on/off button feels a little less stable and solid than volume buttons on my f3..
Okay, thx.
And the click?
Does it have the same click feedback or without a click?
For me the Power-Button is very tactile, pronounced and audible, but also pleasing, like.. CLICK yes hello you clicked me!
Meanwhile my Volume-Buttons are more gentle and more quiet
Both the Volume-Buttons & the Power-Button are stable and don't jiggle, they are rocksolid in place and don't move.
Poco F3 bought in EU, manufactured in ~March 2021, iirc
Thank you for your feedback.
I think my power button is okay.
I am not satisfied with the power button but that's okay.
Sorry to use this topic to do another question...
But anyone know if its possible to "block" volume buttons while phone is blocked?
I have a lot of accidental touches on volume + button while my phone is in pocket....
Okay it should be possible to find these settings in MIUI bit I am not hundert percent sure.
What does the volume+ button do when you hit it ,while the phone is in sleeping mode?

Pretty much how it is. The volume is a rocker switch so it has a little more give. The power switch is just a single switch. It'll probably loosen up a bit over time though.
Let's think this way -
Volumen button does nothing when the screen is off.
But power button is everything. If it's pressed accidently in your pocket or bag, you may find out your phone's battery is almost empty after a while when you pulled it out from you pocket.
So, I believe it's designed like that to prevent any unexpected action.
Hi all,
I just moved from the iPhone and getting my feet wet with Abdroid. Love it so far. The iPhone had a mute switch. Is there and easy switch off for volume without having to lover the volume manually or go into setup up and switch to just vibrate? I have read the manual but can't find anything on muting.
Thanks
There isn't no, but you have a profile widget you can add to your homescreen to change

from the lockscreen just push and hold the volume down button until the volume indicator shows the speaker with a cross next to it. from here you can also go to vibrate mode, just push volume down once more (when on silent)
you can tap the vol down button once a and then press the icon on the left of the slider and it will rotate throught mute vib and loud.

Greetings:
is "Volume Wake" possible on G Note 2?
if it is, can someone explain how?
Thank you.
You have home button and power button to turn the phone on. Does volume wake still necessary??

I actually like being able to wake the phone with volume buttons as well.
I tend to keep my phones for a long while! so I look ahead and plus both
Power & Home buttons are pretty over used, I guess it won't hurt if there is another option, IMHO.
Hi there,
i have a question belonging to the power button. It doesn´t give really got feedback for me. I don´t really "feel" when it is really pressed, because of a "klick" or just the pressure (like the volume Button). Also I think it is just fixed at one point, because it´s somehow groggy and doesn´t go even "into the phone" when pressing it. It is difficult to explain :silly:
What is your experience?
Same experience you made for me.
Luckily I could care less as long as it gets the job done.
Besides home double tap is the more comfortable way to turn it on anyway.

exactly the same.. volume buttons are fine while the power button feedback is horrible!! i was so disappointed at begin but now more or less i'm getting used to!
but i can't understand why is not as stable as the other one! On oppo forum some people has also volume buttone in the same conditions..
Hey everyone
Anyone have the same as me?
The power button is a smooth click with no auditable click. But the volume buttons have more of a auditable click...
Anyone else like this? Power button no auditable click but volume has one?
It seems like this when you push it from the small angle, especially in ihe case. If you have one, take it off and try pushing power button perpendicularly to the housing, you will see that everything is ok.
I can hear a click if I put my ear to it lol
The power button does feel wrong compared to the volume buttons, there is not much feedback on push and there is pretty much no clicking sound.
Mine does the same. Not much feedback from the button. I wish it was clicky like the volume buttons.
