Pixel Experience (Treble)

We finally have PE treble thanks tobthe devs.
My main concern is regarding the stock kernel with new treble update. All i want to know is the best setup for the new PE rom. I am on non treble version and here i am using PE+heliox+boostv7+ubercool and the performance is unbeatable.
So i was thinking what will be the best setup for the latest treble update..?
I've tried treble kernels but kronic is still best. Wait for next update, i hope many problems would get fixed.

First flash -Factory to vendor zip
Then flash treble twrp
And finally flash the rom.
Shouldn't this question be asked in the PE thread it self?
Anyways, just for information, I too have this same question. Myself a big fan of the old PE, indeed it has given me the best performance so far.
Presently waiting on AiCP 13.1 and I am following the PE thread to note down who is suggesting what and known good setups.
I guess reading the thread is better idea rather expecting everyone to contribute in a seperate section. Many may not simply come to see this thread or take the extra hassle to pen down twice !!

No one is sharing the best setup. Everyone is asking about their problems in the thread. So i made a different thread itself.

I wonder if that means no one has found a satisfactory setup yet.
At least I concluded that and stayed on AiCP for the time being till all the answers about these common questions and solutions for those problems are found.

I don't have this device myself but, you may want to bookmark the following Official LineageOS thread that's specific to your device for Support and Guidance.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3817814
On another note, I did locate the following thread post from a member who mentions this specific issue and notes the use of another version of the Official TWRP for a possible resolution (this is just a suggestion).

If you would like, you can always inquire about this issue possibly being tied to the TWRP version on the following Official TWRP thread for your device as well.

There's always the following Q&A style thread that's specific to your device as well.

Just choose any ROM from here that does not come with Gapps and flash it yourself. I personally use CrDroid and flash microG with Nanodroid in Magisk. No issues so far. Updates work fine.
That would mean basically all that are posted here, except maybe the links to stock and miui eu roms-
Thanks for the answer. I thought there might be more to it. Will try it.

Also make sure the ROM has signature spoofing enabled. Or you have to chage it yourself.
Apart from that, when setting up MicroG you might need to enter a command via a terminal to manually grant it signsture spoofing permission.
Have tried Havoc 3.5 and it worked fine.
I am on the latest Xiaomi.eu ROM. Has anyone got MicroG to work with it?
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3865580: is this guide valid for RN8?
I'm asking because I have read a lot of contradictory information (e.g., see https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=83169141&postcount=8132). Also, I have run the patcher in recovery and it failed.

Question [CLOSED] Need advice on what custom rom to flash on my poco f3

which rom do you guys recommend to flash on my poco f3? I just saw that arrowos's thread(https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/rom-11-0-0-alioth-aliothin-arrowos-11-0-official-closed.4279481/) was closed. does that mean no more update? how stable is it?
what i look for in a custom rom
what will i lose on my official miui rom?
No no, it's just the Android 11 version of ArrowOS. That's done already. We are on Android 12 now.
And yeah ArrowOS is a really nice Vanilla Android ROM, it's very stable and also gets updates frequently. I also like Evolution X. It's like ArrowOS, also gets frequent updates, but also has a Custom Kernel and additional settings added.
If you want a Pixel ROM with Monet Colour Settings and adaptive icons and other additional settings (that are only found on Pixel), Pixel Experience Plus may be good. Although I don't remember how my experience was with that exactly.
What you'll lose, compared to MIUI? Well, MIUI Camera (you'll use Gcam instead) and MIUI's amazing Dolby Atmos, and MEMC (The Video Smoothing Feature), and MIUI's Theming (Font-Selection in particular, which is great)
Closeing 3 2 1 and use the search feature you will see your question was asked 5776535 times
