Netflix download, working?

Hi all,
I was very excited to see the annoucement that Netflix now supports downloading and offline playback.
Unfortunately not working for me and wondering if it's my ROM or a more general problem.
I'm running Mi Max Hydrogen with Resurrection Remix stable.

Same situation as you. It's the rom.
GF with miui 8 on the same model can download.
Changing build prop must fix it but I ve been too lazy to try and GF got her phone yesterday only so I didn't have time to trt

Offline is disabled because Netflix application fails to load the DRM Widevine L3 (Version ID 4266)
My device: Xiaomi MiPad 1 2/64 (MIUI 7 7.5.2)

I am on latest MIUI EU ROM, 6.12.22 and can confirm Netflix downloads work well.

Hi all, i have redmi note 8 with miui 12 and android 10 via miui.eu rom.
I cant watch netflix, screen goes black and only has sound and subtitles.. I have netflix hd.. Is that the problem?
Can anyone help please?

I have similar problem with at&t tv app. Audio only, no video.
Almost sure when I was on miui 11, (eu) and also on most of the custom ROMs here, that the app worked
Only has this trouble since updates to miui 12(eu)

Unfortunately i didnt tried netflix on miui 11 so i dont know if it works properly.

update your Xiaomi.eu rom.
because they disabled Widevine L1, this is a Xiaomi problem.

Unfortunately no one says if it is global or not

I think theres no global ColorOS for OP phones right now. It's sad becouse ColorOS is just better and more fluid than OOS12 in its current state (and ColorOS gets more frequent updates too)

COS is bloated as hell though. Have to log into Oppo Cloud just to be able to install APKs if the built in scanner determines it's any kind of a security risk (and you can't disable it), constantly phones home, etc.

i had c63 i think..even after debloating is not smooth.
still oos11 is the best out there

I use ColorOS from C.34 to C.61.
Flashed on top OxygenOS.
After debloating i have only 2 apps that i can't uninstall & i have to disable/Force Stop the every time i start the phone.
Small problems, 2 :
1.Notifications not working for non chinese (google) apps. Not a big issue for me.
2.Alarm does not sound with the phone power off. (Start the phone and ring). This is important so you can wake up in the morning to go to work.

How strange, I wonder why eu ( le2123 ) only received.c61 ( yesterday for me in the UK)

The alarm now works for me ( when phone powered off). They worked around it by powering the phone on before ringing the alarm. I came from full stock to this current le2123 .c61

Because the UK is an EU phone and therefore has Oxygen OS. C.61 is the latest.

But i was on C.61 and did not work for me, or i miss that and roll back to OxygenOS & then i sold the phone..

Question Suggestion for a Custom ROM for Mi11x

Hi All,
I have a Mi Device Mi11x from India. With help from users on this forum I was able to install custom Miui EU ROM in my device back in May 2021. Have been updating the device with the updates till Miui EU 12.5.18.0. Post that two more updates got released with Miui 13 being released too but the present issue is that the developers have removed support for Mi 11x devices aka aliothin devices since May 2022 released updates.
My query is that now that I want to keep my device updated, how should I proceed further? I installed custom MIui EU ROM by replacing Miui official ROM because now Miui Indian ROM doesnt come with Mi Dialler and Mi Messaging app which I find very useful for my usage. The default Google Dialer and Messaging app is too complex and unuseful for me.
Hence please help me as to which ROM should I install so that I have Miui Dialer n messaging apps. Or can I install any custom ROM and can I get Miui Dialler and messaging app installed separately??

Miui dialer only works with Miui os.
Some AOSP(especially the vanilla versions) roms have the call recorder.

xiaomi.eu rom is the best if you want miui features. i switched to eu rom because of the same reasons i.e. the miui dialer, msg app and removing the bloatware.
you can try the latest V13.0.7.0 which is a recovery rom.

But they removed support for Mi 11x which is a aliothin device. They remove code for aliothin. And bcoz of which installing the latest eu rom created certain issues in Mi 11x.

Not just for the call recording feature but for unlimited call logs feature. I like the miui Dialer and Mi messaging app the best. Then there is Notes, gallery and Mi File explorer. I mean overall I like the Miui.
Now thinking to go for Indian Poco F4 5G which is universally the same released everywhere and shouldn't be a problem to get a EU ROM for the same.

There is EU rom for alioth. They are based on Chinese miui version. Aliothin is basically the Indian variant. But you can flash any region. And yes even I had issues with EU v13 rooms which is why I'm still on v12.5.

How should I proceed with installing official Miui Indonesia ROM over Miui EU ROM without loosing data. Or what should I do to keep my data while changing ROM. The latest Miui Indonesia ROM is V13.0.2.0.SKHIDXM which is based on Android 12. I am on MIui EU ROM 12.5.18.0.RKHCNXM which is based on Android 11.
Please guide me. I want to be on latest software updates but badly need Miui Dialer n messaging apps.

Question Rom recommendation for Pubg Mobile

Greetings to everyone. I'm a Poco f4 user. I'm playing Pubg Mobile and I'm using Miui 14.0.2 Global rom. Last night, during the game, there was a sizzling sound and I got the error "Pubg mobile not responding", I had to close the game. Today, during the match, the game was suddenly closed. I don't install Corvus OS-like roms because I don't like the interface of custom roms. If you suggest a rom with Miui interface with good game performance and stability, you will help me. Bootloader is unlocked for now.

I suggest that you update to the latest global MIUI firmware and install the "no gravity kernel" if you you want a MIUI based Custom Rom there is a thread with a list of Roms for Poco F4
