[Q] MMS tmobile uk

MMS not working - ive followed settings from tmbile site below (obviously they are for froyo/gingerbread and im on ICS, but menus are similar)
All settings are per the description but on recieving MMS i just get a text telling me to visit the website with password etc.
I have 2 APNs there (this is how things were after ROM install) I have ensured the one called "picture messaging" has the settings below. The top APN has a dot on the rhs of it if that matters?
TIA

How to use the MSL code to sim unlock LG tribute 2

I have been trying to unlock my LG tribute 2 phone, after multiple emails with the company (boostmobile), they finally gave me the code, which appears to be an MSL code (6 digits), the problem is, when I insert my unaccepted sim card, the phone doesn't prompt me to do anything, the screen says invalid sim, an icon with sim card with (!) in the top right corner.
After searching online, I found this code on this site: ##3424# , I dialed it in, then entered the code Boostmobile gave me, it then open a screen the turns "DIAG" mode on and off.
that's it, but the sim card is still locked.
how can I get the phone to prompt for inserting the unlock code?
and let me know if I asked my question in the right section
Have you tried ##3282# menu

This opened up a menu titled "Data", with a bunch of rows : data profile, EVDO, LTE, eHRPD, APN Settings, ItsOn, DSS, Browser, MMSC, Multimedia, Advanced.
not sure If this menu has anything to do with unlocking the the sim card. do you know more sprint codes that I can try?

You might have to unlock the bootloader to change the sprint settings

If you have root and xposed installed then download (x tether) from xposed and enable it in modules.it works flawless.

3. Go to apn settings

5. Your done

Do step 4
If you don't have either, ask your carrier for your msl or find a way to get it.

My msl is 000000 and I am not on sprint...my phone is unlocked and use CDMA internationally and I didn't have these apn settings.
I activate the EVDO by using DFS without using apn settings.
so the wifi hotspot doesn't work for me except that if there is a specific MOD to be done to SecSettings or SystemUI and works in Marshmallow for our sprint device.

Oem Unlocking Grayed Out - [Connect to the internet or ask your carrier services]

My pixel 3 xl doesn't let me turn on oem unlocking, which I need in order to unlock bootloader. It says that I need to connect to the internet or contact my carrier service provider. Is there any fix to this or any way to bypass this and enable bootloader?
Most likely it is a verizon phone. Open chrome, see the URL in google.com, it should have "verizon" in the GET parameters
