Hello, does anybody have stock LGTaskManager.apk working on marshmallow 6.0?
I really like simplicity and how it works and i wanted it on 6.0.
Tried to install version from kitkat, but it's not working. Somwhere i found ported version for lolipop, but its not working either

I installed from lollipop and works, but somtimes causes FC app stop. After a reboot works ok , but after a while I get an error when I click to clear the RAM.

I did not install but copied app to /system/app folder with 6-4-4 permissions ans works. Of course, you have to have rooted phone.
Ok. I checked this, you can instal as normal app. It works , but like i said: widget somtime causes fc when cliking clear RAM

Not working for me, installed well, but when I try to end app, every time task manager will crash and stop. Maybe it's caused by my v30A rom, rooted ofc.
Will try to update to v30B today and check again

Yes. The same on my 30b. I don't use stop app option, only clear all recent apps.
There are a lot of apks and zips which aren't working on Moto Z. This one IS working.
Just flash it with TWRP and set as default phone app.

I've tried installing all the versions from apkmirror, they all fail to install. (for me at least)

Just tried... If you simply extract the two apk from the zip you can install them with no issues at all... (I prefer it from flashing...)
The Contact apk is the same as you can find on Play Store, while the Telephone apk is a (lot) newer version than that available on Play Store... Thanx a lot! :highfive:
EDIT: wrong! No problem with contacts, it can be downloaded and installed from Play Store too... BUT Telephone refused to install on Z while installed fine on another MM I use... I'll investigate more on this issue...

Ok, it's possible to install single apks BUT it's needed to install jar & permissions file (& reboot before...) so, for newbies is probably better to simple flash the zip (that is ok, I've cheched...)
Main difference is that flashing after the apps can't simply be uninstalled but become part of the system since they are put in priv-apps... (ok, they can be freezer or removed by a root file manager anyway...)
I'm using it anyway... small differencies for contacts, a lot more (and interesting...!) for dialer...

Yep the dialer refused to install Everytime and the new dialer is dope.
And the zip works fine to avoid all the hustle for newbies like me

There's a modded apk here, somewhere, but the problem becomes the caller id functions don't work as it needs to be signed by Google to use the correct APIs. So unless Google messes up like they did with 2.05_rc4 we'll never have an "simple apk" version.

I saw. Already installed as I said... They need the .jar and .xml of permissions ...
Anyway, the dialer is a *major* upgrade, not only a "cosmetic" one... It is a newer version than the one released with Aosp Nougat 7.1 and beneath there are some newer versions too, it is the newer one working on MM too (the others need at least v. 7.0 to work...)

Nope, it doesn't work with stock android nougat on my moto z xt1650-03, retailmx. After the restart the phone wasn't able to open, not a single app was able to recover my phone app; so I applied my TWRP backup and tried again, same result. So I decided to make it work because I didn't want to delete everything again so, this is what I did:
Make sure to flash the zip, and if you can use your phone anymore, don't panic like me...
1. Erase the app via Titanium Backup pro
2. Restart the phone
3. Go to the file explorer, find the zip of the nougatdialer and extract the dialer apk
4. install it like a normal app and voila!
5. grant permissions if needed.
I think the normal apk should work on nougat.

I'm suffering from this problem!!! I don't receive any notification from email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other app! Just when they are in recents, it works. I tried all fixes mentioned in this forum and doesn't work! I like official ZUI and I don't wanna change it. I tried MIUI and notifications were working good.
Please help!!!!!

This problem exists in every Chinese zui. We have two solutions for this problem. 1st is convert those apps into system apps. 2nd is lock those apps in memory via security centre.

Yes I have. I even get that pop up thing to grant root.
I have not been able to figure out how to install good lock ui. Neither the main app nor any of the plugins get installed.

No, no modules are getting installed and its not a problem of region good lock is available in India. I have installed one hand operation+ and nice catch theough galaxy apps.

Good lock app is not installing and neither the modules except for one handed operation+ and nice catch
I got a confirmation from the samsung error reporting page that good lock is not supported on the device

There is a way to install good lock modules on m Series. Those modules can be installed but not working properly. Some modules get Crash and some like task changer can open successfully but can't be enabled.
How i do install Good lock modules on m series device.
First Download Apk Editor from apkMirror(Dont download it from google play)
After install Apk Editor and open it and select (lets say.....) task changer.apk
and then just rebuild the app. (This can be found on Storage/Apk Editor folder).
then install it. then install nice lock to see those installed plugins.
You can try that method and I tried but it not working. Task changer not crash but it cant be enabled. I think its some kind of permission error. those permissions cant be enabled. So some of XDA Developer is made that work please let me know also.
I also noticed All Samsung M series Devices has Samsung One UI Core and Others has Samsung One UI Version. Those are different platforms. No Knox, No Secure Folder, No Bixby, No Goodlock aps.

Using lucky patcher, rebuild the apk with "resign with test signture" option. By this, you can install almost any apk but make sure the app is not already installed as system app (in that case, it won't install). Samsung Daily beta, App booster, Clock face, Dictionary app working by this method.
For app booster: use quick shortcut maker from play store or install galaxy labs apk using same resigning method).

No seperate versions. Since most of the 9 and 9 pro series guys are rooted, they be using the oxygen updater app. The default updater keeps running in bg and hence, has been removed.

If someone wants services like OnePlus account or red cable club, go to apk mirror and install it from there.
Do not forget to flash Overlay mount fix from magisk repository else, u might end soft-rebooting your device.

I flashed overlay mount fix first like he said then rebooted and flashed the debloater and it's working on my 9 Pro fine
Can you make a version that doesn't remove the Sim Tool Kit?

Edit the install.sh, and zip it with 7zip.
Probably a silly question -- but does this debloater remove apps that are feeding Telemetry constantly to One plus? That probably saves battery.

Basically devices will connect to the phone but are unable to access the internet.
I tested it after disabling the module and reflashing the stock img and it was working but it stops after I install the module. Any idea what service to exclude or what to do?

That's very interesting. Which debloat version are you on? The one in OP is v7 but I'm on v8 from his Telegram.
It works when the module is off but once I turn it on it stops which makes me think it's module related rather than phone related.

You were right. It works fine on v7. V8 is the problem.
