1.From your phone’s dialer dial ##634#. This will launch the Diagnostics screen, which is just another dialing screen.
2.Once there, input 40*047#3
3.Now that you have entered the above-mentioned code, you will see the Confirmation flash as shown in the screenshot (taken on Omnia 7) above. Tap OK.
4.As said in the confirmation message, this will reboot your device.

Thanks for your posts after trying several methods to enable 3g data connection on my cel i found this auto sim (at that moment i have lost all hopes to get it to work other than wifi) well... i was looking for something else but decide to try and it worked better than tough!
I´m only including this reference to make it easier to someone looking for a solution to data connection not working in samgung focus on telcel mexico... This method works...

OP fixed.
ps: the boot logo preview is the same as the boot animation that is why there is no screenshot for boot logos.

Don't work for me. Flash or manual install. Can you explain your method ? (Moto G XT1032)

You need to have a custom recovery like Clockwork Mod. If you don't have one I'll give you this link: /watch?v=8JS4ZCOqeDU

hi, does it work for TWRP ?

Hi! I'm trying to use this on my Falcon with "ROM[7.1.1 Nougat][substratum][Official] VANIR for Falcon" but all I get is default white 'android' boot animation. Any ideas?

você deve usar um gerenciador de arquivos que tenha acesso a raiz do seu aparelho, depois procure pela pasta system/media la dentro é só trocar os arquivos deixando como mesmo nome do anterior.

How do I know which factory image to download for the Nexus 7?

I have a Nexus 7 , 2013 that for some reason when using the OTA updates, it stops working if rebooted (or dies from battery running out). On restart, I get the flashing orbs and it states optimizing apps and its stuck in the loop permanently.
I am able to reformat and get it working again and its fine with Android 5. Only when it updates to 6.01 does this issue begin.
As such, someone suggested I download the google factory image for 6.01 and flash it to the device, thereby bypassing OTA updates.
I found the google site with the packages but there are 9 different ones listed for the Nexus 7 2013 Wifi. It states be sure to download the correct image but how exactly do I know which one?

Ok figured it out, was able to unlock bootloader (didn't know I needed to do that first ) and load the latest factory image.
It's a very complex process for something that should be very simple. Hopefully this resolves the issue with the device or it goes into the dumpster....

Hello! Can anyone tell me how to apply this kernal? I wana use this kenal eagrly. I installed it with TWRP (made backup of my current BOOT partician incase my phone not boot, and it happened so). Then I restored my boot from backup and my phone started normally.

Install via fastboot using fastboot flash boot and one thing, if you are using the stock rom it will not work and not even on android 12 with retrofit

I just want to flash this Kernal in my current Rom without losing my data (Havoc OS v4.19), which in current situation seems not possible.
I tried the above mentioned method but the result was same, I rebooted again in RECOVERYMODE. which asks me to factory reset my phone, I've a running rom in my phone so I can't factory reset it. Then I restored my BOOT using TWRP backup I made for the emergency purpose.
