So while the android 10 One UI 2.5 update came out for the Tab S4 for Verizon the stock android 10 gestures are not baked in. Any way of getting this enabled permanently?

Not sure what other options need to be enabled for it, I don't have AOD enabled.
Have you updated to the latest available?

Might depend on what clock faces you've chosen, just set it back to the first one maybe
tried changing the clock style, but no use.
Hi all
I've tried a couple of alternative launchers, Nova and Microsoft, and system navigation with gestures does not work in both cases.
Anyone with same issue? I'm on global 12.0.8.0
Really strange, again, because on my Poco X3 with MIUI 12 (Android 10) and Nova Launcher everything works fine...
Thanks
PS: I didn't know, but I just read that on Android 11 MIUI 12, Gestures are only available with stock launcher and it seems that Xiaomi is not going to solve it.
Very bad, also because if I try to use any side app to obtain same effect (Fluid n.g or Gestures control), every time I reboot I get the system navigation buttons again...
Hope that Xiaomi will fix it or that some launchers will find a solution.

I was able to get around this problem with an app called Fluid N.G. It works very well for me, of course after setting up autostart, unlimited battery access etc. Besides, it has a ton of extra options to apply custom gesture settings. After a reboot, just switch from buttons to gestures - not ideal solution, but better than none.
Hi, i found here two threads but both are about rooted device. I'm interested is there any chance to get it without root? Especially no buttons in bottom and screen slides instead of that ?
About the buttons, that is an Android system setting for gestures. Read more here:

We go over the Android 10 gestures that are part of the 2019 mobile operating system. One Android 10 gesture helps to launch Assistant.

I use the Lawnchair launcher. It tries to do all that the Pixel launcher does, and more. You'll want the new version 12 alpha 5, which you can get from their Telegram channel, not the old one on the Play Store.
Or install ArrowOS, which includes Lawnchair.
I'm using OnePlus 9RT 5G running Oxygen OS 11.3 and Android 11. When I was using OnePlus 5T, there was a feature that allowed making the UI in greyscale, the moment certain apps were launched, like Instagram, Youtube, etc.
But now I have to manually switch the greyscale mode instead of it happening automatically. Is that old feature discontinuted or hidden?
If it's hidden, then what's the best 3rd party app that brings back this useful feature?
