I remembered that the Magizk Lsposed module used to be created a shortcut in the app drawer, however with my P6P, it only gives the option to create a shortcut on the home screen when it was first installed. I only keep a few daily used app shortcuts on the home screen and Lsposed is notone of them. Is there anyway to have a Lsposed shortcut in the drawer as I occasionally need it to see if there is anything wrong of its setting.
This method is done to avoid detection and you can add the app if you really want it. According to the documentation the team provides this is the safest strategy to take advantage of. However it's your device and make you own choice now since you understand the consequences

Thanks for the feedback, but how to create a shortcut in the drawer? I know it gives the option to have one on the home screen but once I say no, I couldn't trace it anymore.

You need to download the separate APK and disabling the module and enabling it should bring the prompt back if you want the widget shortcut.
If you need the APK, unzip the magisk module and install the manager.apk from the archive.

Hi all,
Since it didn't seem like anybody had written Xposed modules for some features I wanted, I wrote a couple myself. These are OxygenOS-specific. If you have any other OxygenOS-specific Xposed modules you'd like to see, let me know in this thread. I'm just getting started using Xposed, so I'm learning as I go.
No Quick Pulldown: http://repo.xposed.info/module/io.gavinhungry.xposed.oneplus.noquickpulldown
This disables the "quick pulldown" (which is when you swipe down on the right side of your statusbar, it skips the notifications and takes you straight to quick settings). This module also disables "smart pulldown" (which is when you get the quick pulldown behavior only when you have no notifications). As a side-effect, it also disables "two-finger quick pulldown." Since I don't use that, I don't care, but I could rework it if needed.
Reverse Alert Slider: http://repo.xposed.info/module/io.gavinhungry.xposed.oneplus.reversealertslider
This reverses the direction of the alert slider, so now the bottom position is "No interruptions," and the top position is "All notifications." It also disables the toast notification you see when moving the slider, and it removes the status from below the volume slider, both of which I found annoying (if you want to change the alert slider to control vibratation instead, check out VibrateMode).
No Quick Settings Edit Button: http://repo.xposed.info/module/io.gavinhungry.xposed.oneplus.noqseditbutton
This one is pretty minor, but since I only need to set the ordering of my Quick Settings tiles once, I don't want to see the little edit icon every day in my statusbar. This removes the icon. If you want to reorder your Quick Settings some more, you'll need to disable this module.
Thanks for putting in work?
I cant find the download for apk?
That's what I'm looking for a long time.. Thank you!
Awesome tweak, using both modules

Awesome work bro!
I added RawGit links to the APKs in the OP, for those having trouble finding them.
Thank you so much for the no quick pulldown! It was so frustrating.
some great work, thanks for this, was thinking of a vibrate mode instead of priority for xposed, if there is a solution can you let me know?

Edit: think it would be good if you could select if you want the volume short cuts etc. Would be nice touch
Hey, I shared the link to this thread on OnePlus forums, I hope you don't mind. Just installed the reverse alert slider module, works like it's supposed to, thanks!
I miss Wanam Xposed for Galaxy. Since we don't have custom OOS roms, looking forward for OOS specific mods for OPT. Great stuff!

The biggest reason I disabled that was because I couldn't figure out how to get it stay in sync with the slider - also, I never used it and found it annoying.
Introducing that as an option relies on 2 things - me be able to figure out how to keep it in sync, and me being able to create a UI. I'm not much of an Android developer, I'm afraid. If I can do those, I may also just combine these into a single module, then keep adding options to it.
Great job.
Why don't you add all these options in one app like wanam xposed does to Samsung devices?

Great work. Finally found the exact module which I wanted for the alert slider.
Thanks dev
Um, Its been sometime since I've been part of the Rooted Club (Last Phone to be rooted and unlocked was the HTC Droid DNA). I get the "Xposed is not compatible with Android SDK version 22 or your processor architecture (Arm64-v8a)" Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks.

Not sure exactly what you are trying to achieve, but have you looked into certain "apphider" apps? they have app hider apps that install on your phone and actually need a pin you can create to access. It's almost like having another App drawer on your phone that is hidden and you can install apps into that hidden area. food for thought

Not sure why you guys dont look in the SECURITY section in the settings menu.
But my phone as a built in phone lock option, where you need the pin or pattern /fingerprint of the phone to open apps.
Also, there is a launcher option to change if you want an app drawer, or all apps on the desktop.
Hey lads, i would like to replace my bottom left Lockscreen app (assistent) with Youtube music WITHOUT the need to enter password on swiping it, like the camera on left side.
I tried
Gravitybox and macrodroid
Replacing the shortcuts is no issue but i want the app to launch on top of lockscreen without entering the password.
Anyone know how?
Then disable your password, pincode and other lockscreen security features.
Notice how, when swiping the camera from lockscreen, you can take a picture but you can not go to recent pictures?
Ever wonder why?

Jesus... Thanks for letting me know the password was able to be dissabled i guess..
You havent tried when your having a party or just enjoying music with friends and they want to find a song?
Instead of unlocking the phone completely or giving them the password you could launch the Yt music shortcut or spotify without typing the password on top of the locksreen so they still didnt have full access..
But there is a reason why you can not do that...

If you want it for parties, you can just lock an app open and do it that way?
I know this isn't what you were looking for but try quick launch. Just search for it in settings.

Yep i guess i could do it that way but im pretty sure there is a way to obtain it with Root but if it is the Lockscreen launcher you have to edit or the app itself i aint sure of.

I was not asking if there is a reason behind it.. I was trying to bypass, edit or manipulate it..
Its not the whole app drawer i need access to without password but a simple harmless music app...

MOD EDIT: READ FORUM RULES ABOUT LANGUAGE
You want to do something that you can not do due to security measures.
You can disable all those measures and then you can open apps without android asking for a pin, facial recognition, fingerprint.
But you do not want to do that...
You want to keep your security, just not for one specific app.
That app you want to be able to run just like that without any kind of fingerprint, code, pattern...
That's not possible...
Your simple harmless app gives you acces to your YouTube account... Where you can change stuff you do not want strangers to change.
But hey, mister mastermind. Go and write an YT music app with minimal controls that you can run from lockscreen so your friends can change songs and stuff. With nothing more.
Best of luck to you.

Update: This only works if you are rooted now, since the January 2022 patch.
Hi guys, I've seen several posts asking how to remove the Gesture Pill. It's easy if you're rooted, but it's also possible if you're not rooted.
Here is a step by step guide. There is also a huge amount of UI mods that can be made using the same method.
1. Download the Shizuku app from the Playstore
2. Start the Shizuku app by running the following adb command:
adb shell sh /sdcard/Android/data/moe.shizuku.privileged.api/start.sh
3. Download and install FabricateOverlay release from Github.
4. In FabricateOverlay click “Add Overlay”
5. Choose Android System
6. Click “Add”
7. Set “android:dimen/navigation_bar_height” to 1. Apply. Save. Tick.
8. Set “android:dimen/navigation_bar_frame_height” to 0. Apply. Save. Tick.
9. Enjoy!
Let me know in the thread if anything is unclear.
Thanks to @squee666 for an alternative solution that does not affect the keyboard! Try it out!

Very nice, thank you for this!
Points 8 and 9 xan you be more specific.
Damn, it's too bad that the overlay system can't change fonts. I don't even want to install custom fonts, I just want to change the system default to the new Google font instead of Roboto. Without root.
Can we enable Fluid Navigation Gestures after applying a similar tweak?

Basically you need to search "android:dimen/navigation_bar_height" by entering it in the search box. Then click on it. Then add the value in the value box and click "Apply". There are screenshots showing how it works here.

Great! It works. Thanks!
But there seems to be one down-side ... when you enable the overlay the Google keyboard does not longer show the "down" marker to make the keyboard disappear. The android:dimen/navigation_bar_frame_height (0) is causing that. See attached 2 screenshots. First one is without overlay enabled, second one has overlay enabled. Notice how the little downward pointing arrow is gone on the second one.

It might be possible to increase the bottom margin of the keyboard in system.ui. I'll check in a bit.
Edit: Actually, the handle is part of the navbar, which is the reason why it disappears when removing the navbar.

Just open the Shizuku app and press "Start" in "Start (for rooted devices)".
So on Android 10, there was an overscan feature that allowed the 3 button navigation to be hidden and replaced with 3rd party navigation apps such as Fluid Navigation Gestures. This allowed swipe up from the bottom navigation much like OnePlus and Samsung offer. My curiosity is if this mod allows third party apps the hide and utilize the navbar.

Basically you only need to give the app permission to change the settings (i.e. write to secure settings). Once the system setting is written it sticks. But if you want to change the value again you will need to go through the same process with both apps.
I know I am probably late to the party, but in developer option, there is an enabled freeform feature.
Then in the recent app drawer, tap the icon and select freeform...
This is a tip in case you didn't know. This is multitasking at a new level.
That's been around for a VERY LONG TIME.
But not very good on a phone because of the screen size and method of interaction. Its better on big screen devices with a mouse.

Try to picture the idea behind it. The objective here was to use Android as a replacement for a traditional desktop/laptop and thus follows that kind of pattern, and they were on the verge of replacing chromeos with it. Its very unfortunate that they didn't go through with it.
