Does anyone have stock rom of the firmware 32.4.A.1.54? - Xperia Z5 Premium Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello all,
I'm flashing Z5P but I found that my phone's firmware is 32.4.A.0.160. Without 32.4.A.1.54, I can't flash roms e.g. LineageOS, CarbonROM, etc, so I'm finding for rom with firmware 32.4.A.1.54. It would be great if someone can share it.
Thanks

Since flashtool.net seems to be down, download the XperiFirm Tool (Windows only afaik), select your device, select your country/region and download the firmware.

Thank you very much. After the firmware is downloaded, is it correct for me to zip it into .zip & flash it via TWRP? Thanks.

Since I'm always using the FlashTool and start XperiFirm from there, you can flash the created ROM (a *.ftf file!) directly with the FlashTool. Unfortunately the website is down, but here you can download the latest windows version that I have.

Use XperiaCompanion and connect your phone then repair, later you can make your own ftf rom with flashtool...read about it

[Q] unable to flash Note 2 from china (Help!)

Ok so I have this phone from china, with stock chinese firmware. I've tried flashing with the stock firmware from my country (to no avail), has anybody had any luck with something like this? I am unable to flash custom roms or even the ota versions of android.
Need a little more info! What are you using...CWM...Odin.....what are you doing. Please elaborate.
HI thanks for taking an interest in my issue!
Well okay I've tried flashing ota roms with odin and odin mobile, I've tried using cwm recovery to flash a new rom, rooting works 100% but nothing else.
Do you have a GT-N7100 or GT-N7102 or maybe another model? Look on the box or in settings, about the phone.
I have a GT-N7100.
Is there anybody out there that's able to help?
Main question. Are you use your Galaxy Note II is Authentic?
Thanks for the reply.:good: Yeah 100%, it's running jellybean, I was able to do a software update with Samsung Kies and everything.
Update international firmware in chinese Galaxy note 2
The problem is chinese phone is a specific boot loader, so you can update only chinese firmware via OTA . If you want to install other firmwares then chinese follow the steps below:
First root your phone with odin. (PC software)
Then install mobile odin.apk file in the phone.
Then download the required firmware. All firmwares are available in this link.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1896696
Then extract the downloaded zip file using winzip/7zip.
The extracted file will have .tar.md5 at the end.
Copy this file inside phone sd card or external sd card.
Inside mobile odin application, click "open file".
Go to the location where the firmware file is located.
Select options "wipe data cache" + " wipe dalwik cache"
Then press update.
Now wait for the installation. The phone will reboot normally with the international firmware.
Note: Your bootloader continues to be Chinese, but the firmware will be international.
You can enjoy all google apps, facebook, etc.,
If you need to update new firmware repeat the mobile odin process after downloading the latest firmware from XDA.
All the best let me know, your feedback.

Sorry to bring back such an old post. After all this, is their any way to install custom firmware with CWM such as Wanamlite or Cyanmod? Searched and can't find answer. People say CWM will modify the bootloader if you use any custom rom.
Thanks

Not satisfied with CM 12 how to back to stock but keep root

Hi!
I sincerely didn't thought that there would be an official 5.1.1 rom. So there it is. In the meanwhile I switched to CM but the performance and specially of the camera is not to live with.
I officially unlocked the bootloader and installed twrp.
How can I install the stock rom 14.6.A.0.368 (5.1.1) and keep root. Or how can I get it back afterwards?
Thanks!!!
Flash stock fw with Flashtool, then flash this via fastboot - http://forum.xda-developers.com/son...root-init-d-support-recovery-busybox-t3202799
Once you have root and recovery, there's a couple of other nice kernels you can flash via recovery.
(Since you have recovery already, you could just flash a prf, but it seems like some people have trouble with them. I haven't tried myself)
by Flashtool you mean the companion app?
No, this - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=920746
http://www.flashtool.net/downloads.php ??
That's it. Download the tool, install, find the drivers exe file in the 'drivers' folder, (in Flashtool app folder that is created on install), and install drivers. Then you need an 'ftf' firmware file, which you can find plenty of in this forum. I can link you one if you want. Download the ftf, put it in 'firmware' folder, open Flashtool, and flash in flash mode.
I'm gonna try this, since it seems to be just one flash action:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/son...ock-14-6-0-368-customized-lollipop-5-t3200948
thanks for your help!! I found this rom, gonna try it first:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/sony-xperia-z1-compact/general/stock-14-6-0-368-customized-lollipop-5-t3200948
OK. That's one of the prf I wrote about. Theoretically it should be fine, but I've read about some problems people have had. It definitely won't hurt to try...

help with stock firmware

Sooo, my backup is gone :crying:
I've tried restoring the stock firmware with flashtool, but i just cant seem to get it working :/
I go into the flashtool and select the firmware but nothing happends (i am in fastboot)
- Is there a stock firmware that is flashable in TWRP?
1. you need to see proper flashing tutorial,
2. once you download stockrom via XPERIFIRM (last button (right) on FLASHTOOL )
3. create ftf file (automatically)
4. now select firmware and when flashtool prompt, connect device in FLASHMODE (not fastboot mode)
it will flash
make sure you have the LATEST version of flashtool and all the drivers are installed

1. usually autodownloads via Xperifirm goes at C:\Users\<user>\.flashTool\firmwares, however if this is not the problem and you have
2. two firmware (android 6 & 7) both are at C:\Users\<user>\.flashTool\firmwares and you are able to see only 6 this could mean
(a) the firmware of 7 is not complied properly
(b) downloading firmware again from zero, may help
3. reinstalling flashtool also helps
4. make sure you are on latest flashtool and xjar files are replaced

- the only thing i can see when i point the flashtool at the firmwares folder is "Sony Xperia z5 premium" and none of the firmwares it's supposed to show me
i cant seem to be able to attach an image so i hope this dropbox link to the image will do
- this is the only thing i see with the new version

Help with XperiFirm and Flashtool

Hello,
I am new to Sony. I did own a Huawei P10 Lite, and installed GSI Roms succesfully.
Now i did unlock the bootloader of my XA2 and i want to try a little bit with Flashtool.
I did download the latest Firmware via XperiFirm, and i want to make a .ftf file.
Flashtool asks me if i want to use FSC Script when i want to make .ftf file, i don't know if i should click on Yes or No. Maybe someone can help me.
2nd thing i want to know is how to flash a firmware with flashtool. I only found tutorials for an older version of flashtool.
Is it possible to update the firmware to newest version with flashtool, if i don't tick the wipe boxes?
Can i tick all the wipe boxes if i want to clean flash?
A guide for the newest flashtool version would be good, maybe somone takes the time and helps me.
You can also pm me on Telegram: @Schrittii
Thanks.

HI, 1st: you must click yes to use FSC script, as is how is installed the files that content the ftf archive... 2nd... You could downgrade and upgrade your firmware without problems with flashtool... Don't touch anything, just flash with the default options

new user, can't attach imgs yet.
Got this phone to fix. Flashed latest firmware but no luck after a few different tries... Only this time it starts booting up with the animation and after a few seconds goes back to fastboot.
If anyone can help I'm thankful.

You need to flash your proper firmware. Which model are you? (xt1952-?) I also need to know your carrier and country. I'll link the right firmware for you.
it's the xt1952-2, I flashed the latest firmware available for it from lolinet.
it's from brazil and has no carrier.

The firmware on the lolinet seems to be the latest.
How did you try to flash the firmware? As long as the bootloader is locked the most devices only accept to flash the complete firmware images. They should be flashed in the same order as listed in flashfile.xml inside the zip.

I don't know much about how to use ADB, I got it from a stockrom, that had a tutorial on how to fix failed startups.
https://drive.google
.com/file/d/1G8AeMUfFbAroan5S1mpojyMYpUvKsR1N/view?usp=drivesdk
I just threw these files onto the firmware's files' folder.
How do I flash It in the correct order?
1. install ADB/Fastboot tools
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317790
2. boot into bootloader (when power off, hold Vol- and power) and connect the device to your PC
3. A short introduction to ADB/fastboot:
While in bootloader menu you can only use the command "fastboot + <options>" to communicate with the device. Type
Code:
fastboot help
to show the options for this tool.
First of all extract the whole firmware zip into the ADB/fastboot folder on your PC. Copy also the attachment into this folder.
In this file you'll find all the flash commands you need to flash the new firmware. I extracted them from your current firmware .zip for the build no. QPYS30.52-22-2.
Run it as a batch script on your Windows cmd line by typing
Code:
bat flashfile.txt
. The other option would be to run all the commands manually.
As you can see in the script the "HLOS issue" affects your modem partition. At least you need to flash the NON-HLOS.bin to it. But I guess it wouldn't be possible to flash only this single partition while your bootloader is locked.
That's all. Good luck!!

You're RETBR if you have no carrier branding. This firmware should work for you.
