Ram 3gb
Dual Sim
Android version : 5.1
Here I purchased a refurbashied phone
But now Its not updating to android 6.
I am facing error : software instllation failed.
I tried to use fast boot but I dont know How to do there is no other software or tutorial for fastboit mode.
Main Problem is that This phone is Dual Sim phone
So I understand that wrong rom is installed I am not able to do local update. Here Its detecting only Sim 1.
I need to install Dual sim rom any one help. It may be android 5/6

And then there comes my doubt, you can change the firmware of a Moto Z2 force of AT&T by one that is free? Of the same version? XT1789-04 Because I found a page where there are firmaware ready to download the same version, with Android 7.1 and 8, but I'm afraid to buy the phone that I get to try to perform some procedure with any of these Firmware and then I left with a cute p ISA $400.00-dollar papers.:crying::crying:

Dear fellows.I have got this Z2 force imported.I am living in Dubai.The regulatory labels show as Moto XT1789-03 which is sprint version but it came loaded with AT&T apps.It's a dual sim.I am using the double sim in it.Its important to me.The software variant shows as AT&T and software channel as Sprint.I don't have any official sim.Just locally Dubai ones.I am still on June security patch, please help me what to do.Thanks
Update The bootloader is unlocked.if it helps in anyway.
I am from Brazil and I have an LG G8s (LMG810EAW) it has the ROM linked to an operator (Claro / CLR). I read that it is not possible to change the ROM because it has a type of lock on the phone. Can you tell me if this is true? And even if you have this block, wouldn't you be able to exchange it for the official (clean) ROM without the link with the operator?
