android red triangle with exclamation mark

Hi, I install new official ROM on my Desire Z. And something is wrong. On screen is just red triangel. Phone is frozen. When i go to bootloader, nothings happend. Recovery doesnt work
Anybody help me...please.
I assume your phone is rooted. Here is what I can provide so far and hopefully help fix your situation
In order for this to work you have to have recovery working. I'm sure your phone has died by now or you have at least done a battery pull. If so try these steps
1. Make sure G2 is off and plugged in Via USB on your computer
2. Push and hold the VOLUME DOWN BUTTON while also pushing down and holding the POWER BUTTON. After a few seconds it should boot into bootloader
IF STEP NUMBER 1 DOES NO SUCCEED THEN THE NEXT STEPS WILL NOT APPLY AND SORRY THAT I HAVE NO OTHER KNOWLEDGE TO FIX
3. Using the volume rocker, select recovery and push the power button to accept
4. You should now be in recovery
5. Using the volume rocker or track pad, navigate to Wipe Data/Factory Reset, push track pad to select, track pad to accept "yes I want to want" (or something along those lines )
6. After data has been wiped navigate to Wipe Cache and do same as above
7. Navigate to storage and mounts, scroll down to mount storage and select
8. Your SD should now appear on your computer and freely view your SD card as normal.
9. Check to see if the Rom zip that you used is still on your SD card, if not. Drop on the root of your SD card. The root of your SD card is basically the location which when your SD first opens up on your computer that shows all the folders. Just drop it Anywhere
10. Back to the G2, unmount storage
11. Press back until you are back to the main Recovery page
12. Navigate to advanced and Wipe Dalvik Cache
13. Back to Main Recovery Page
14. Select Install Zip
15. Select install zip from sd card
16. Select the Rom Zip, then Yes I want To Install
17. Back to Main recovery Page
18. Reboot System
19. Smile and say, "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY"

Android 4.1 for HTC ONE X

Helly i find that's we can have Android 4.1 on we One X, but WIFI, Camera, and AUDIO don't work...
1. wipe all your apps, data and. Unlock the bootloader on your HTC One X
2. Install ClockWorkMod (CWM) recovery
3. Download and install HTC Sync software on your computer
4. Download the ROM from the official download page.
5. Copy the downloaded zip file (don’t extract it) to the SD card.
6. Also download the Flash_Boot.zip file from → here. This is required to flash the necessary kernel on the phone.
7. Extract the Flash_Boot.zip file to a convenient location on the computer.
8. Open the “jellybean_endeavoru_tgascoigne.zip” file (downloaded in step 5) on the computer and extract the boot.img file from inside it. Then, copy the boot.img file to the folder where you extracted the Flash_Boot.img file in step 8.
9. Switch off the phone. Boot into the bootloader mode first by holding the Volume Down button while powering on the phone. Then, select FASTBOOT from there using the volume buttons to navigate and power button to select to enter fastboot mode. Then connect your phone to the computer.
10. Go to the folder where you extracted the .zip file in step 8. Double-click the flash-boot-windows.bat file to flash the required kernel.
11. After the kernel is flashed, the window that showed up will automatically close. It might also say OKAY/finished and stay open, which is normal.
12. Now, press the power button on the phone to select BOOTLOADER, then navigate to the RECOVERY option and select it using the power button to boot into ClockworkMod recovery.
13. Perform a wipe:
1. Select wipe data/factory reset, then select Yes on the next screen to confirm data wipe. This will only delete your installed apps and settings, but will leave all other files and data on the SD card intact, so don’t worry.
2. Select mounts and storage, then select format system (you might have to select Yes on next screen to confirm). After format is complete, go back to the main recovery menu.
14. Then, select install zip from sdcard, then select choose zip from sdcard. Scroll to thejellybean_endeavoru_tgascoigne.zip file on the SD card and select it. Confirm installation by selecting Yes on the next screen.
15. After installation is complete, select go back then select reboot system now to reboot the phone and boot up into Android 4.1 aka Jelly Bean.
Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is now up and running on your HTC One X,
There are allready ROM's in the dev section for Jellybean, which are much easier to flash and will be updated. But thanks! maybe someone else will join development too
Yea we have that already in the dev section covered.

I have pc but forget its password so cannot have admin access..if it seems safe I will try on my frnds pc....anyway post and thankz for reply
Rom thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2563557
Refer this to see the listed bugs and stuff.
Now,
1. Download Odin from here : http://www.mediafire.com/download/vwuqru9m1jp9wbw/Odin3_v3.09.zip
2. Goto to this page :
https://goo.im/devs/pawitp/i9082_cm11.0/
Download cm11 20140813 .zip and recovery 20131210.tar
3. Download the latest google apps zip from here : http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Google_Apps
Make sure you have a MicroSD card installed in your phone with at least 300mb free space.
4. Copy the zip file for cm11 ROM and Google Apps into your phone’s external SD card (do not copy it to internal storage of your phone).
5. Now you need to install ClockworkMod Recovery on your phone, so boot into Odin mode by pressing Power + Volume Down + Home button. Once you are in Odin mode, let go of the keys and connect the phone to your PC.
Open Odin on your PC, make sure only Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time options are checked.
Under Files, click on AP and choose ClockworkMod zip file. Once Odin has done checking the file, click on start. After Odin is finished installing ClockworkMod, it will reboot the phone.
6. (REMEMBER TO BACKUP ALL YOUR DATA AND CONTACTS etc.) Now you will need to boot into recovery mode by pressing Power + Volume Up + Home Button, once you are in recovery mode, let go of those buttons.
Use volume up and down key to scroll up and down. Choose “install zip option” and then press power button.
Now choose zip from /storage/sdcard1 and press power button again.
Now choose Cm11 ROM zip file and press power button and then press yes to install custom ROM.
Within few minutes, Cm11 ROM should be installed on your phone.
After the phone is done rebooting, go to Settings – Backup and reset – Factory data reset. This step is essential if you were using Samsung firmware before installing this ROM.
7. After doing all this, you would have noticed that none of Google’s Apps are installed in your phone, including Play Store. To install the bare basics, reboot the phone into recovery mode by pressing Power + Volume Up + Home button.
Again choose to install from SD card and this time, choose the Google Apps zip file.
Once installed, reboot the phone and you will have Play store along with Gmail and a few other apps installed on your phone. Rest of the apps you can download from the Play Store and now you can start using your phone.
Disclaimer:*There is always a chance that while flashing your firmware, you can cause damage to your phone’s firmware and end up bricking it. So make sure to proceed with caution and follow all the above listed steps.

First BE Advised, using the following methods, you WILL LOSE ALL OF YOUR DATA and HAVE A FACTORY FRESH CONFIGURATION WITH EXCEPTION TO KNOX IF YOU'VE TRIPPED IT PREVIOUSLY and YOU WILL HAVE FACTORY RECOVERY ONLY ONCE COMPLETED (CAPS for emphasis only, we want to make sure you know you won't have your data once you take these steps):
Part 1 of 2 - Master reset with hardware keys
A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloaded content, ringtones, images, apps, and contacts. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.
If the device menus are frozen or unresponsive, you can master reset using hardware keys. To perform a master reset, follow these steps:
Back up all data on the internal memory.
Turn off the device.
Press and hold the following three buttons at the same time:
Volume Up key
Home key
Power key.
When 'GALAXY Note 3' appears on the screen, release the Power key but continue to press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key.
When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home keys.
Press the Volume down key to highlight 'wipe data / factory reset.'
Press Power button to select.
Press the Volume down key to highlight 'delete all user data.'
Press Power button to select and start the master reset. When the master reset is complete, 'Reboot system now' is highlighted.
Press the Power key to turn the restart the device.
These same directions are also provided on the T-Mobile website at the following URL:
https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-9049
Part 2 of 2 - Reloading your phone...
You should use a stock image of your current build to perform the following steps:
Recover phone:
1. Put phone in download mode
2. Open Heimdall
3. On utilities tab “check device” If your phone cannot be read, it may be far worse than expected.
4. Click on flash tab after successfully detected.
5. In the pit section, choose the pit file I provided.
6. Click add in the partitions box to the right > Select BOOT
7. Select the boot.img file provided
8. Click add in the partitions box again to the right > Select CACHE
9. Select the cache.img.ext4 file provided.
10. Click the add in the partitions box again > Select RECOVERY
11. Select the recovery provided (you can probably use any recovery, but provided is twrp 2.6.3.7)
12. Make sure no reboot is checked
13. The phone may flash all the way to the end and error out. If this is the case, proceed with steps 14 and 15. If not, proceed to step 16.
14. **Pull battery
15. **Replace
16. Boot to recovery, and re-install your backup (or another ROM, whatever).
The same steps are also listed in more significant detail via http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2545009
Hope this helps.
