I watched tutorials on YouTube for Galaxy watch 2, 3, 4 but i did no find a tutorial for Galaxy watch active.
I think that is possible because unknow sources are avalaible.

You cannot install apk files on the Galaxy watch active. It runs Tizen OS and not Android WearOS.
