Anybody notice this? Everytime I play, it's very smooth but when any notification comes in, or call, or SMS, the game fps dips down and the game is choppy, sometimes unplayable. Do not disturb mode does not help either. Anybody have any inputs on this? Any suggestion/fix is appreciated. Thank you.
there should be a setting in game launcher to prevent anything from opening during game. I don't play games enough to know what it's called exactly but i do recall seeing something of that sort in the settings

When I play certain games or listen to Spotify the vibration function acts as some sort of wanna be subwoofer, it vibrates along with the beat. This seems like a huge battery drainer to me. Does anyone else notice this happening? The games I have noticed this most on is Monsters Ate My Condo.
Apparently this was being caused by the auto haptic feature under settings-sound. You can allow apps to use haptic or just turn it off which is what I did to resolve the issue.
I'm having a frequent problem where if I'm having a Skype video call, the conversation will end mid-call and the app will restart. It's not the end of the world, but it's definitely annoying for both me and the person on the other end. I've noticed it happens more while the tablet is charging.
It's frustrating; one of the main reasons I wanted a tablet was to have a easily portable device with a large screen for video chatting.
Has anyone else had this issue or know how I could remedy it?
Hey, not sure if anyone else has this problem.. But my watch lags up when my phone is receiving a call.. I get a notification of "incoming call" then when I try to swipe up... It lags up and I either miss the call or have to rush to my phone.
Any apps in play store to bypass this?
I have a new A5 2017. I DON'T play music on it but I PLAY A LOT OF GAMES.
It's really annoying me that when I get a message or email or something a notification pop up appears and obscures part of my game and I have to wait for it to go away before I can carry on playing.
I don't seem to be able to find how to stop this without turning off all notifications. I don't really want to do this. I will know which app a notification is from because of the sounds I have allocated to them. I don't play music so I don't mind how much noise they make. I just want to get rid of the pop up messages.
Can anyone out there help me please?
It's very simple actually7, specially on samsung phones like this one. Just install "game Launcher" app from the Galaxy Apps, enter the app and enable "Game Tools". That will enable a floating button on every game you play, where you can diassable alerts while playing, block the navigation buttons and even record your gameplay (internal sound supported).

Do not disturb mode mutes all calls and alerts on your device, unless you set them as exceptions. You can set Do not disturb mode to turn on and off automatically at scheduled times.
I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this but I am frustrated because I don't know how to fix it. When I am playing games esp Genshin Impact I noticed that when I am about to receive calls or texts or any messages whatsoever the game grinds to the lowest fps. This also happens despite do not disturb mode. Any ideas on how to fix this?
