Hello,
I have a hard bricked Moto X30 which is not detected by the PC. Mishap happened while flashing Global rom onto the Chinese version. I tried the EDL Hardware button combinations but they don't work.
I wanted to know if someone has identified the test points for EDL on the board that I can use to get into edl mode.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Doesn't boot into fastboot. It's bricked. That's why I needed EDL points to revive it

Does not recognize any ports on the computer?
Try to short the metal mask and every exposed metal contact

i figures it out. formatted everything but my sdcard and flashed the stock firmware in download mode. it was a pain though as the instructions arent quiye rigjt and i had to go to sites other than xda to piece it all together.

Yesterday I bricked my phone as well. I just followed this method to unbricked my phone. It works~

My phone stopped at ATT's boot logo(soft brick), but it was allowed me to boot into the download mode.
i bought redmi note 5 two month ago , yesterday i was watching youtube and a freeze happened so i rebooted than it was stacked on boot , i hard reset it and try wiped all data but the process stacked on 99.9% than i rebooted again and nothing happened , no boot no fastboot , it was dead and show qualcomm ........! on device manager . please help
Flash using boot points. You have to open the phone. This is the last resort.

You must open the phone to use those pins. Just google how to enter edl mode unbrick.. etc. There are guides everywhere, you can even find guides on youtube, it's not very hard to search.

It belongs to a friend of mine. I don't know what he did to it. he claims he tried to update it. Device was rooted but it shouldn't have bricked. Usually OTA update throws up an error and reboots while rooted. However in this case, it is stuck in edl with black screen. Needs QFIL file for this.
I am also in the same problem I put my EDL device but I know what I did type of my device red magic 5g global version Regarding red magic play 5g and I installed it on my device and the device became in the event of EDL and does not respond to all attempts, so what should I do and I am currently searching for unbrick red magic 5g and need it if it is available with you or another solution if it gets us out of EDL mode
There's no way out of edl mode, without an unbrick tool.

Hi, Same issue, no fix yet, waiting for Bricktool.
From what i have heard, nubia will be waiting a long time before releasing the tool. Anyone who is bricked, is out of luck for a long time.
is there any improvement?

Hello, I have the unbrick tool for RedMagic 5G and RedMagic 5G lite. You can repair your phone in edl mode. I am going to post it on the XDA forum, please follow me.

I was on root mode when i upgraded my redmagic 5g the screen went black doesnt turn on when i conect it to pc it make sound but ADB FASTBOOT doesnt recognize it please help

You bricked, just booting to edl??? You sure, your not just stuck in edl? Press power and vol down for a while, until it reboots.
My phone was rooted and then I updated it by mistake. Now the phone connects but no fastboot

this pop is very terrible person , i know it will not be possible to port but still if anyone will be able to do this guy will not be paying you a single penny i know him personlly.
Well I did it, I killed my tablet installing windows. The brick started when I partitioned the device twice by mistake.
It is on a loop till the battery dies, can't access fastboot and can only get into recovery.
I've got an edl cable but still the pc does not recognises the device.
Anyone here has had this same issue?

Bro don't open you haave to change motherboard and never try that **** windows again I did the same I installed and booted up onto windows successfully but i unknowingly reset my windows and resetting it also removed fastboot and recovery and I tried everything but nothing work even edl didn't work so I have to change motherboard luckily my device was in warranty so it didn't cost me even a penny so bro you may try edl but i don't think it's gonna work

DONT DARE TO GIVE IT TO THE SERVICE CENTRE THEY WILL DESTROY THE MOTHERBOARD JUST OPEN IN A CAREFUL MANNER AND DO EDL FLASHING THEY DESTROYED MY MOTHERBOARD AND SAID THAT MOTHERBOARD IS DEAD AND I HAD TO REPLACE MY MOTHERBOARD
Fixed it with hydra cable and someone with an autorizhed account

If your tab is going into recovery you should try Xiaomi Flash Tool i think they have a sideload or something.
Prior bricking the pad, your EDL cable worked? If so then your only option will be to open the device and search for EDL pads, or ask a Xiaomi authorized service to fix your PAD, this way you will not lose the waranty, if any.
