How to find out tha date of the first activation - LG G7 ThinQ Questions & Answers

Hi all.
Is there a way to find out when a device has been activated for the first time even if it was reset to factory settings?
Maybe via IMEI or some hidden/secret menu?
Thanks in advance

Unlock phone - code is missing...

Hello i just got an loox t830...but when i turned it on it says " new sim detected enter phome code...", the person that selled it to me don't reply my email at all, i've asked him the code several times.. is it possible to unlock the phone to use my sim...it seams that the old owner programed it and doesn't disabled before shiping it to me...
many thankx~
have you tried a hard reset ?
Hard reset does not help in this situation
Hard reset,
hard reset should work, otherwise you can reflash rom.
Hard reset, not work - TESTED!
Still serching solution!
try using various operator sims
it sounds to me like the phone u were sent is locked to a certain operator
I try three different operators - the same thing!
I think the phone is locked to the card not to operator.
I know the first owner of the phone, but he can't remember the phone code.
I try ROM update and the factory reset - nothing!
The only way I can unlock the phone is to use the Programs application from the original WM5 - "Phone Lock" but the default "00000000" don't work.
If any idea - pls share, I'll try everything!
Thanks

[Q] Accidentally changed the freq bands via *#*#4636#*#*

Hi,
while i was messing around with the network setting via *#*#4636#*#* menu, I accidentally selected the USA bands, and it has caused me to not able to make any phone calls or even be connected to the network.
It does not allow me to change back to the default bands I was - international
Understand that this seems to be quite common mistakes across different devices.
But specifically for Desire 816, anyone can help me with this? My device is not rooted (i'd like to keep it taht way) and bought unlock.
Anyone? I'd be super grateful! Panicking like crazy right now...

Hey its simple and worked on mine!
Got to *#*#4636#*#*, then enable Flight mode using the Power menu, or your status bar toggle, then click Select Radio Band and you should see Automatic, now before you select it, disable flight mode. Hope it works, else in order to reset RSD settings, you need to factory reset (unless u root ofc)

V10L software problem

I recently flashed the V10L software onto my D855 and I've noticed that when I restart my phone two things will happen.
1) Quick memo+ will always appear as the first item in the notification toggles, need to deselect it from the edit menu.
2) the phone network types will automatically deselect the one with LTE auto, it also defaults to the 2nd one from the top everyone I go into that menu and I need to change it.

i am facing neither of these problems.
You backup your data and do a Hard factory reset. That should solve your problem 99% !!
Do it and revert back.

I'll give that a go now, by hard factory reset do you mean going into settings>backup and restore>reset phone. Option?
Edit: I reflashed the firmware which my handset originally had (was the 10J) and the issues I stated above have dissolved, maybe it's something to do with the carrier being Optus Mobile. hmmmm

Erasing eSIM

Hi everyone!
Is there some way to forcibly erase eSIM, except through settings?
I tried to set up the eSIM, and kept getting endless network check. While reading the forums I got the idea to update my phone. Through the standard option in the settings (before that there was android 11, almost the latest version). After that, the option to add eSIM disappeared. I tried to uninstall the eSIM through the network reset settings. Nothing worked. Then I decided to try hard reset, and I saw the message as in the screenshot. Reboots didn't help in any way. And in the end I made a hard reset. Installed the latest official (before it ran on official as well) firmware via fastboot. And locked the bootloader. But the option never appeared.
Any suggestions?
