB cable.
9) Press power button.

I flashed your modded ROM and the battery life was HUGE improvement.
However, and I do not know if this is because of the flash, but I am having problems with my SIM.
As fast as I try to make a call, it disconnects from the net, and then connects back. Same when I send SMS; when I press send it disconnects from the net. BUT the mobile data works. Could I have screwed up the IMEI somehow?
Hello, wanted to try this out as one of the game I play is always freezing on me, and when it does it's like the phone just dies for a couple seconds, at worst case it takes 30ish seconds and then just restarts or keeps freezing for just a second constantly, which is super weird and makes me rage whenever it happens in the middle of an important game moment. Also the battery consumption is crazy. I just have a couple questions, is there anything I need to activate besides USB debugging? Do I need to turn the phone on in safe mode? Or do I just install the flash tool on my computer and do the steps that are on the image?
edit: tried using adb, tried using pdanet. The flash tool never works, neither does it even detect the phone. I don't get it.

INSTALLATION STEPS :

Clarification about the NEW solution to hide the soft keys :
Someone pointed out that there is already a default method to hide the soft keys.
Probably I did not express myself well. I will try to put some more light on it.

This morning, I found out that "Immerse Me" xposed module has a small flaw.
It seems difficult to type onto WhatsApp chat screen.
Unfortunately "Immerse Me" not has a very important opportunity :
to allow or deny certain apps to use immersive mode.
I have found a solution to this problem.
It is called "Immersive Mode Forcer" xposed module.
STEPS :
1) Download and install "Immersive Mode Forcer".
2) Select all apps.
3) Uncheck from WhatsApp.

Hello everyone! I made a tutorial regarding flashing the latest update when not available in your region:
Video tutorial:

Steps:
1. Download and extract both Frija and Odin.
2. Launch Frija.
3. Check the "Auto" button. Write your device's Model Number and CSC
(Your model number is at Settings, then About phone).
4. Click on "Check Update".
5. Click on "Download" and choose a folder to save the firmware.
6. After the download is complete, extract the firmware .zip.
7. Launch Odin.
8. Click the "BL" button and select the file that starts with "BL_...".
9. Click the "AP" button and select the file that starts with "AP_...".
10. Click the "CP" button and select the file that starts with "CP_...".
11. Click the "CSC" button and select the file that starts with "HOME_CSC_..." (Selecting CSC_... will wipe your data!).
12. Turn off your phone.
13. Boot into Download Mode by holding both Volume Up + Volume Down buttons and then connecting it to your PC.
14. After booting into Download Mode, press the Volume Up button to continue.
15. Back to Odin, click "Start".
16. The flashing process will be over when "PASS" is shown in Odin and your phone reboots. You may close Odin and disconnect the phone from your PC then.
17. Congrats! You have successfully flashed the latest update to your device.
18. After your phone is on, turn it off again.
19. Boot into Recovery Mode by connecting to your PC and holding Volume Up + Power Button (+ Bixby Button).
20. Navigating with the Volume Buttons and selecting with the Power Button, go to "Wipe cache partition".
21. Select "Yes".
22. Select "Reboot system now".

You may flash it and no functionality will be lost. However, you will still be getting XSG updates in the future.

Yes you are doing it right. If you want to get the latest OTA manually, you flash it every time, having XSG.
If you want to always be the first to get the latest OTA, I would suggest DBT.
DBT and BTU are the same regarding updates, but there are a lot of cases when DBT is the first to get them.

No, you will not lose your warranty!
Warranty is lost only if you install a custom (unoffical) ROM or by rooting your devide.

I have a bricked SD/SIM slot after an OTA update, can I flash the firmware via ODIN and retain all data on the phone?
Alright, did this 2 weeks ago when I reverted to stock ROM. this time I used sammobile to download the firmware (firmware version ILO - As it was on original bootloader). Fortunately, it worked and after relocking the bootloader, about 95% of the features came back to work, this includes:
* Play Certificate
* OTA Updates
* Most of Samsung features including some Knox protected features working fine again
* CSC features including call recording work fine
* Banking apps including wallet work fine again
* Galaxy wearable, private share, fine my device worked fine no matter the tripped knox.
The only issues were on some more knox resicted apps such Samsung health, samsung pass, secure folder. but anyways I don't use them mainly so I don't really care about losing them and I can always find alternatives for them, Google apps are excellent choice. I won't throw away my device just because those tiny amount of apps won't work. As long my phone is fine I'm happy.
Would consider to keep the device with stock ROM unless newer custom ROM of android 14 comes (and a one that is actually for daily use lol)

while I'm not Japanese, I do find these articles somewhat annoying as they sort of paint a negative image of Japanese people in general. yeah, of course there are perverts in Japan that do this, but as many as there are Japanese perverts, there are that many if not more in other countries as well.

Yeah. It's a first world problem. When I try to take a picture of my kids while they're asleep the shutter awakens them. There are several camera apps in the store (s) that don't make the shutter sound if you're interested.
I'm thankful for the sound tbh. People at times try to record my kids on the trains( Japanese with natural blonde hair) usually I just tell them to stop and they do.
My kids aren't a tourist attraction for your amusement...

I tried to reinstall the stock rom again but fastboot is as far as I can get. I can't boot into fastbootd to complete the flashing process.
I still have the original devinfo.img and I don't know how to restore it using fastboot. I tried fastboot flash devinfo devinfo.img but I get file size error.

Try the Official Google Android Flash Tool (OEM Unlocking needs to be toggled on - you may not have to manually unlock the bootloader - the "site" will do that on its own). You may have to choose the option to Force Flash All Partitions, which will also wipe your phone.

I would pursue the warranty possibility ASAP, if you can. Then, if they let you RMA it, use the flash tool once more, but this time check the box for both Wipe and for Re-lock the Bootloader.

This partition is record of hardware information
So I think you did something wrong while modifying this partition
You can post the information about the failure when you flash the system partition
To facilitate better analysis of the reasons
