When my note 20 broke this winter I bought the pixel 6 to hold me over until the s22 ultra came out. One of the only features I liked about the phone was the ability to set snooze times for alarms on your lock screen when the alarm goes off. I downloaded the Google clock app for my ultra, but this function doesn't happen. Any idea how I could make that happen? Google search has not been kind to me regarding this

I don't know what is happening but during the day, i can double tap or use power button to wake screen and use biometric inputs to unlock.
But when its left overnight i have to swipe up and enter pin, never used to happen on the S10 Plus.
Theres no schedule reboot ect on so this should not happen?
S20 Ultra 5G.
Anyone have ideas?
I'd say your handset is auto restarting. Maybe check to see if you have enabled a scheduled "Auto Restart"
I checked all that, theres no auto or scheduled restarts.
Just set to lock after 5 seconds of inactivity, but that isn't the issue as i can leave it for a few hours in the day and it doesn't ask for the pin.
it's normal for faceunlock you have to enter pin every 24 hrs or so and for fingerprint every 72 hrs i believe... somewhere in biometric settings there is text that explains this. yeah it's a normal security feature.

S20+ here (upgraded from S10+), I have this issue too, wasn't there on S10+. Kinda annoying. You can keep your screen on while charging in developer options, but I like the AOD because it shows the time on my nightstand.
you have to pin/pattern every 4 hours if you dont use the phone. i'm honestly regretting buying such rubbish flagship phone that force "feature" down your throat. the fp cant scan for **** too.

Yeah kind of sucks, with the mate 20 pro, i had lift to wake and face unlock, it would literally instantly unlock if i picked up the phone and held infront of my face in total darkness. The s10 and s20 cant do that. If i set lift to wake there has to be some background lighting for one and the other half it asks for the pin anyway. Frustrating.
Bought a GW3 for my wife and got an Active 1st generation as a bonus, i dont use watches, just a xiaomi in bedtime as an a vibration alarm to not wake my wife. Tried the alarm on the active but it just gives one short vibration at a time, can I configured it to keep vibrating, or is there an alarm app no tizen that allow me to do so? I tried searching on Galaxy Store but could find one
My Axon 30 5G purchased here in the US does not have the double tap to wake screen feature, which is the feature I always look for when getting a new device. I dug deep into all settings since I got it the day it was released. I was hoping an update would put the feature on, but so far there is none and double tap to wake feature is still missing. My friend has the ULTRA variant and it has double tap to wake function right there on the settings screen.
Has anyone else have the double tap to wake screen feature on their Axon 30 5G or is it just mine missing it?
Please help me get the feature on. I'm just at a loss why Axon could have missed it on the Axon 30 5G when the feature is available and active on my friend's Axon 30 ULTRA. Is the omission deliberate on the part of Axon or the feature is just hidden deep in the OS.
Thank you for any help.

It's in Settings - Features - Gesture & motion
Thank you for your response with the screenshot of Gesture & motion setting. Yes, I do have that same screen option on my Axon 30 5G, but the topmost "Double tap screen to wake" option is missing on my phone.
Your screenshot of that same setting is also verified present on my friend's Axon 30 ULTRA.
So now, I'm just wondering why it is available on your Axon 30 5G and also present on my friend's Axon 30 ULTRA but selectively missing on my Axon 30 5G.
I hope I find an answer to this mystery. Thank you for your reply though.

Interestingly, mine does not show the Hardware Version. Yours is US and mine EEA. I guess that's probably why you can't find it. Send them an email maybe they respond. https://zteusa.com/pages/support
So strange, I don't get it why only my device model not having this feature. Anyone in the US reading these? Can you verify if your Axon 30 5G in the US also does not have the double tap to wake screen feature? Thank you.

Mine is also missing the feature which I miss a lot. I haven't had a phone that didn't have that feature in I don't even know how long. I'm also unable to unlock the bootloader which is a huge pain. I'm fine on stock but there are so many possibilities rooting unlocks that I'd love to give a shot in this phone.
Sorry for this very belated update. Around December 2021 ZTE Tech Support replied to my emails, saying their team was indeed looking at the missing DOUBLE TAP TO WAKE screen feature that I brought to their attention, further saying that the feature will be implemented in the next software update. A couple months later the new software update came to my device, and sure enough the new feature of DOUBLE TAP TO WAKE SCREEN was already there.
Hello,
Is there any way to turn off or snooze the alarm of the cell phone from the clock gt2pro. I had that option when I used Huawei p20 pro but now that i have samsung galaxy s21 + i don't have that option
On Huawei P20 pro i had this:
When alarm on phone goes on then on the watch you had two options. Stop alarm or snooze alarm. It was very useful thing.
Thx
I have same problem with pixel 6.
The clock app from Huawei phones can send notification on Huawei watch. It can be selected from Health App. On Health App installed on other phone brands can not be selected the clock app to send notifications to watch.
Like the threadname says....
I now have a Bixby Routines set to turn off bixby right away when it is opened.
Cheers,
Martin
Double-tap of the power/fingerprint key opens the camera, a chosen app, or does nothing depending on your settings. Holding the power key can open Bixby or open the power on/off/reboot screen, whichever you choose.
Nope that is not what I mean... When I double tap the back of my Z fold it opens Bixby.... Really annoying ..
Just tried it, can't make Bixby turn on. I believe I also have it disabled, it's garbage anyway.
Try this site, you can diable Bixby or parts of it.

The back of it? Like where the cameras are? That's really odd.

Bixby Routines are super helpful, though. I have one set to make the front screen not rotate to landscape, change settings when I connect to my car stereo (like turn WiFi tethering on and read my notifications out loud) and back off after, etc.
