Is there a way to enable call recording on Phone App by Google on OP7T? I want to switch to the goofle dialer because of OnePlus dialer has a sucky Favourites list and take two taps to call a number. I need the call recording option because i do most of my work on calls and having record is no compromise. Please if anyone can help.
Depends on your country. Just use Custom ROMs to enable that by default

Hi Rahul I am also facing same issue. Cant find call recorder please let me know if you find any.
I was never able to find an app capable of that, however if you have Google Voice integration (or at least route your call through google voice), you can record by pressing 4 after enabling it in your google voice settings. more details here:

Hello,
I would like to record all my voice calls (over the mobile network).
On my LG G2 I always used Automatic Call Recorder (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appstar.callrecorder) which worked like a charm. But with my new ZF2 I can´t record any voice calls with Automatic Call Recorder. I also tried https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nll.acr on my ZF 2 (I deactivated Automatic Call Recorder for this test to avoid any recording problems). But also with https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nll.acr I didn´t get any voice calls recorded. Due to the support list (https://bitbucket.org/copluk/acr/issues/57/phones-that-support-2-way-call-recording) the ZF 2 ist confirmed to be working with this tool.
I also saw that the ASUS Contacts app has a built in voice recording function. But also in this tool there aren´t any calls recorded!?
So my question is if you already managed to record voice calls ( 2 way call recording) on your ZF2?

I heard the in-built ZenUI Caller app had call recording function.
Zenfone 2 have built in voice call recorder. When you receive a call or create a call there is record button. Just tap it.

But it does it by tapping. Does anybody know how to make automatic recording during talking? (My version is ZE601KL Laser)

Try this:
Go to Setting --> Call Settings --> Auto call recording --> Auto call recording.
I use the hangouts dialer to make calls on my tablet. However, the basic phone functionality of being able to, for example, find a number through a google search, and call it by tapping on it, does not exist. Is there some way to let this work on my N7 the same as it would on a phone?
Another are i'd like to be able to tap to call is from the contacts app. It simply doesn't do anything when you tap the contact's phone number, as it normally does (make the call) when tapped on a phone.
Any root or non-root solution would work for me! Thanks.
I have always owned the Google line of phones. Until my recent purchase of the s20 ultra. Is it possible to get Google's Call Screening to work on this device? And if so how?
Get a Google Voice number and activate call screening. Alternatively you can redirect all your calls to the GV number and use your actual number for outgoing calls. Same experience, zero friction.

That can work, but I don't want or need for all my calls to be redirected. I just want Call Screening from the Dialer. I used it all the time on my P3. I read Google was rolling it out to a few devices other than theirs. I just wondered if Rooting the phone would allow and app with the screening to work. I'll have to talk to my brother who works for Google and see if there is any other possibilities. Its gonna take awhile to get used to a Galaxy over stock android though.
I have tried many many apps, with all the permissions. The phone only records blank audios.
My phone is not rooted, and there isn't the native config to auto-record in the native phone App.
Is there any solution for this? In my country it's legal to record calls.
Thank you Very much!

If you are in a supported country, you may install google voice from Play store.
There you can enable recording of incoming calls by typing "4" after receiving the phone call into your dialer.
Unfortunately this app is not yet available in my country (Germany)
