[ROM][6.0.1][UNOFFICIAL] CyanogenMod 13 for Le1S

​CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

Important Notice!​Root is now disabled by default on CyanogenMod 13. To enable it go to Settings>Developer Options>Root access and set to Apps only or Apps and ADB.

Installation Instructions​
1. TWRP 3.0.3 should be installed.
2. Fingerprint data backup form stock rom should be made via TWRP ( refer video tutorial attached in the end of the post.)
3. Reboot to recovery ( TWRP)
4. Wipe>Advanced wipe and select Data, Cache, System and Dalvik Cache and swipe to wipe.
5. Flash cm-13.0-20161203-UNOFFICIAL-X500.zip
6. Flash GApps.( ARM64, android 6, any package)
7. Restore the fingerprint data.
8. Wipe Caches.
9. Reboot.
Tip: Don't forget to calibrate your battery using Battery Calibration ROOT app from play store every time you flash a new ROM.

Is this built from source specifically for the Le 1S or is it just another modified pre-built ROM originally built for another device?
Also, a ROM built on the 3rd of December is pretty old, I'll have to look on some other sites to see if this is something that was announced elsewhere ages ago and not worth getting enthused about.

Unable to flash this in my le 1s x507 5.8.19s . I tried twrp 2.8.7 and 3.0.3 both everytime show error "system have non-content after ota update".

Hmm, with the ROM in the quoted link, under Bluetooth the default device name showed as "Redmi Note 2" which suggests to me that this isn't built from source for this device but is a modified ROM built for the Redmi Note 2 which is rather disappointing. I would like to think that the LineageOS 14.1 ROM is truly being built from source for the 1S but I don't believe it for a moment.
At least this ROM image isn't full of Chinese garbage.

Jamflux, Pocarropa, and MrRaines (MrTomatico on en.miui), creators of Épic ROM, we are glad to present Épic ROM for Xiaomi Mi MIX, who was born thanks to the hard work of these guys. Epic ROM is a Custom ROM based on MIUI, but with some mods and improvements that you can see below on features chapter.

How to install first time
* First of all, make a complete backup of all your photos and internal data in the computer, since the first installation requires to eliminate ALL the sdcard content, given the encryption of Android Nougat and later; the one that warns you is not a traitor, you are going to lose all the data (just as it happens if you install other ROMS). This is due to (in turn) that if we have not formatted the sdcard, it will not boot for security protection data of the cited encryption,
* With TWRP Recovery (read tutorials on how to install it) we will make another backup, but this time System, Data, Cache, Boot, and especially the EFS (important).
* Download the ZIP flasheable and pass it to the internal memory of the phone (no matter if we have already formatted it or not).
* Restart on TWRP recovery
* Make Wipes: System, Data, Dalvik, Cache.
* Install from Recovery the EpicROM ZIP flasheable and wait for it to appear okay (If you get error 7 the TWRP in the step of "formating system / extracting system", restart in recovery immediately, and reinstall it, this is due that in Nougat you must re-generate the system partition for encryption topics, so it will install you, it should work like the rest of us )
* We reboot in fastboot mode once the rom has been installed correctly. To do this, we can do it from TWRP in REBOOT / Fastboot or by holding down the power button and the volume down button until FASTBOOT and Mitu appear by soldering an Android robot. In this step, we connect the mobile to the computer, and in the same folder that can be downloaded from en.miui.com/unlock (to unblock the bootloader) click inside that folder in a blank space in the right mouse click while holding the SHIFT key on the keyboard; a window will appear and the "open command window" option should appear. We tapped on that window. When it opens, if you open powershell (blue screen) from windows 10, type cmd and press enter. If you open the classic cmd of all life (BLACK SCREEN) we are already where we want.
* Type in the cmd (be powershell or cmd) fastboot format userdata and press enter. There will be formatted all our mobile, and restarting it will work everything.
* Restart normally and configure. Remember that the first start takes a little longer, from there, it will always light fast. In the following versions, it will NOT BE MISSING to do all this, just install without wipes and to run. I already adapt it so that I clean what I have to clean with each update EXCEPT that I expressly say something else in that UPDATE.
* Enjoy (and re-pass all data previously backed up to the internal memory).

You can also download update manually from en.miui forum or htcmania spanish forum
Install update from Epic OTA or from TWRP Recovery manually
You don't need to wipe anything if we don't say it on update! If you have to do some special, we will let you know

so for 5 days i have spend 3 to 4 hours per day trying to figure out how to have mi unlock recognize my mi mix 2 and nothing i am done! i need to unlock the bootloder never had a problem with all previous mi phones and i had them all please help [email protected] please reply with subject line mi mix 2 help thank you
hope to hear from you soon other wise this phone is worthless to me and will sell for $400 ( its the 128gig version) ofcorse its brand new as i cant frekin get it going lol
im getting much older now and i guess i cant retain much instructions as i no longer have the focus needed. please help by remoting in to my computer or ? i will pay more if i must as i really need the lte networks for fast data all other phones i have work only 3g in my area i can offer my mi note 2 for you instead if you like i understand this is off topic i don't know who else to turn to believe me i have tried and now i give up.

Only problem I have found so far is with my usb-c headphones es.
The controls on the headphones don't work.
When I had the original 7.9.22 beta global rom installed the controls on the usb-c headphones worked to change volume or change tracks.

Install vpn turbo and set it to use Shanghai you can then add your mi account to the phone in the developer options, unlock section . After that then the mi unlock app to unlock.

Please add, for the next update, a mod to expand notification, maybe by swipe, and a mod to close the folder automatically after start a app from folder and the Rom would be perfect.

[DISCONTINUED][TWRP BACKUP-ROM][10] Lightheart 1.0 Galaxy S10 [24.10.2020]

Lightheart 1.0 - Efficiency is key.​
Hi everyone. My name is Skulldron and for those of you who do recognise me, know me as the creator of Project Pixel, another one of the greatest ways to emulate the Pixel Experience, whilst keeping all the benefits of using OneUI and its stock optimized drivers as its base. Today I'm going to be introducing something, different. Over the years of working on Touchwiz based ROMs, I've learnt the description of every little apk, every little permission, what it accepts and what it rejects, its pros and its cons. As a result of this experience, I have one of the best debloat lists out there, with each item on the debloat list, being tested, literally through trial and error for over 4 years, and it goes over every file and every partition known in the OneUI OS. This exact same debloat script was used in Project Pixel, which has recieved positive review after positive review for how efficient and how lightweight OneUI became after the debloat. Today however, I present to you Lightheart OS, a new project that I will be building myself and updating monthly (as I do own an actual Galaxy S10). Lightheart, is essentially built equal to Project Pixel, except that instead of Pixelifying and adding another gigabyte worth of apks, permissions and modules, just stops after the debloating and optimization bit. I have done something similar with the Galaxy Tab S2, and it was called Performante, but it was even more stripped on features than I would have liked myself, so today I showcase Lionheart, the Lineage OS to my Cyanogenmod.
Features:
1. Heavily Debloated System Size - The overall size of the system partition has dropped from 5.2 GB to 3.2 GB, along with RAM consumption dropping from 4.2 GB on stock, to 3.1 GB on Lightheart.
2. Heavily Debloated Product Partition - All bloat has been removed/deprecated from the Product Partition dropping its size from 592 MB to 78 MB
3. Better Battery Performance due to Efficiency - With the removal of an incredible amount of bloat, along with better performance and lesser services, you should be looking at better SOTs and better standby times.
4. Better Performance due to the Cruel Custom Kernel - The Cruel Kernel Team have been kind enough to give me permission and access to their kernel, which in itself has many optimizations, along with the allowance to achieve higher system speeds and overclockabilty via Mtweaks (Needs to be installed seperately, I will provide a link)
5. Preloaded Magisk with Cruel - Cruel Kernel comes preloaded with Magisk, all you have to do is install the Magisk Manager
6. October Patch with the promise of updates every month - As I use this rom as my own daily driver, i will update it every month to keep up with optimizations by Samsung and security patches.
7. Restored some stock Google Permissions - Some stock google framework was restored, such as the default setup wizard.
8. All Essential Samsung Features have been kept - All essential OneUI features have been kept alive, for the sole purpose of necessity.
9. Completely Deknoxed - It is covered under the debloat
Changelog:

TWRP Install Instructions:​
1. Download the latest available TWRP Image from Ianmcd's thread (the current supported version is 3.4.0.3 and will be linked at the bottom of the thread)
2. Download the custom VBmeta file and install 7Zip.
3. Rename the downloaded TWRP Image as recovery.img.
4. Highlight both the vbmeta.img and recovery.img, then right click while selected, 7Zip and then add to archive.
5. Once your in the 7zip interface, choose .tar and do not change any of the configurations and build the .tar file.
6. For this next bit, you'll need to download Odin 14.4 (links will be provided)
7. Open Odin, and then connect your device via USB.
8. Select AP, and then select the newly made recovery.tar.
9. Once it is loaded, press start, and when it reboots, hold the recovery combination (Power + Volume Up + Bixby) to boot into TWRP.
You have now successfully installed the latest TWRP for your S10 and can now proceed to actual install. Remember that if you are coming from stock you will need to flash the MultiDisabler, linked at the end of the thread.
Install Instructions (THIS ROM IS NOT FLASHABLE!):
1. Download Lightheart 1.0.
2. Open the zip and extract the folder.
3. Switch off your phone, and go into twrp via the button combination.
4. Make a backup of your cache (This will make the directory to TWRP's recovery system)
5. Boot back into the OS and head to where you stored Lightheart 1.0.
6. Cut the entire Lightheart Folder and move it to TWRP/BACKUPS/Random Number/
7. Now boot back into TWRP and wipe system, data, dalvik, cache.
8. Go to the restore option, and you should see Lightheart as a restorable ROM.
9. Restore Lightheart and once your done, boot into system
And thats about it for the install process. It is a bit unconventional, but I have been unable to procure or manufacture a working installer script as of this moment, so please bear with me for now.

Hi. The plan is to slowly extend the ROM to the Galaxy s10+ and s10e, hence why the thread is in cross development

I encourage you to ensure to provide sufficient support on XDA. Please check the telegram sticky for more info. Also since this is essentially a TWRP backup I've edited your thread title to indicate this as this should be clear from the get go. Do not re-edit that again unless you're able to have the rom be flashable. Thank you and all the best of luck with your project.

Hi,
I would like to use your rom if it means longer battery life. However I have no knowledge of rooting or flashing a galaxy S10 phone. I'm not afraid of the terminal but I'm afraid of loosing access to KBC mobile or Google Pay or any other app that is financially or government involved.
Is it because you say deknoxed that it will have problems with such apps or quite the opposite ?
Another question is, Can Jodin3 be used as well? I only have access to MacOS.
Forgive my English, it's not my mother language.

Don't do anything with your phone then if you don't want to loose Google pay etc...

As long as its not G973U, it should work but I advise caution when flashing a ROM which is not the same model

So far this Rom ist great, the lack of the samsung account makes setting up some apps a bit difficult, but other than that this is awesome!

How are temperatures on this debloated rom?

[ROM][A515F/DS][OneUI 3.1 - S20 Port] Just4Fun v1

HELLo everyone...
After several weeks, months and before Android 12 released, i decided to share this ROM to this A51 community. Hopefully you guys enjoy it and don't offend me if the ROM is bad, so....let's get it ON.
Things to do before flashing:
1. Make sure you're on binary 5 (this ROM tested and using binary 5 vendor, so to avoid any broken or whatever error flash your device with latest firmware).
2. Backup your IMEI (highly recommended).
Flashing:
1. Clean flash is recommended. Flash kernel, flash J4F vendor and system.img, flash multy disabler (if necessary) then full wipe and also you can perform "typing YES" format. Reboot to recovery again, then flash as usual you guys always do (Magisk etc.).
ROM Features from S20 and Note 20 line up:
1. Samsung Dex (not full features coz need fix at kernel level).
2. Flagship live blur
3. Flagship edge lighting style
4. AirCommand (S pen)
5. LiveDrawing
6. Multy screen resolutions (HD+ - FHD+ - WQHD+)
7. 1000++ system fonts
8. Flagship sound quality and effects
9. Camera features unlocked (pro video etc.)
10. All original A51 features
11. Common tweaks here and there and so many possibility to unlock another S20 features
Bugs:
Minor glitch in pro mode video, and not really remember and deep testing everything, but hopefully still acceptable (hopefully ) but yeah..nothing's perfect, if you found one let's discuss together in A51 telegram group: https://t.me/samsunga51

Advise and Tips:
- It's normal during first boot if lags occurs, give the ROM some times to settle, finish your setup, update your apps and you good to go..
- It's better to avoid update in Galaxy store related to system app, such as MDE Service Framework, Samsung Core Services etc. It might causing conflict due to mixed up firmware. But anyway it's up to you.
- Please do not complain regarding app missing (getting debloated) and related to debloat. Because it's very hard to acomodate every person's taste. Bloatware is very Objective and absurd for each person and I know it's supposed to be using Aroma installer or any script but i don't have time that much to do that.

last time i try with old BT 4.0 earphone was fine and also BT call. will test again, on last build i've made changes and could be broke something

I remember that this is one of the features that is included in stock

No, I flashed Apr official rom with twrp before the flash swx rom, fail. And tryed May official rom too, same the first.
- Bootloader lock disable
- Used Twrp recovery
- Format data after the flashing rom
I need to use this rom so alike the official rom, pls help how I fix this

Unfortunately to enable these features it is necessary to edit system files.

Well i use a internet speed meter that runs.. its quite nice and doesn't drain your battery.
