I could really use some help. The developer mentioned that volte works so clearly i messed something up. Thanks
Edit - had to flash oreo based miui before lineage os. Everything is working fine now.
I have a Moto G5 Cedric and I plan to install a GSI ROM, but everywhere I have heard that I need my phone to have Project Treble compatibility, I have installed a lot of apps that tell you if your phone is compatible or not and they all say not compatible, but... is it true that it is not compatible?

Although there is no official support for Treble, it is unofficially available for Moto G5 Cedric here => https://forum.xda-developers.com/g5/development/treble-project-treble-cedric-t3820451/
It is a bit outdated, not having been updated in quite a while but you can download it from here => https://androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=287275
Disclaimer :: I have not tried/used this personally so cannot comment any further on this.

Android 10 GSI ROMs have broken RIL (Calls, mobile data, SMS, MMS, VoLTE, everything like you had no SIM card except that not even emergency calling works), Hotspot for example is often broken, etc. My advise: DO NOT USE.

Apologies, I did not notice @FranGAMER321 wanted to try Android 10.
To @FranGAMER321, I would say go by what @nift4 says since he's very knowledgeable about this device.

May 19, 2022:
OnePlus is starting rolllout of a new system update for the OnePlus 9 series. It comes with version C.60 and measures over 1.5GB.
The latest OTA brings a couple of multitasking improvements and adds some connectivity and gaming features. However, the May security patch is still not available for the phones. You can read the full changelog below.
Convenience & efficiency
You can now open up to 3 apps in floating windows at the same time in Split-screen mode and switch between Floating window and Split screen modes
You can now use the Clock app in Quick Return
Connectivity
You can now open up to 3 phone windows on your PC
Games
Adds the HyperBoost end-to-end frame rate stabilizer
Heterogenous graphics: Reduces gaming loads and power consumption (only for some games)
As always, this OTA will be incremental. It will reach a small percentage of users initially. A broader rollout should start in a few days.
To check if an update is available, head to Settings > System > System updates on your device.

First rom with no gaming throttling.
India only. Miss the days when OnePlus would release one global rom or atleast global and India the same day.
It showed as a full rom over here, so you can jump directly from 11 to c60 and no need to go to 47 anymore.
from coloros c.62 to oxygen c.60 ?

It should work because Oxygen C.60 is 1 month newer.
But if you want to be shure do it like me.
I was on ColoOS C.61. I use OxygenOS rollback rom (This Wipe all in youre phone). Them got 2 updates up to C.47. End 2 days ago i got C.48 european...
I wonder if I flash the india C.60 ROM on my EU L2123 will it transform my device into an indian variant, or will it stay EU L2123 ?
My EU unit LE2123, i flashed the Global C48, no issues there. Yesterday when i flashed the Indian C60 the device is no longer certified under - Google PlayStore. Hence can't setup new cards. Cleared the Google Play services and playstore cache and data, rebooted the device but the issue still exists.
Any solution?
Device is non rooted and bootloader is locked.

It will still stay LE2123, but device may not be certified anymore. I did the same, rest all works well, only the device certification issue.

There is no workaround for that unless you Root your device and add the universal safety net magisk module and hide root afterward in Zygisk from play services and playstore.

thanks for your response, i'll wait for the next full OTA zip for either of the regions and then flash it. I don't wana root my device as its my primary driver.
Still no update other than in India for almost 2 weeks now. OnePlus really seems to only care about India now. All of their phones seen to have this issue now.
Anyone running this on a global 9 or 9 Pro unit? I flashed it and had to use the TMO COS/OOS data retention fix since it thought my device was dual SIM but I lost 5G and WiFi calling on T-Mobile in the process. Just curious if anyone was able to get these things working before I go through the arduous task of a factory reset. If not, I can live without them for now.
Edit: Cannot pass SafetyNet either. I have tried universal SafetyNet fix, I have tried Shamiko, and I have tried props config. I have only ever had to use the universal fix before so no idea why I can't pass the CTS Profile.
Hi,
I obviously did the clever thing and went back to installing custom software after oneplus had a slip of over six months with the release of android 12 on my oneplus 7t. And in fact I gained android 13 for 2 months, didn't like the aosp and went back to the finally released OOS 12 version. However, in the meantime:
- I switched from my European version OOS 11 to the Indian beta of OOS 12 via a local update.
- I bricked my phone trying to install Flamingo OS via adb
- I saved it thanks to MSM tools
- I have installed the Flamingo OS correctly
- I reverted to OOS 10 via MSM tools, then local update 11.0.5.1 twice, once to 11.0.9.1 and then to OOS 12
Since installing the Flamingo OS I no longer had Widevine L1, nor did I after returning. I have tried another method to fix it with Flash Magisk then enable Zygisk + denylist, then local upgrade to OOS 11, but it did absolutely nothing. Still L3
For oppo I found instructions to fix this by installing app https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/confirmed-fix-for-widevine-l3-to-l1.4127513/ , but for oneplus I couldn't find any solution. However, maybe someone had this problem and got support with a similar solution dedicated to oneplus?
As title states. I know there's issue with stock A12 ROM and also custom roms based on A12 for converted 1907s.
Anyone on a converted HD1907 with experience?
Please do not reply if the above doesn't apply to you so people are not confused and flash ROM that will bug their phone.
Thanks!
I just recently updated my converted OP7T HD1907 to from OOS 10 to OOS 11, rooted it with Magisk and then went straight to OOS 12, all through the official OTA updates. It brought my device to the latest F.20 version, but the phone then identified itself as HD1901, which I found strange.
In any case, I used it as a daily driver for a around 5 days on OOS 12 and everything worked perfectly fine (call reception, WiFi, BT, GPS, no heating). I cannot comment on battery life, as I use very little screen time on my main device.
Then I noticed that my 2nd SIM card slot was not accessible. It was just plain disabled, no mention of it anywhere in Settings/Network or About/IMEI etc. After A bit of searching, I realised that this was an issue that others had faced as well with HD1907 and OOS 12, and also possibly other ROMs based on it. I then gave up on trying other A12 based ROMs because of this.
So I downgraded back to OOS 10 with the MSM tool and then upgraded to the latest OOS 11 with a local file method. Me device is now identified as HD1907 again and my 2nd SIM card slot woks.
*TLDR my converted HD1907 worked perfectly fine on stock OOS 12 except the 2nd SIM card slot. Also I have not commented on what I liked or disliked in OOS 12, which is not the topic of this thread
Good

Thank you for detailed reply! So besides the 2nd SIM not working, no issues with network (LTE and WiFi), "max brightness" bug or screen tint issues?

No network issues, no green tint during my 5 days of stock OOS 12. I always disable auto-brightness so cannot comment on that.
I have seen all the posts regaring those issues, but I still tried to upgrade knowing I could always downgrade if I was not satisfied.
I really wanted to try Pixel Experience 13, but some people were having the 2nd SIM issue on that ROM with HD1907 since it seems to contain some part of OOS 12. If you don't care for 2nd SIM, that looks like a very stable ROM from the searching I did.
